Good day all. The early voting has begun, (Something that I oppose unless you are not going to be able to vote on election day), and something interesting seems to be happening. The CommuNazi Party, formally known as the Democrat party, has stopped screaming about the Blue Wave.
The CommuNazis, between bouts of threats and violence against conservatives and Republicans, have been screaming loudly that the Blue Wave was coming and that they were going to take over and put an end to all the things President Trump has done. They have announced massive tax increases, more regulations and the outright suppression of the Constitutional rights of free speech and keeping and bearing arms. Suddenly, the CommuNazis are pulling back on all this. Here are the details from Fox News:
Top Democrats are working to manage expectations about a “blue wave” sweeping the party into power on Capitol Hill, urging caution about those predictions amid fresh signs that the midterms could be much closer than anticipated.
With just over two weeks to go before the critical elections, Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez said Monday that he doesn’t use the term “blue wave” to talk about a possible victory for his party. Even though House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi — who has her eyes on the speaker’s gavel — said just days earlier they could be looking at a Democratic “tsunami,” Perez predicted a tight race for control of Congress.
“We always knew that this election was going to be close — I don’t use the term ‘blue wave,’ I always talk about the need for the blocking and tackling,” Perez told CNN. “I always talk about the need for organizing, to make sure you’re leading with your values, and that’s how we’ve been winning throughout this year and throughout 2017.”
So, what has changed? To begin with, the economy has exploded and the rising tide is lifting boats that haven’t seen good economic news in 50 years of Progressive mismanagement of the country. Unemployment is far below what it was under the Great Mistake, Barack Obama and the rates for Black and Hispanic Americans, (And I really don’t like using that term, but have to), is the lowest it’s been since the 1960’s.
Then we have the antics of the CommuNazis in general. We have Mad Maxine telling her supporters to attack Republicans, We have people like the mayor of Portland, Oregon supporting the assaults on people by Antifa, to the point of ordering police not to intervene, and the announcements that once they take over, the CommuNazis are going to impeach everyone starting with President Trump.
Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders cast even more doubt on the “wave” narrative.
“A lot of people talk about this ‘blue wave’ and stuff,” Sanders told The Hill. “I don’t believe it.”
Sanders, an independent who ran for president in 2016 as a Democrat, added: “I happen to think that on election night we’ll find a very, very close situation and maybe a handful of votes determining whether Democrats gain control of the House.”
The cautious comments come as the shifting midterm landscape reflects a Republican advantage in the Senate and the likelihood of a tough fight for control of the House — which could be determined by just a handful of races, even as Democrats are still seen as having the edge.
Here’s the problem with this “Edge” they speak of. The polls they are using are the same ones they used to predict the victory of Felonia von Pantsuit by double digits. The issue is that the polling techniques that have been used for decades are losing their validity, and have historically leaned to the CommuNazi Party.
They also haven’t been concentrating on House races as much as they have the Senate, and now it looks like that not only will the Republicans maintain their control of the house, they might pick up a few seats. Another issue for the CommuNazis was the confirmation hearings for our new Associate Justice, Brett Kavanaugh.
Many people watched the CommuNazis literally work to destroy the reputation of Justice Kavanaugh, with coming up with a fake accusation of sexual assault when Kavanaugh was in high school. The 35 year old accusations, along with Christine Blasey Ford’s failure to remember any actual details angered a number of people. They saw the same thing happening to them, their husbands or their fathers. The follow up accusations were so over the top that the accusers weren’t even asked to testify.
I don’t know how things will turn out when all is said and done. I will say that people need to consider where they were two years ago and where they are now. For me, it was being unemployed and unable to find a job, and looking at losing my home, to having a decent job that I actually like.
In fact, the company I’m with is growing so fast that we literally don’t have the people we need to support the products. (We are bringing a new person on, but losing one to an internal transfer. We are hoping to be able to hire two more before the end of the year) As noted Progressive Clinton butt kisser once said, “It’s the economy stupid!” All the Democrats are promising is economic ruin and enslavement. It’s up to you. Remember in November!
