Good day all. One of the most toxic and divisive things that companies and government agencies force their employees to sit through is “Diversity Training.” Of this, there is a subset known as “Critical Race Theory.” The short version is that it says that all white people are racist and need to be punished.
The long version is far worse. The goal of Dr. Martin Luther King was to end the idea that someone should be viewed only by the color of their skin. Most Americans believe in that idea. I certainly do. However, we have the Progressive Liberal Democrats, aka The Democratic CommuNazis, who hate that idea. In fact, the biggest racists around are white liberal Democrats.
In order to destroy everything that is positive about America, one of which is that we are all Americans, (Or immigrants looking to become Americans), and that in America, everyone is equal in the eyes of the law and Constitution. In the minds of Progressive Liberals, this is garbage. They see themselves as part of the ruling elite and that everyone must be put into groups they can control and manage. So, instead “We’re all Americans!” we end of with “African-American, Asian-American, (FYI, People of Chinese, Japanese or anywhere along the Pacific Rim are treated with the same disdain as Caucasians by the Progressive Elite), Latin-Americans, etc.
To push this, the idea of Critical Racy Theory was created. The Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazis then used their positions in Government to shove this down the throats of government workers of European descent. President Trump heard about this and has put an end to it. Here are the details from Fox News:
The Trump administration is halting “critical race theory” training in federal agencies, with White House officials calling it “anti-American propaganda.”
“This is a sickness that cannot be allowed to continue,” President Trump tweeted. “Please report any sightings so we can quickly extinguish!”
Russ Vought, director of the Office of Management and Budget, wrote a memo informing agencies of Trump’s instruction to stop using controversial forms of training on “critical race theory,” “white privilege” and “any other training or propaganda effort that teaches or suggests either…that the United States is an inherently racist or evil country or…that any race or ethnicity is inherently racist or evil.”
“It has come to the President’s attention that Executive Branch agencies have spent millions of taxpayer dollars to date “training” government workers to believe divisive, anti-American propaganda,” Vought wrote in the memo to heads of federal agencies and offices.
Vought cited reports of executive branch employees being taught in the classes – designed to educate employees about “white privilege” and other concepts — that “virtually all White people contribute to racism” and that it is racist to believe that America is a land of opportunity.
“These types of ‘trainings’ not only run counter to the fundamental beliefs for which our Nation has stood since its inception, but they also engender division and resentment within the Federal workforce,” Vought said.
To put it bluntly, Diversity Training and Critical Race Theory are something right out of Nazi Germany or any Ku Klux Klan manual. There is no place for this racist crap in the United States of America. This executive order from President Trump came about due to the work of one Christopher Rufo,
The move comes after Discovery Institute researcher Christopher Rufo told “Tucker Carlson Tonight” that “critical race theory” had become the default ideology of the federal government.
Rufo pointed to several of his own findings, including that Sandia National Laboratories — which designs nuclear weapons — held a mandatory retreat titled, “White Men’s Caucus on Eliminating Racism, Sexism, and Homophobia in Organizations.”
A training document obtained by Rufo listed a series of “examples of white male culture.” Those included “golf,” “quick decisions,” “self-confident,” “risk taking,” “brave,” and other attributes that the document notes were “generated by participants.” Rufo claims to have found instances of similar trainings across a long list of federal agencies, including the FBI.
This left wing racist crap has been going on for decades, and it has badly contaminated the Federal Government. We haven’t seen garbage this bad in decades. Most Americans thought this sort of racism had been ended back in the 60’s and 70’s. Now we are seeing that not only has it continued, it has gotten worse.
Of course, those who have had their snouts deeply in the taxpayer filled public trough are angry that their racket has been discovered and their contracts pulled.
Proponents of the training say it can help the government eliminate bias in areas such as the awarding of federal contracts. M.E. Hart, an attorney who has conducted diversity training sessions for businesses and the federal government, told The Washington Post that it also can improve morale, cooperation and efficiency.
“If we are going to live up to this nation’s promise — ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal’ – we have to see each other as human beings, and we have to do whatever it takes, including taking whatever classes make that possible,” Hart told the Post. “These classes have been very powerful in allowing people to do that, and we need them more than ever. There’s danger here.”
I spent a few minutes trying to identify this M.E. Hart, but without an actual name, he, or she, is impossible to locate. I’m going to hazard a few guesses though. First, M.E. Hart, if this is an actual person and not a figment of the imagination of the Washington Compost’s writers, Josh Dawsey and Jeff Stein, is probably a member of the progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazi Party in good standing.
I also suspect that this person voted for Obama, (Who was incredibly divisive when it came to so called “Race Relations”), and then for Felonia von Pantsuit and intends to vote for Joe “Pleased Dementia” Biden and Heels Up Harris. This person probably has no problem with the rioting, looting and burning perpetrated by the terrorist groups known as Antifa and Black Lives, (And no one else’s), Matter.
Thanks to President Trump’s order, this worthless piece of trash now has to go out and find real work. It’s going to take decades to undo the damage done by these Progressive Liberal racist scum, and to be honest, I think it may be to late. I hope I’m wrong, since if I’m not, seriously bad things might happen, something I don’t want to see. In any case, this is a good start.
