Good day all. Now that Brett Kavanaugh is a Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court, (Nope, still not tired of saying that), President Trump and the Republicans in the Senate have returned to filling the lower courts.
This includes what is known as the 9th Circus Court of Appeals. This is the court that gets overturned constantly due to their proclivity of ignoring the Constitution of the United States, and generally making things up out of whole cloth. President Trump announced the names of three people to fill the open slots.
These people are not members in could standing of the CommuNazi Party. They are people who appear to be strict constructionists who read the Constitution and understand that it says what it means. This is driving the CommuNazis nuts in the Senate, especially Diane Feinstein and that noted moron, Kamala Harris. President Trump flat out ignored them when he made his selections. Here are the details from Fox News:
President Trump is plowing ahead to fill three vacancies on the liberal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, brushing aside Democratic resistance to nominate conservative judges.
Presidents traditionally work with senators from judicial nominees’ home state — in this case, California — to put forward judicial picks. They often seek what’s known as a “blue slip,” or an opinion from those senators.
President Trump is not one to stand on tradition, especially when he’s been attacked by the very people that expect him to “Discuss” his choices with them.
But in a snub to California Democratic Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris, the White House announced Wednesday that Trump had nominated Patrick Bumatay, Daniel Collins and Kenneth Kiyul Lee (all from the Golden State, and reportedly all members of the conservative Federalist Society) to the influential circuit.
The court, with a sprawling purview representing nine Western states, has long been a thorn in the side of the Trump White House, with rulings against the travel ban and limits on funding to “sanctuary cities.”
The 9th Circus has a long history of outright ignoring the law and the Constitution. There have been serious discussions of breaking up the court’s area of responsibility. Personally, I think replacing the Moonbat judges with real judges who actually uphold their oath is a good idea.
The Sacramento Bee reported that White House officials had been negotiating with Feinstein and Harris about the appointments earlier in the year, but the dialogue collapsed over the summer.
Any working relationship is likely only to have soured further after Harris and Feinstein led the charge on the Senate Judiciary Committee against the confirmation of now-Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
In particular, Trump and Republicans accused Feinstein of withholding information about an allegation of sexual assault against Kavanaugh until after the hearings were over.
And that has backfired badly on Feinstein. The actions of the Democrats CommuNazis appears to have shifted the potential outcome of the 2018 midterms. Previously, it was thought that the CommuNazis would win control of the Senate. Now it’s possible that they will actually lose seats. There is also a potential ethics charge being brought against Feinstein. Of course, that assumes she manages to hold on to her seat. She’s facing a flat out communist and could, potentially, lose.
Feinstein and Harris reacted angrily to the news of the latest appointments. Feinstein said in a statement that she had been prepared to accept a reported White House proposal of three other judges. She said she opposed both Collins and Lee – who she said had failed to disclose his “controversial writings” on voting rights and affirmative action.
“I repeatedly told the White House I wanted to reach an agreement on a package of 9th Circuit nominees, but last night the White House moved forward without consulting me, picking controversial candidates from its initial list and another individual with no judicial experience who had not previously been suggested,” she said in a statement.
“Instead of working with our office to identify consensus nominees for the 9th Circuit, the White House continues to try to pack the courts with partisan judges who will blindly support the president’s agenda, instead of acting as an independent check on this administration,” Harris spokeswoman Lily Adams told The Sacramento Bee.
My response is very simple Harris.
The kind of judges you and the rest of the CommuNazis want are ones who ignore the Constitution and will generally rule in ways that strip people of their rights and grant absolute power to the Federal Government. One of those things you and Feinstein want gone is the 2nd Amendment. Now, there is a fair chance that all your laws meant to disarm the American people might end up where they belong. In the trash.
Abortion? Returned to the states and removed from the hands of the Federal CommuNazi Central Committee. (Note I am not discussing banning or not banning abortion. I’m saying any laws would be made at the state level) There are any number of questionable laws and rulings that have been made in the last 120 years that could come up for review. This is what so terrifies the CommuNazis.
For decades, they have relied on the courts to help them control the American People. Now, they are forced to face the facts that “The People” have chosen a different path, one that does not include the CommuNazi Party and their desire to control, regulate, rule and loot the Average American. There is only one thing you can do now.
