Good day all. Well, it’s “Mueller Time!” and former special Grand Inquisitor Robert A. Mueller now finds himself in an unusual position. He’s the one being raked over the coals and desperately trying to avoid perjury traps.

I’ve been busy today and have only watched a few minutes of his questioning in front of the House Judiciary committee. My first impression was seeing a deer in the headlights of an oncoming 18 wheeler hauling 20 tons of steel. Since I’ve been out most of the morning, I’ve been reading the reports on the news sites, both legitimate and those of the Catchfart media. Here are some details from Fox News:
During his opening statement before the House Judiciary Committee, Mueller again expressed his reluctance as an appointed prosecutor to testify before Congress and warned that he would not answer certain questions.
“It is unusual for a prosecutor to testify about a criminal investigation and given my role as a prosecutor there are reasons why my testimony will be limited,” Mueller said Wednesday, noting that his public testimony could influence “ongoing matters.”
Especially when the investigation was nothing more than a politically motivated witch hunt.
“I am unable to answer questions about the FBI’s initial opening of the counterintelligence investigation,” Mueller continued, adding he would be unable to answer questions on “matters relating to the Steele dossier.”
“Those matters are subject to review and any questions on that should be directed to the FBI or the Department of Justice,” Mueller said, referring in part to the dossier compiled by Christopher Steele.
And to that I say BULLSHIT! The whole thing started because of the Steele Dossier. Without that, there would have been no investigation. That the dossier had already been found to be a fraud paid for by Felonia von Pantsuit was known before anything got started.
Meanwhile, Democrats on both committees are expected to focus their questions on five areas in Mueller’s report having to do with his inquiry on “obstruction,” rather than on accusations of the Trump campaign colluding with the Russians, in an attempt to expose potential wrongdoing by the president.
And this is where things will get interesting. To have Obstruction of Justice, you have to have an underlying crime to actually obstruct. There wasn’t any, so there can be no obstruction. Then there is the fact that President Trump instructed everyone to fully cooperate with the Mueller Inquisition, and not once did President Trump cite Executive Privilege. That fact just grates at the CommuNazis, so they are just ignoring it.
Among the topics they are expected to focus on: Trump’s reported call to then-White House Counsel Don McGahn to remove Mueller; the claim the president ordered McGahn to deny he told him to try to get rid of Mueller; allegations the president told former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski to instruct then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions to curb the probe; the dangling of pardons to former campaign manager Paul Manafort; and allegations of witness tampering, including with Manafort.
None of which happened, otherwise Mueller would have joyfully handed that information over to the Democrats. All of these allegations were from the catchfarts at the Washington Post and the New York Times, all claiming they came from “Anonymous Sources.” (In other words, they made it all up)
Then we come to James Comey. Comey was fired by President Trump as director of the FBI. Since his terminations, many interesting details have come out, leading a number of people to wonder why Comey isn’t in jail yet awaiting trial. One major reason is Mueller. He and Comey are best buddies and Mueller believed everything Comey said.
In a testy exchange with Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, former Special Counsel Robert Mueller admitted during testimony Wednesday that he was friends with former FBI Director James Comey. Mueller, who was appearing in his first of two congressional hearings, said first that he and Comey were “business associates” and then – after being pressed by Gohmert – added that he and the former FBI director were “friends.”
In other words, Mueller was trying to protect his besty. Meanwhile, Mueller is still trying to peddle his Obstruction garbage.
Republican Rep. John Ratcliffe blasted former Special Counsel Robert Mueller Wednesday for his report findings on alleged obstruction of justice by President Trump, claiming the section violated Justice Department policy and the “bedrock principle of our justice system.”
Ratcliffe, R-Texas, asked Mueller during congressional testimony to identify which Justice Department policy “set forth a legal standard that an investigated person is not exonerated if their innocence from criminal conduct is not conclusively determined.” The lawmaker was raising concern about Mueller’s report saying that while the probe did not establish Trump committed a crime, it also did not exonerate him.

It either did or it didn’t, This is a binary question. There is no “Maybe yes, maybe no.” But Mueller has a long history of playing fast and loose with the law and the constitutional rights of Americans.
“Can you give an example other than Donald Trump where the Justice Department determined an investigated person was not exonerated because their innocence was not conclusively determined?” Ratcliffe continued.
Mueller replied: “I cannot but this is a unique situation.”
It was a unique situation in that the sole goal of the Mueller Inquisition was to “Get TRUMP!!” That is why Mueller keeps saying that he can’t exonerate President Trump. He doesn’t want to. What he wants is to protect his friends in the Deep State Uniparty.
When I started this post, Mueller was speaking to the Judiciary committee. He’s now facing the House Intelligence Committee, (Chaired by a complete moron by the name of Adam Schifthead) and the Republicans are ripping him apart according to the news. He’s expected to continue testifying for another few hours, but from what I’ve seen, he’s not providing the Democrats anything new, and it seems he’s not really doing all that well.
Of course, this fiasco is still underway, and I recommend following what happens for the next few days. I expect the catchfarts at CNN and MSNBC to fall over backwards saying that there is now enough evidence to impeach President Trump, then take yet another hit off their crack pipes. All I’ll say is, stay tuned and make sure you have plenty of popcorn!!
