Good day all. Alexandria Occasional-Cortex has been quiet for the last month or so. People may have thought she was being foolish by staying out of the news. Now she has once again opened her mouth and removed any doubt that she is a complete fool.
The back story was the news that the Trump administration was tightening up the eligibility rules on getting food stamps. Since the unemployment rate has all but collapsed, the need for people to be getting government money has dropped. However, AOC, being a Communist idiot, decided it was time to start lying again. She claims that if the new rules were in place when her father died, she could have starved. Here are the details from Fox News:
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., received pushback Thursday after claiming her family “might’ve just starved” had the Trump administration‘s tightened requirements for food stamp recipients been in place when her father died in 2008. Critics claimed the freshman congresswoman misrepresented the new rule, pointing out that it applies only to childless, able-bodied adults under 50.
I am so tempted to say something utterly inappropriate regarding AOC’s father’s death, but I’m a decent person so I will hold my tongue…for now. Second, why am I not surprised that Occasional-Cortex would lie about her family’s situation at that time?
Ocasio-Cortez, 30, responded to the announcement on Twitter on Thursday:
“My family relied on food stamps (EBT) when my dad died at 48. I was a student. If this happened then, we might’ve just starved. Now, many people will,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “It’s shameful how the GOP works overtime to create freebies for the rich while dissolving lifelines of those who need it most.”
The New York Democrat was 19 and about to begin her sophomore year at Boston University when her father, Sergio Ocasio, died of lung cancer. It is likely her mother still would have claimed her as a dependent at that time.
It’s also highly unlikely that Alexandria Occasional-Cortex would have starved. I think they have this thing in colleges called a meal plan? You pay for it with your tuition? I’m sure someone will correct me in the comments if I’m in error. There is also the fact that at 19, AOC was legally an adult and could have gotten a job flipping burgers if she needed to.
Several Twitter users also slammed the New York Democrat for spreading “Fake News” online by implying the new rule prevents children from receiving benefits. Some users also pointed out that able-bodied adults between ages 18 and 49 without dependents can still qualify for food stamps if they train or work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
Let me state this right now. No one has starved to death in the country because they couldn’t get food in…I don’t know, over a century? Between government programs and charities, anyone who needs food can get it.

Lauf — the 26-year-old daughter of a small-business owner and a legal immigrant from Guatemala – has been billed by some as the Republican counterweight to Ocasio-Cortez.
I hadn’t heard of Ms. Lauf until this story. I followed the link in the Fox report and read what they had to say. She isn’t a counterweight to AOC, (Frankly a flea has more “Weight” then AOC), she is dead opposite of her. Her family is exactly the ones we want to come to America.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., also blasted the Trump administration’s efforts to reduce public benefits, saying: “Instead of combating food insecurity for millions, connecting workers to good-paying jobs or addressing income inequality, the administration is inflicting their draconian rule on millions of Americans across the nation who face the highest barriers to employment and economic stability.”
I wonder how much of her own personal ill gotten wealth San Fran Nan has donated to food pantries and soup kitchens? My guess would be ZERO! The simple fact of the matter is, to many of these programs have been abused and looted by the people they are allegedly meant to help. The original idea was that this aid was temporary, something to help while you were down on your luck.
For AOC and San Fran Nan, it’s meant to be a tool to keep as many people as possible dependent on the Democrat Party. They continue to vote for the Democrats, they will continue to give them free stuff at the expense of everyone else, excluding themselves. As for Alexandria Occasional-Cortex? Well, she can always go into the Adult film industry. I hear they pay well.
