Civil Disobedience in New York

Courts bitch slap Obama
There’s some breaking news today regarding Der Fubar’s recess appointments to several agencies. At the time the appointments were made, the Senate was not out of session. This led to a number of suits demanding that the appointments be vacated as illegal. Continue reading

Feinstein’s Anti-gun bill is ready
Well, as expected, Senator Diane Feinstein has announced her latest bill to gut the Second Amendment. It’s every bit as bad as we expected. It lists 150 firearms by name including the AR15, and also goes after handguns as well. Continue reading

Obama and the generals
It’s no secret that Obama and the Liberals loathe the military. Their goal for decades was to gut it and render the United State defenseless. Obama is well on his way to achieving that goal. However.
