Good day all. Yesterday, the Democrat National Committee, (DNC), decided to prove once and for all, that they are total idiots. They have filed a lawsuit against President Trump’s 2016 election committee claiming that they colluded with everyone to steal the election from the sainted Felonia von Pantsuit.
The DNC, which was shown to have conspired with Felonia von Pantsuit and her campaign to rig the Democrats primary elections, has watched as their cunning plan to “Get Trump!” by screaming “RUSSIA!” “COLLUSION!” has slowly sunk beneath the waves of abject failure. The investigations they pushed blew up in their faces and have shown that the only ones colluding with the Russians was…The Democrats. Since that strategy has failed, they’ve decided to try something else. Here are the details from CNBC:
The Democratic Party on Friday sued President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, the Russian government and the Wikileaks group, claiming a broad illegal conspiracy to help Trump win the 2016 election.
The multimillion-dollar lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court says that “In the Trump campaign, Russia found a willing and active partner in this effort” to mount “a brazen attack on American Democracy,” which included Russian infiltration of the Democratic Party computer network. The Trump campaign, according to the lawsuit, “gleefully welcomed Russia’s help.”
The level of paranoia only deepens. The DNC, with absolutely no proof, (Because there isn’t any), continues to ignore the first rule of holes. When you find yourself in one, STOP DIGGING!”
The suit says that “preexisting relationships with Russia and Russian oligarchs” with Trump and Trump associates “provided fertile ground for [the] Russia-Trump conspiracy.”
The common purpose of the scheme, according to the Democratic National Committee, was to “bolster Trump and denigrate the Democratic Party nominee,” Hillary Clinton, while boosting the candidacy of Trump, “whose policies would benefit the Kremlin.”
This disaster in the making appears to be the idea of Tom Perez, the current head of the DNC. I just looked up this racist moonbat’s educational history and it says that he did graduate Harvard Law school. I have the feeling his diploma was granted not because of educational excellence, but because he was one of those “Little brown people” that Progressives believe can’t accomplish anything on their own, so they “Socially graduated” him. If this suit isn’t laughed out of court, then it opens one very large can of worms called the “Discovery process.”
Tom Perez, chairman of the Democratic National Committee, said the party’s suit “is not partisan, it’s patriotic.”
“If the occupant of the Oval Office won’t protect our democracy, Democrats will. It is our obligation to the American people,” Perez said.
The last thing the Democrats can be accused of is patriotism. Their contempt for the United States, The constitution and the Rule of Law is well known. They have been working to end the Republican form of government and our Constitution since, oh, 1860?
He called the alleged conspiracy “an act of unprecedented treachery: the campaign of a nominee for President of the United States in league with a hostile foreign power to bolster its own chance to win the presidency.”
Perez, as I mentioned earlier, went to Law School. I don’t know if he ever passed a state bar exam. While I’m not a lawyer, one thing I do know, something this moron seems to have forgotten, is the discovery process. While Perez may be thinking he and his minions will be able to rampage through the Trump Campaign’s records, the same can be said for the Trump lawyers. They will also be able to demand access to all of the DNC’s records.
Since Wikileaks released the emails from the DNC, the Democrats have done everything they could to obstruct any investigation into how their systems were breached. The rumor is that a DNC staffer was the one who downloaded all the data and arranged for it to be sent to Wikileaks. That staffer, Seth Rich was later gunned down in what Washington D.C. Police claim was a “Failed mugging.”
Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has long said that he didn’t get the information from the Russians, and has been demanding that Rich’s death be investigated as a “Contract killing.”
One of the things that make people wonder about that murder was that nothing was taken from Seth Rich’s body. His valuables were still on him. That and other things make a number of people think Seth Richards was assassinated. Many wonder if he wasn’t yet another addition to the Clinton Body Count.
Then we have the alleged breach of the DNC’s computers. The only people claiming that it was the Russians who hacked their systems is the DNC. They also refused to allow the FBI to examine their mail servers and other networked devices to determine just how and when the breach happened.
President Trump, once he learned of the lawsuit, opened fire via Twitter. For him and his legal team, this is a wealth of choices. The lawsuit is utterly groundless, and any honest judge…ok, you can stop laughing now, will toss this out of court. On the other hand, it also present the Trump legal team with the opportunity to rummage through the DNC’s papers and computers.
Since every attempt by the Democrats and the Mueller inquisitions has failed to find any evidence of collusion between the Trump Campaign and the Russians, and has found plenty of collusion between the Democrats and the Russians, I expect that the “Party Elders” will land on Perez and his crew of clowns and shut this lawsuit down fast. The last thing they need is for their “dirty laundry” to be aired in the court of public opinion.
