Good day all. Yesterday a group of white supremacist scum held a rally opposing the removal of a statue to Robert E. Lee. Opposing them were the usual left wing, anti-free speech Antifa scum. Caught in the middle were all the decent folks.
There were also a group of normal people who oppose both sides antics and politics who would rather they both just go away. As you might expect, both sides, extremists all, had a few “Intense” discussions, however, there doesn’t seem to have been much in the way of arrests or hospitalization. That was until someone apparently went Muslim and drove a car into the crowd. The driver has been taken into custody, and the police are looking into what happened.
The Justice Department has also, as of this posting, announced that they are investigating potential civil rights violations on the part of the driver. Since this happened less than 24 hours ago, information coming out is spotty, contradictory and changing by the hour. It will be several days before we have any real idea of what happened and why.
Things I’ve heard in the last 12 hours are:
- It was a white supremacist who mowed down innocent counter protesters.
- It was an anti-Trump protester.
- That it was someone who took a wrong turn, was attacked by the mob and panicked.
- It was an elderly driver who mistook the accelerator for the brake. (Considering the car, I pretty much discounted that one right away)
As I said, the information out there is confusing. The truth will be determined of course. One of the reports I’ve seen said that the driver hit one car, and that car hit another car and that one was pushed into the crowd. A number of people were injured and one was killed.
Some personal notes.
I’m hoping that it was a tragic accident with no intent, but I suspect it won’t be. Whoever this person is, (He has been identified by police), if he did this intentionally, irregardless of which side he was on, he should be charged with capitol murder and if convicted, sentenced to death.
There have been a number of reports I’ve seen, and again, until this has been verified, don’t trust them, that the city government was playing favorites and decided to move against the Neo-Nazi scum, and pulled their permits and started charging them with illegal assembly. (We can go into the constitutional issues on that some other day. Right now, I don’t even know if this is true)
There are other reports that the local police decided to funnel the White supremacist trash through one entry point and that the Antifa thugs were hurling bricks, rocks and bags of urine at them. While this was occurring, the police are alleged to have stood by and done nothing. Again, rumors. Until these reports are verified, be cautious.
One thing that a number of people I’ve been talking to are wondering, if this was an attack by the Neo-Nazi scum, why was a car used and not a gun? There were a number of these scum who were obviously armed, and you can assume that many more were carrying concealed firearms, yet not one shot was fired. If the White Trash scum were being physically attacked, I would have assumed someone, or multiple someones would have dumped one or more magazines into the Antifa thugs.
Now you can see why I am going to wait for a few days for things to shake out. Early reports are almost invariably…wrong. I’ve already had one person post a rant on what happened, and apparently he took offense at the Note from Anger Central, which indicated one of the reports was regarding the three car collusion, and our staff’s hope that both sides, (Hard Left scum and the Neo-Nazi Scum), got arrested. (Honestly, they’re both scum. One group thinks that a person’s skin color matters and the other just hates anyone who doesn’t think the way they do)
We won’t be posting that one since the moron thinks it’s a good idea to threaten myself and the rest of the staff here. None of us are to worried though. We’re in New Hampshire and people here generally don’t put up with that crap from either the Neo-Nazi’s or the Antifa thumb suckers.
Let me just say to whoever posted, (Yes, we anonymize), you don’t know me, you don’t know the others here either. You want to try something? Feel free. Just make sure your health and life insurance is paid up. No one here will start anything, but we will finish it, permanently, if forced. So, please don’t. We do not need the legal headaches dealing with an attacker(s) will entail.
Also, the main site is not for give and take forum style posts. Comments should be on the blog site. It’s actually set up to handle them, and we welcome them, no matter how stupid the commentator is. As to those injured in Charlottesville, we, (Anger Central), hope for a speedy recovery and our condolences to the family of the person killed.
