Good day all. It’s no surprise that Cankles Clinton hates the 2nd Amendment. She has been talking nonstop about implementing “Common Sense” gun control measures.
These “measures” would basically gut the 2nd Amendment. She has announced that her court picks will reverse all the pro-2nd Amendment rulings of the past 15 years. Now she is attacking Donald Trump for his support of the Constitutional Right to keep and Bear Arms. Here are the details from Fox News:
Hillary Clinton accused Donald Trump of pandering to the gun lobby in a speech to a conference Saturday, organized by the Trayvon Martin Foundation to help families of gun violence victims, warning the audience about a Trump presidency that would put more children “at risk of violence and bigotry.”
There is a Trayvon Martin Foundation? Why? That punk tried to kill George Zimmerman and as the court ruled, Zimmerman acted in self defense. Oh wait! I remember now. Zimmerman was duty bound to allow Martin to complete caving his skull in by slamming it against the concrete sidewalk. Silly me.
Donald Trump’s gun policies are “not just way out there” but “dangerous” and would make America less safe, Hillary Clinton said Saturday.
“This is someone running to be president of the United States of America — a country facing a gun violence epidemic — and he’s talking about more guns in our schools, he’s talking about more hatred and division in our streets,” the likely Democratic presidential nominee said of her presumptive Republican rival. “That’s no way to keep us safe.”
Leave it to Cankles to get it dead wrong. Her ideas of “keeping Safe” involve her personal Secret Service security detail. For the rest of us? Why the police will protect you of course. Actually, they won’t Court decisions going back 150 years have repeatedly said that police are not required to protect you.
And as for Trump’s talking about “Guns in the schools?” He’s talking about teachers, administrators and other qualified people having the means, if they want, to defend themselves and their students from lunatics and terrorists. Several states are already allowing teachers and administrators to be armed if they wish.
Clinton’s criticism of the Trump came the day after he slammed her as “Heartless Hillary” for backing restrictions on gun ownership in a speech before the National Rifle Association convention in Louisville, Kentucky. Clinton and Trump are likely to meet in the general election.
I like “Heartless Hillary better than “Crooked Hillary.” Is rolls off the tongue better.
The conference was led by Sybrina Fulton, whose 17-year-old son, Trayvon Martin, was fatally shot by neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman in 2012. She has campaigned with Clinton during the Democratic presidential primaries.
“The reason why I stand with her is because she first stood with me,” Fulton said before introducing Clinton to more than 200 people packed inside a hotel banquet room.
So, you are saying that Cankles would support a criminal? Why am I not surprised? You raised a felon, and Cankles Is a felon.
Queen Thompson Brown, a Miami mother whose son was the victim of gun violence in 2006 and who has mentored Fulton, said she and others do not want to take away guns from Americans but hope to “promote common sense gun laws.”
Show me where in the Constitution is says “Common Sense,” anywhere in that document. It doesn’t, certainly not in the 2nd Amendment. As for Brown, (Queen? Really?), I don’t know the circumstances of the crime involving your son, whether he was a victim or a perpetrator, but whatever happened, he was a victim of violence. Guns are inanimate objects, incapable of acting on their own. What if your son had been killed with a knife, or a baseball bat, or, as Cankles so wanted for Zimmerman, a concrete sidewalk?
Clinton praised the courage of Fulton and others who had suffered the loss of loved ones to gun violence or while in police custody.
Police custody? Where did that come from? No one disagrees with the fact that once you are in police custody, they have a duty to insure your safety, unless you do something like attacking a cop, or attempting to escape. I suspect she’s talking about the Baltimore mess.
“We have a moral obligation to protect our children no matter what zip code they live in,” she said.
Unbelievable. She brought out that old socialist chestnut of hers, “It’s for the children.” These days, when a member of the PLFD says that, people start reaching for the guns. Perhaps Cankles has forgotten about the 26 children her buddy, Janet Reno incinerated at Waco, Texas?
Clinton repeated her pledge to fight the powerful National Rifle Association lobby, saying “we will not be silenced, we will not be intimidated.”
You what that sounds like? The speech made by EVERY Fascist leader in the 20th century, either when trying to take power, or after getting it and dealing with their opposition.
Speaking at a National Rifle Association forum Friday in Louisville, Ky., Trump vowed to preserve Americans’ gun-ownership rights and warned that Clinton, if elected, could curtail such rights with her Supreme Court nominations.
“I would like for Hillary Clinton to put a list together also,” Trump, who recently announced his list of potential nominees, said at the NRA Institute for Legislative Action forum. “I want to see what the list consists of. … It will be day and night. It won’t be good for the people in this room and the country.”
As I recall, Clinton has already announced that any person she submits to the Senate for approval will have to pass a series of litmus tests, including reversing the Heller decision along with all other decisions supporting the individual right to keep and bear arms.
As for Donald Trump. Years ago he was in support of some of the gun control measures pushed by the left, including bans on EBR’s. (Evil Black Rifles, such as the AR15), he has since changed his position. Trump is someone who will change his views as new information becomes available. One of these is gun control. He has seen what happens when people have no way to defend themselves. He’s also noticed that support for the right to own a gun has gone past the 50% mark. I’m sure he’s also noticed that gun sales are through the roof and have been since Obama took office.
Hillary Clinton’s plans to first destroy the firearms industry, (Making them liable for the criminal misuse of their products), will be followed up with bans on public carrying of firearms, either concealed or open, and a move to end the “Stand your ground” laws now on the books on most states.
I make jokes about comparing Hillary Clinton to Adolph Hitler, and I really don’t believe she would start setting up concentration camps if she sleazes her way into the Oval Office, but she is fully on board with the Nazi and Communist ideas on guns. Private citizens, except for the ruling elite, can’t have them. Only the government can have them. We know where that leads.
