Crooked City Attorney falsifies evidence, McCloskey’s indicted

Good day all. The saga of Mark and Patricia McCloskey has yet to come to an end. Yesterday, (October 6th) the corrupt Soros City Attorney, (St. Louis’s name for District Attorney) indicted the McCloskey’s on two bogus charges.

For those who might have forgotten, last summer a mob from the BCLM broke down a gate and stormed a private residential area. The McCloskeys, who were rightfully afraid that the mob from Black Communist Lives, (and no one else’s), Matter might physically assault them and destroy their home, broke out a rifle and a pistol and used them to keep the terrorists at bay. (No shots fired)

Under Missouri law, what they did was completely justified and within the law. However, the Saint Louis City Attorney, (The local term for District Attorney), who is a bought and paid for minion of George Soros, decided to go after the McCloskeys. Yesterday, October 6th, the corrupt City Attorney indicted them on two felony charges. Brandishing a weapon and tampering with evidence. Here are the details from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch:

A St. Louis grand jury on Tuesday handed down indictments against Mark and Patricia McCloskey, charged in July with brandishing weapons at protesters outside the couple’s Portland Place mansion. The couple was indicted on felony charges of unlawful use of a weapon and evidence tampering. The indictments were filed under seal Tuesday. St. Louis Circuit Clerk Thomas Kloeppinger said a judge ordered the indictments suppressed but Kloeppinger didn’t know the reason.

The tampering with evidence charge is laughable on its face. This is in regards to the pistol that Patricia McCloskey was waving around. When their lawyer turned it in, the pistol was nonfunctional. It had been used in a court case by the McCloskeys and had been disabled in order to bring it into the courtroom. It’s since been learned that it was the Assistant City Attorney who tampered with the evidence, ordering the forensics technician to fix it and restore it to firing condition.

A spokeswoman for Circuit Attorney Kimberly M. Gardner could not be reached Tuesday.

Probably due to the corrupt bitch trying to figure out a way to keep her own ass out of prison over some of her activities in the last few years.

The McCloskeys’ lawyer Joel Schwartz said he didn’t know specifics about the charges but said he’s not surprised a grand jury indicted his clients.

I’ll certainly be interested in what was presented to the grand jury,” said Schwartz, who plans to request a transcript or recording of the proceedings, if such records were made.

I’m sure it will make the New York Slimes best seller list for fiction.

The charges filed in July say that on June 28, Mark McCloskey, 63, pointed an AR-15 rifle at protesters and Patricia McCloskey, 61, wielded a semiautomatic handgun, placing protesters in fear of injury.

Perhaps the thugs in question wouldn’t have been so “Afraid” if they hadn’t broken down a gate and stormed into private property in the first place.

Outside the Carnahan Courthouse on Tuesday, Mark McCloskey criticized the City Counselor’s Office for opting against prosecuting protesters for trespassing in Portland Place, a private, gated street. Nine protesters were initially served police summonses, but City Counselor Michael Garvin said on Sept. 29 that trespassing charges would not be pursued.

And that tells you all you need to know about this indictment. It has no basis in law, it’s purely a political prosecution.

The government chooses to persecute us for doing no more than exercising our right to defend ourselves, our home, our property and our family and now we’re getting drug here time after time after time and for what?” Mark McCloskey said. “We didn’t fire a shot. People were violently protesting in front of our house and screaming death threats and threats of rape and threats of arson. Nobody gets charged but we get charged.”

The governor and the Attorney general of Missouri fully understand that what Kim Gardner is doing is a blatant violation of the laws of Missouri, the Constitution of Missouri and the Constitution of the United States. The Attorney General, Eric Schmitt has filed a motion to dismiss and the Governor, Mike Parsons, has announced he will pardon the McCloskey’s if that sleazeball Gardner manages to get a conviction. What this is showing Americans is what will happen if the Democratic CommuNazis managed to get their way. Show trials and political prosecutions. Think about that when you go to the polls.
