Good day all. Here’s a question for you. What do James Comey and Felonia von Pantsuit have in common? Answer? A complete contempt for laws regarding the handling of classified information.

When former director of the FBI, James Comey, testified to Congress a while back, a few interesting little nuggets of information came out. One of them was the fact that it was Comey who leaked memos to the New York Slimes with the intention of forcing the appointment of an Independent Prosecutor. Now it seems that these memos might have had classified information in them. Here are some of the details from The Hill:
More than half of the memos former FBI Director James Comey wrote as personal recollections of his conversations with President Trump about the Russia investigation have been determined to contain classified information, according to interviews with officials familiar with the documents.
This revelation raises the possibility that Comey broke his own agency’s rules and ignored the same security protocol that he publicly criticized Hillary Clinton over in the waning days of the 2016 presidential election.
I’ve wondered how Comey could so easily ignore the flagrant violations of the law that Felonia von Pantsuit and her minions engaged in. Now I think we know the reason. Comey was doing the exact same thing.
Comey testified last month before the Senate Intelligence Committee that he considered the memos to be personal documents and that he shared at least one of them with a friend.
As I understand it, and I make no claims to being an expert, the memo’s were generated on a government system, and contained information that belonged to the government. They weren’t written by Comey on his home personal computer, going by his personal recollections. So basically, he ignored the rules and regulations. And the reason he did all this?
He asked that friend, a law professor at Columbia University, to leak information from one memo to the news media in hopes of increasing pressure to get a special prosecutor named in the Russia case after Comey was fired as FBI director.
And this just destroyed what little credibility existed for the Mueller’s investigation. This didn’t sit to well with the oversight committee either.
“So you didn’t consider your memo or your sense of that conversation to be a government document?” Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) asked Comey on June 8. “You considered it to be, somehow, your own personal document that you could share to the media as you wanted through a friend?”
“Correct,” Comey answered. “I understood this to be my recollection recorded of my conversation with the president. As a private citizen, I thought it important to get it out.”
As a private citizen, you basically stole government documents you no longer had any right to for the sole purpose of damaging the current administration. I do believe a few laws may have been broken here.
Comey insisted in his testimony he believed his personal memos were unclassified, though he hinted one or two documents he created might have been contained classified information.
In other words, he was covering his corrupt ass.
“I immediately prepared an unclassified memo of the conversation about Flynn and discussed the matter with FBI senior leadership,” he testified about the one memo he later leaked about former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
So, instead of dealing with any issues with regards to Flynn, he took it upon himself leak the information in the hopes of “Getting” Michael Flynn. Irregardless of any infractions Flynn committed, Comey, among other things, may have opened himself up to civil action by Flynn.
He added, “My view was that the content of those unclassified memorialization of those conversations was my recollection recorded.”
Just one small problem about the memos, they were all classified.
But when the seven memos Comey wrote regarding his nine conversations with Trump about Russia earlier this year were shown to Congress in recent days, the FBI claimed all were, in fact, deemed to be government documents.
Four of the memos had markings making clear they contained information classified at the secret or confidential level, according to officials directly familiar with the matter.
So it looks like Comey may have perjured himself to Congress. Oh it doesn’t get much better than this. The rules for the FBI with regards to documents are very simple. It’s classified and people aren’t allowed to release any of it without permission. Somehow, I don’t think Jimmy “the Dweeb” Comey had that.
Comey indicated in his testimony that the memos were in his possession when he left the bureau, leaving him in a position to leak one of them through his friend to the media. But he testified that he has since turned them over to Robert Mueller, a former FBI chief who is now spearheading the investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia during the presidential race.
And Robert Mueller is “Best Buddies” with James Comey. Nope, no conflict of interest here. What should have happened was Comey being named a target for investigation for his mishandling of classified documents. Now it looks like Mueller is going to protect Comey, or at least he may try to.
This brings up another problem, the Mueller investigation. The original reasons for it have been show to be fraudulent. Since Mueller, like Comey is nothing more then an other member of the Beltway Uniparty Elite, I don’t expect him to conduct an honest investigation.
Frankly, President Trump has enough to shut down Mueller and fire him. I think the only reason he hasn’t is that he’s looking for the right time to do it. That or he’s giving Mueller enough rope to hang himself with. That would truly frost the Proglodytes and the Beltway Uniparty. Both Mueller and Comey being indicted and arrested.
The whole “Russia got Trump Elected” thing has repeatedly blown up in the faces of the progressive Liberal Democrats. Even now, the mess with Don Trump Jr. is beginning to look like a Democrat operation to “Get him” before the election. The “Collusion” out there is beginning to look like it was all on the Democrat’s side with the intent of getting Felonia von Pantsuit into the Oval office. Perhaps it’s time for Attorney General Sessions to begin a quiet investigation into that.
