Good day all. Since the announcement that DACA will be closed down in 6 months, the screaming moonbats have been barking loudly.
One such idiot is Representative Luis Gutiérrez, (D-Ilinois/Mexico). Gutiérrez is well known for supporting unfettered immigration into the United States from central and south America. In fact, he will always put illegal aliens ahead of lawful resident aliens and American Citizens. Yesterday, after the announcement that DACA was going to be phased out, Gutiérrez went totally off the rails and verbally attacked the White House Chief of Staff, John Kelly. (USMC Retired) Here are the details from The Hill:
Democratic Rep. Luis Gutiérrez (D-Ill.) on Tuesday issued an unusually personal rebuke of White House chief of staff John Kelly, suggesting the retired Marine general has tainted his military service by working in the administration as President Trump ends a program shielding young immigrants from deportation.
“General Kelly is a hypocrite who is a disgrace to the uniform he used to wear. He has no honor and should be drummed out of the White House along with the white supremacists and those enabling the President’s actions by ‘just following orders,’ “Gutiérrez said in a scathing statement, shortly after Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) immigration policy will be phased out.
Gutiérrez, to put it bluntly, is a scumbag. He is a typical Liberal, Progressive Racist Democrat. The Constitution and the rule of law mean absolutely nothing to him if it interferes with what he wants. Bluntly, his refusal to uphold the laws and Constitution should have been grounds to expel him from Congress, but we know the UniParty will always protect their own.
The Congressional Hispanic Caucus member claimed Kelly backed out of a commitment to protect DACA recipients, who were brought to the United States illegally as children, from deportation while serving as the Homeland Security secretary.
“General Kelly, when he was the head of Homeland Security, lied straight to the faces of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus about preventing the mass deportation of DREAMers. Now as Chief of Staff, this former general is executing the plan to take away their lifeline and taking steps to criminalize young people who live and work here legally,” he said.
First, General Kelly works for Donald Trump. President Trump makes the policies, not General Kelly or anyone else in the Cabinet. Second, these people are NOT in the country legally. They never were. The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, (DACA), program was illegal in the first place and is being challenged in Federal court.
According to legal experts, DACA doesn’t have a legal leg to stand on. The Department of Justice has been fighting the suits brought by a number of states, but with the change of administrations, along with the setbacks in court, phasing out the Executive Order that initiated DACA makes sense.
When the Obama Regime announced the DACA Executive order, a flood of criminals crossed the border, to the tune of over 800,000 people. During the flood, it quickly became apparent that the whole plan by Obama and the Democrats was to overwhelm the Immigration system and force another amnesty. They didn’t count on the push back from Americans and Lawful Resident Aliens who are sick and tired of being treated like dirt by Obama and Luis Gutierrez. This is why we now have President Trump. As for Gutierrez? He’s acting like the spoiled brat he is.
The Illinois lawmaker threatened to withhold his support from any legislation that fails to include protections for DACA recipients, calling the reversal a step in the “wrong direction.”
“I personally will not support any funding bill that does not include a safe harbor for DREAMers — and I will work to have others join me in opposition. If they need our votes, we are bringing 800,000 young immigrants with us,”Gutiérrez continued.

Both Republican and Democratic lawmakers have urged Trump to amend the program, rather than do away with it entirely. In a tweet, Trump said Tuesday that the issue will now need to be resolved in Congress.
And this demonstrates the problem with the current crop of criminals in Congress. They do not want to do their jobs, nor do they have any desire to uphold the laws and the Constitution. President Trump could have just canceled the Executive Order outright, but he gave Congress 6 months to get it’s act together and fix the problems with the immigration system.
The issue with this, is Congress is made up of cowards. The last thing most of those spineless jellyfish want to do is take a stand on anything controversial or that most people in Flyover Country want dealt with.
Both the Democrats and the RINO’s never thought that they would have to deal with President Trump. Everyone thought Felonia von Pantsuit would win and that things would continue on as usual. Unfortunately, the voters didn’t see things the same way as the Beltway Uniparty types did.
We saw how quickly the Republicans collapsed when it came to getting rid of Obamacare, something they had been promising to do for 6 years. President Trump is now looking at overhauling the tax code and also wants the Immigration system rebuilt, including building the Wall. I honestly expect them to punt on DACA and the Immigration issues, along with everything else. I think there’s going to be some very surprised people in 2018 when they lose their primary or general elections.
