Good day all. We’ve known for some time now that Robert Mueller’s “Investigation” into the Trump Campaign’s “Collusion with Russia” was nothing more then an excuse to manufacture a scandal that would lead to the removal of President Trump.

Mueller has a long history of abusing his authority, and likes to win by driving anyone he targets into bankruptcy and a ruined reputation regardless of their actual guilt or innocence. Many of his “Famous” cases were later overturned on appeal and in several cases, Mueller and others on his team were shown to have flat out violated the law and constitution to win their cases. Well, now the courts are starting to ask very pointed questions about the charged Mueller and his minions have started bringing. Here are the details from Fox News:
A federal judge on Friday harshly rebuked Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team during a hearing for ex-Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort – suggesting they lied about the scope of the investigation, are seeking “unfettered power” and are more interested in bringing down the president.
“You don’t really care about Mr. Manafort,” U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III told Mueller’s team. “You really care about what information Mr. Manafort can give you to lead you to Mr. Trump and an impeachment, or whatever.”
Of course Mueller and his group of thugs want to bring down President Trump. That was the only reason he was appointed by Rodentstain.
Further, Ellis demanded to see the unredacted “scope memo,” a document outlining the scope of the special counsel’s Russia probe that congressional Republicans have also sought.
And this is something that Mueller and his pal Rod Rodenstain, under no circumstance, can allow the world to see. It has the potential of showing that the whole investigation is a fraud. This whole thing came about when Paul Manafort’s legal team went after Mueller’s authority to investigate the charges they brought against Manafort.
The hearing, where Manafort’s team fought to dismiss an 18-count indictment on tax and bank fraud-related charges, took a confrontational turn as it was revealed that at least some of the information in the investigation derived from an earlier Justice Department probe – in the U.S. attorney’s office for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Manafort’s attorneys argue the special counsel does not have the power to indict him on the charges they have brought – and seemed to find a sympathetic ear with Ellis.
The charges brought literally have nothing to do with Donald Trump. The time where the alleged crimes took place was long before Manafort had anything to do with Donald Trump’s campaign. In fact, there wasn’t even a campaign at that time.
The Reagan-appointed judge asked Mueller’s team where they got the authority to indict Manafort on alleged crimes dating as far back as 2005.
And that is the question of the day. Mueller’s investigation was, allegedly, to look into potential collusion between the Russians and the Trump campaign. It was quickly determined that the only collusion that took place was between the Russians, the Democrats and the Felonia von Pantsuit campaign.
The special counsel argues that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein granted them broad authority in his May 2, 2017 letter appointing Mueller to this investigation. But after the revelation that the team is using information from the earlier DOJ probe, Ellis said that information did not “arise” out of the special counsel probe – and therefore may not be within the scope of that investigation.
“We don’t want anyone with unfettered power,” he said.
Gee whiz, has anyone bothered to let the CommuNazi’s, such as Adam Schiff know that they have a judge who isn’t a rubber stamp for the Deep State Uniparty? As for Mueller, he really doesn’t want any documents on his actual authority to be seen by anyone not a party to the attempted coup.
Mueller’s team says its authorities are laid out in documents including the August 2017 scope memo – and that some powers are actually secret because they involve ongoing investigations and national security matters that cannot be publicly disclosed.
Ellis seemed amused and not persuaded.
He summed up the argument of the Special Counsel’s Office as, “We said this was what [the] investigation was about, but we are not bound by it and we were lying.”
Judge Ellis has also thrown down the gauntlet as it were.
The judge also gave the government two weeks to hand over the unredacted “scope memo” or provide an explanation why not — after prosecutors were reluctant to do so, claiming it has material that doesn’t pertain to Manafort.
“I’ll be the judge of that,” Ellis said.
I have no idea where this is going to lead. The Republicans in Congress have been trying to get this document for some time but have been stonewalled by Rodentstain and the other scum in the Department of Justice. Attorney General Sessions could simply order Rodentstain to provide the documents, but that worthless jerk is to busy catching up on his sleep.
President Trump has pretty much stayed out of the management of the Department of Justice, but I suspect even he has had just about enough of this. I suspect both Rodentstain and Sleepy Sessions aren’t going to be government employees much past the mid-term elections. As for the Mueller Inquisition?
President Trump said he has no plans to fire Mueller. However, if both the courts and Congress give him the cover he needs, the Mueller and his band of Gestapo wannabe’s will be shown the door. There is also the possibility that Mueller could himself face criminal charges. Of course, that would require Sleepy Sessions to actually wake up and do his job.
