Good day all. The People’s Democratic Republic of Kalifornistan passed a law last year preventing local law enforcement from notifying the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency that they were holding an illegal alien.
Many local police officials were furious at this and have been trying to work around it. They consider their first duty to protect American citizens and those lawfully in the United States, not gang bangers from MS-13 who are here illegally. Of course, there is always one Moonbat who will put criminals over the innocent, and we have one threatening to use force against ICE agents. Here are the details from Fox News:
An official from the nation’s largest sheriff’s department vowed this week to “physically remove” ICE agents from its county jails. Speaking at a Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday, Sheriff Alex Villanueva from the Los Angeles County sheriff’s office said he eliminate the presence of federal immigration agents from the city’s county jails.
“We are going to physically remove ICE from the county jails,” Villanueva told the board, using the acronym for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
He also said he plans to further limit the crimes that lead jail authorities to cooperate with ICE. Villanueva, who won last month’s election, is making good on promises he made during his campaign.
This will not end well for the L.A. County Sheriffs Department. Under a worst case scenario, you could end up with a federal swat team coming in and arresting this sheriff and if there is resistance, a full blown gun battle. There are also a number of federal laws dealing with criminal aliens that Sheriff Moonbat is willfully ignoring. Some of these laws could be used, under certain circumstances, to prosecute this idiot.
People are tired of criminal aliens, ones who should have been deported, murdering people, robbing them raping women and children and breaking every single law on the books. There is a reason that ICE puts out hold orders, it’s to get these vermin the Hell out of the United States and back to the Turd world hellholes they came from. Honest citizens and Lawful resident Aliens are furious at people trying to protect the criminals.
Each and every day, we see Kalifornistan going further out to sea, virtually speaking. It will end in one of two ways. Kalifornistan kicked out of the union, or the state declared to be in rebellion and all state and many local officials removed from office and jailed, with the state put under virtual martial law. Think what happened after the Civil War to the former Confederate States, and then double down.
