Good day all. Yesterday’s primaries have pretty much driven a stake through the heart of Comrade Bernie’s dreams of becoming the General Secretary of the United Soviet States of America.
Even though he has no real chance of winning the nomination, many of Comrade Bernie’s supporters were all in for a floor fight at the Democrat Convention in Philadelphia. It now seems that Comrade Bernie might willing to forgo that for some “Special Considerations” from the party and Cankles. According to NBC News:
President Barack Obama called both Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders Tuesday night on the final day of multi-state contests in the Democratic primary, the White House announced. And an initial discussion between Obama and Sanders on unifying the party appears to be in the cards.
The meeting was scheduled at the request of Sen. Sanders, the White House said. “The President looks forward to continuing the conversation with Senator Sanders about how to build on the extraordinary work he has done to engage millions of Democratic voters, and to build on that enthusiasm in the weeks and months ahead.”
So this meeting wasn’t called by Cankles? I would have expected her people to call Sanders and tell him, “It’s over. Now do what we tell you to do or you might suffer a grievous accident Sanders.” Instead Comrade Bernie called Cankles? I wonder what for? To offer his undying support to her royal majesty, Queen Cankles the First? This seems to go against what the New York Times reported.
Mr. Sanders insists that he is prepared to challenge Mrs. Clinton at the Democratic National Convention in July, holding out hope that his lobbying of superdelegates — party officials and state leaders who cast their final votes at the convention — will siphon support from Mrs. Clinton as he makes his case that he is a stronger candidate against Donald J. Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee.
Surprisingly, Sanders is the stronger of the two when going up against Donald Trump. Of course that’s like saying mud is stronger than sand in the face of a thermonuclear detonation.

Sanders will also meet with Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid on the Hill on Thursday.
Why on Earth would Comrade Bernie want to meet with Dingy Harry Reid? Reid is a dead lame duck politically even if he is still the minority leader. He’s leaving the senate at the end of the year. Somehow I don’t think it’s to get Reid to name Sanders as his “Heir Apparent.” I think Sanders is going to suck up to Reid and try and keep his committee seats. The only way Reid won’t bury Sanders if is Comrade Bernie kisses Cankles wrinkly, corrupt ass. I wonder how all this will play out with his more militant members of the “Comrade Bernie Free Stuff Army?” Somehow, if Sanders does sell out, his minions are going to take it very personally.
