More good news from Obamacare

Good day all. You may recall how millions of people were kicked out of their health insurance plans last year. This was right after Barack Obola flat out lied to them that they would be able to keep their insurance.

The reason all these people lost their insurance, plans they were quite happy with, was the simple fact that the plans didn’t meet Der Fubar’s standards. You know, maternity leave and birth control for 50 year old single men for instance. Because of these so called “Standards,” the insurance companies sent out cancellation notices.

Obamacare, Shovel Ready

This made the voters very unhappy, and they proceeded to make their representatives unhappy. The Progressives, being unhappy that they might actually be voted out of Congress, made it known to that SCoaMF, President Obola, that they were unhappy and that something better be done about it. Der Fubar’s answer was to simply ignore the law he signed and order the states to let people keep their plans for one more year.

Der Fubar

Most of the states, not wanting to deal with the mess made by Il Douche, refused and let the cancellations proceed. However, a few states obeyed King Putt’s decree and let people keep their insurance for one more year. Well guess what? It’s now one year later and those states are now booting people off their good health insurance plans and forcing them onto the crappy overprices plans under Obamacare. Here are some of the details from Fox News:

More than a dozen states plan to cancel health care policies not in compliance with ObamaCare in the coming weeks, affecting thousands of people just before the midterm elections.

“It looks like several hundred thousand people across the country will receive notices in the coming days and weeks,” said Jim Capretta of the Ethics and Public Policy Center.

Bwhahahahahahaha!

The policies are being canceled because states that initially granted a reprieve at the request of President Obama are no longer willing to do so. In coming weeks, 13 states and the District of Columbia plan to cancel such policies, which generally fall out of compliance with the Affordable Care Act because they don’t offer the level of coverage the law requires. Virginia will be hardest hit, with 250,000 policies expected to be canceled.

And what perfect timing, just before the midterm elections. If I recall correctly, the current governor of Virginia has been pushing Obamacare down the throats of the people of that fine state since he was elected, (Barely), last year. Oh, he is a paid up member of the Progressive Liberal Fascist Democrats too. Now the reason for the timing is simple. It’s the law.

And because federal law requires a 60-day notice of any plan changes, voters will be notified no later than November 1, right before the Nov. 4 midterms.

Oh that’s just perfect. All those people, who have just lost their insurance, will be going to the polls a few days later. About the only thing that could make them even angrier would be moving the deadline for filing your taxes to November 1st.

Many of those forced out of their current plans and into ObamaCare may not be able to keep their doctors. They also could face higher deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses, making ObamaCare an election issue on the eve of voting.

computerskeletonExcuse me while I giggle at the thought of enraged voters being asked to vote for the Democrats. You know, the same people who refused to listen to their constituents and rammed Obamacare down their throats without a single Republican vote? I’m sure they will Remember the two big promises Il Douche made when he was conning people into supporting Obamacare.

Obama had originally unequivocally promised that under his health care plan, everyone could keep their doctors and plans. In 2009, he told the American Medical Association, “If you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor. Period. If you like your health care plan, you will be able to keep your health care plan. Period. No one will take it away. No matter what.”

Trust in Obama

And as we now know, that was an outright lie by Obola.

The president later was forced to admit that any plan without the additional benefits required under ObamaCare faced cancellation.

As many of us knew back in 2009, Obama’s promises have the shelf life of old milk left out in the sun on a hot August day, at high noon, under a magnifying glass. Obamacare needs to be repealed, the mandates canceled and the government must get out of the healthcare business. They don’t understand it and they have screwed it up massively. Now, thanks to Der Fubar’s knack for short term thinking, people are going to be voting while angry. I have a suspicion that a number of Democrats who might think they’re safe, may just find out that they are going on the “Funemployment” line with their constituents. It couldn’t happen to a nice bunch of scum and villains.
