Good day all. Since the Wuhan Flu got out of China late last year, thanks to the World Health Organization helping the Chinese Communist Party hide and cover up the Chinese Virus’s existence, America and President Trump have been relying on the expertise of the Centers for Disease Control and its personnel to provide unbiased information.
Instead, we have seen incompetence and bureaucratic inertia and possibly falsifying information. This has led some people, (Myself included), to wonder if it is all incompetence or if it’s malice. Yes, this is tinfoil hat territory, but there are some interesting statistics and anecdotal information regarding the politics of the people in the CDC. Here are some details from the Washington Examiner:
The majority of political contributions made by employees of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since 2015 have gone to Democratic candidates or causes, federal election records show.
Donors who list the CDC as their employer have made more than 8,000 contributions totaling over $285,000 to various political campaigns or organizations. An analysis by the Daily Caller News Foundation found only five contributions were sent to a Republican political action committee or candidate, totaling just over $1,000. Only three people donated to President Trump’s 2016 campaign.
Now understand that people can donate money to politicians and PAC’s. I can even understand why they send money to the Deep State Democratic CommuNazi party. They see them as shipping more money to the CDC, meaning pay hikes and new hires for dubious studies. However, I’ve heard stories that the level of hatred for president Trump is so extreme in the CDC that they may actually be falsifying data. Understand that this IS just a rumor from a single, unverified source.
The recipients of all these campaign donations run the gamut. Felonia von Pantsuit in 2016 of course, and currently Joe “The Groper” Biden. They’ve also been sending money to various left wing Political Action Committees as well.
Aside from supporting specific candidates, employees also donated money to progressive organizations like Indivisible Action, which seeks to “elect progressive leaders, rebuild our democracy, and defeat the Trump agenda.”
Rebuild Democracy? The progressives don’t want a Democracy or a Republic. They want a Progressive Socialist single party state ruled by the Progressive Elite. Is it any wonder that President Trump and others are beginning to question the loyalty of these workers? (Not loyalty to President Trump, but loyalty to the United States of America)
Since the coronavirus pandemic began, Trump has been sharply critical of the CDC, casting doubt on the data the agency keeps about the outbreak and publicly breaking with guidelines it set forth for reopening schools in the fall.
I disagree with @CDCgov on their very tough & expensive guidelines for opening schools. While they want them open, they are asking schools to do very impractical things. I will be meeting with them!!!

“In Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and many other countries, SCHOOLS ARE OPEN WITH NO PROBLEMS,” Trump also said. “The Dems think it would be bad for them politically if U.S. schools open before the November Election, but is important for the children & families. May cut off funding if not open!”
There is the idea that if the public schools do not open, that the money being sent to them should be sent to private and charter schools that do open, and possible directly to parents so they can hire tutors and teachers for their children. If this were to actually happen, it would sound the death knell of the unions.
Getting back to the CDC and the general hatred of all things Trump, we have seen some interesting things coming from the CDC. The early test kits were so bad that they had to scrap all the results and redo them with kits that actually worked. (From private sources no less, which really pissed off the CDC bureaucrats)
I’ve also heard that for each confirmed positive test for the Kung Flu virus, they have added 15 more people as being positive even though they never actually tested them. I’ve heard other anecdotal stories that people are being contacted and told they have been tested positive for the Chinese Virus when they were never tested in the first place.
Over the last 30 years, the CDC has gone from being a center meant to research diseases and find ways to prevent epidemics and pandemics, to a politically correct bureaucracy doing research into things that have nothing to do with actual diseases. The CDC was dinged a while back for doing studies on the private ownership of firearms, (They’re against it), that was nothing but a political hit piece on the 2nd Amendment.
Now that we have a real disease we need to deal with, the Centers for Disease Control are coming across not as experts who have spent decades preparing for these eventualities, but as just another pack of bureaucrats who couldn’t make it in the “Dreaded Private Sector.” I don’t know how we can fix this, but there needs to be a serious house cleaning in that agency. Those who will put politics ahead of the public health need to find new jobs more in tune with their beliefs. Shoveling manure comes to mind.
