Good day all. The CommuNazis in the House are, as usual, promising to impeach anyone who dares defy them. In this case, it’s Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Kavanough’s crime is not being a barking moonbat and fighting back against false accusations.
Basically, the CommuNazis are saying that they will impeach Judge Kavanaugh if he takes his eat on the Supreme Court, or, if he is blocked, go after his current position as a federal judge. They’ve also said that they want to impeach Justice Thomas for the crime of not obey those who consider themselves to be his masters, in other words, the CommuNazi party elite. Here are the details of the Democrats latest brilliant threat from Fox News:
As the political fight over the sexual assault allegation made against Brett Kavanaugh intensifies, Democrats are indicating that — even if confirmed — they intend to drag the fight over his Supreme Court nomination past November, raising the possibility of an impeachment push.
An FYI, this Fox story was published prior to both the lying moonbat and Judge Kavanaugh’s testimony.
Democrats have been demanding the vote to confirm Kavanaugh be delayed pending a full FBI investigation into the accusation by Christine Blasey Ford that Kavanaugh assaulted her at a party in high school in the 1980s. Kavanaugh has repeatedly denied the allegations and has said he is willing to testify to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Since this article was written, both Judge Kavanaugh and the lying Moonbat have spoken to the Senate Committee. Thanks to the scumbag turncoat, Jeff Flake, (RINO-AZ), the FBI will look into the allegations. Considering the holes in Blasey Ford’s story, it won’t take them long to determine that she’s either delusional or making the whole thing up. Of course, this is the FBI we’re speaking about.
The midterm elections loom over the debate over the timetable of Kavanaugh’s confirmation process. Should Democrats succeed in delaying the confirmation vote past November and pick up seats in the Senate in the midterms, then they will likely have enough votes to block Kavanaugh’s confirmation.
That probably isn’t going to happen. Thanks to their antics, a large number of people have an incentive to vote and keep the crazies out. The polling that we’re seeing is probably about as accurate as the presidential polling in 2016 that gave the race to President Felonia von Pantsuit. Oh wait…
However, if Republicans confirm Kavanaugh before November, Democrats have indicated that the fight would not be over are raising the prospect of further investigations and even impeachment.
Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., said that “as soon as Democrats get gavels”, the party will investigate the Kavanaugh allegations even if he is confirmed and sitting on the Supreme Court.
“This is such bad practice that even if they were to ram this guy through, as soon as Democrats get gavels we’re going to want to get to the bottom of this,” he said on CNN.
When pressed as to whether he was saying Democrats would investigate a sitting Supreme Court justice, Whitehouse said he was “confident of that.”
“And I think we’ll also be investigating why the FBI stood down its background investigation when this came up in this particular background,” he said.
As I mentioned above, this article was posted prior to the hearings. However, I think we need to review a bit. To begin with, Judge Kavanaugh has undergone 6 FBI investigations, and I believe several of those were for security clearances. As of this posting, President Trump has told the FBI to give this a once over. This, of course, means nothing to the CommuNazis.
His stance was backed up by Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif, who said in an interview with Fox News that there could not only be an investigation, but a push for impeachment.
“If the Republicans rush through a nominee where you have unanswered sexual assault allegations, I can promise you that Democratic senators will be interested in going and looking at those allegations, and if Judge Kavanaugh lied under oath, you could see a judicial impeachment, and that’s not good for anybody, so we should try and avoid that,” he said on “America’s Newsroom.”
Ok, I’m going to say it. The Democrat Party is bound and determined to institute a totalitarian state with a single party ruling the nation. Note I don’t say governing or administering, I said ruling. Their statements, along with how they are stripping away the constitutional rights of Americans in hard Blue states such as Kalifornistan show what they have in mind.
However, Alabama Law School Professor Ronald Krotoszynski Jr. argues that Democrats should proceed with an investigation “if the Senate won’t conduct a credible investigation now.”
“The House Democratic leadership should pledge now that if they win a majority, they will conduct an impeachment investigation, to get to the truth. Doing so today would make clear to the Senate Republicans that if they rush to judgment, in the absence of a full and fair investigation, there will still be an investigation,” he said.
Ok, you want your investigation? Now you have it, but remember, it can cut both ways. It’s very likely that Blasey Ford is lying through her teeth. We already know that one of the accusers is lying through her teeth.
Julie Swetnick is the latest client of noted Creepy Porn Lawyer and tax deadbeat Michael Avenatti. Swetnick accused Judge Kavanaugh of gang raping women. The problem is that Swetnick has a history of lying about these things. I don’t believe she has provided a sworn statement as yet, so she might be safe from criminal charges. However, Blasey Ford is in jeopardy and hopefully will be indicted, along with Senator Diane Feinstein.
The CommuNazis have worked hard to destroy the rule of law in this country. They had better be ready for what happens next if they proceed with their threats against those who do not support them. They have sewn the wind, and they may end up reaping the whirlwind.
