Good day all. Recently Fox News asked a question. Could the policies now being implemented in the People’s Democratik Republik of Kalifornistan be made to work on a national level?

Now that you have managed to stop laughing, this was a serious question. Could the economic and environmental policies that are driving Kalifornistan into complete collapse be made to work on a national level? Here is what Fox News has to say:
California has long been known for its push toward more progressive policies, many of which now form the basis of the Joe Biden–Kamala Harris presidential ticket. But whether or not such proposals have been successful – and whether California should be lauded as a model — is subject to intense debate.
Debate? What debate? Kalifornistan is, for all intents and purposes, a failed single party state.
The notion that California serves as an appropriate template for the federal policy has both its backers and its critics, with the latter pointing to its massive debt – at just below $290 billion, as per the World Population Review Data – making it the fifth highest in the U.S., behind New Jersey, Illinois, Massachusetts, and Kentucky.
And what do all these states have in common? They are deep blue states that have been run by Democrats for decades.
So what are some of the Biden-Harris campaign strategies – Harris is a California native and U.S. senator – have already set in motion inside the Golden State?
Well now, the first one is forcing companies to pay far more then the jobs are worth. They are planning on forcing companies to pay a $15 minimum wage. The problem with that is simple. The businesses that are forced to pay this, can’t make any money, so they do one of two things. They lay off people or they close their doors and go out of business. Of course, thanks to that moron Gavin Newsom, a lot of these companies have gone out of business, thanks to his lock down. That isn’t going to slow him down at all of course.
Gov. Gavin Newsom doubled-down on the policy in July, insisting that – despite the coronavirus pandemic having shuttered scores of businesses – the next hike on January 1, 2021, would still go ahead.
“Millions of low-wage workers have fled the state because of policies such as higher minimum wages and mandated benefits that make it unprofitable for companies to hire them. And the state has some of the world’s highest housing costs due to artificial restrictions on housing development,” contended Lawrence McQuillan, a senior fellow at the Oakland-based policy think tank, the Independent Institute.”
The next disaster is energy. Since President Trump took office, and started shutting down the Obama/Biden regulatory state, The united States has become a net energy exporter for the first time in 70 years. Dementia Joe and Heels Up Harris will put an end to that.
California’s energy policies appear to hold a mirror to those proposed by Biden.
Does that include the rolling blackouts because they aren’t generating enough electricity?
“This is the state that regulates the mileage on cars and their tailpipe emissions, mandates electric trucks, cracks down on idling tankers, subsidizes rooftop solar energy, and caps statewide emissions while maintaining a marketplace where industry bids for the right to pollute,” CalMatters writes.
In a similar vein, the Biden-Harris ticket entails an avowal to “go 100% greenhouse gas emission-free” through means of a $2 trillion initiative to ensure the U.S. electricity grid is entirely carbon emission-free by 2035, and making use of regulations and subsidies to “zero out net greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.”
And that expensive fantasy could only be met one way, by building dozens of new nuclear power plants. That won’t happen of course, the Greenie Moonbats hate nuclear power. The current state of the power grid in Kalifornistan is virtual collapse. Thanks to their idiotic policies, they are experiencing rolling blackouts across the state, usually when it’s 100+ degrees out and people are running their air conditions. Next we have the typical coddling of criminals.
Biden has thrown his backing behind eradicating cash bail with his campaign, calling it a “modern-day debtor’s prison.”
“The cash bail system incarcerates people who are presumed innocent,” his campaign website states. “Biden will lead a national effort to end cash bail and reform our pretrial system by putting in place, instead, a system that is fair and does not inject further discrimination or bias into the process.”
Two years ago, California passed legislation to cease cash bail and instead empower judges to decide whether an apprehended individual should be held or released – but voters have a chance to keep it or toss it when they head to the polls in November.
New York has something similar and it’s worked out so well, with skyrocketing crime rates. I don’t have information on how it’s working in Kalifornistan, but that there is a referendum on it makes me think, Not so good.
On the other end of the spectrum, we have gun control. Kalifornistan believes that the 2nd Amendment doesn’t actually exist, (Pretty much as all Blue states do), and has been moving towards full on confiscation for years.
The Biden-Harris admission has been billed as one of the most potent when it comes to potentially installing sweeping changes to gun rights, with the Democrats calling on bans to “assault weapons” and high-capacity magazines, but no specific number has been percolated.
For its part, California is considered the least gun-friendly state, overall, in the nation. It initiated its own “assault weapons” prohibition in 1989 and had continued to put in place a slew of gun restrictions in recent decades – ranging from 10-day waiting periods after purchase, outlawing high-capacity magazines, and a purchase limit of only one handgun per month.
In addition, Biden and Harris are proponents of “red flag” laws that enable courts to temporarily take away firearms from those deemed a threat to themselves and others. California is one of 17 U.S. states with such legislation codified.
Let’s go to the Constitution of the United States of America, which, for now, Kalifronstan is still a part of shall we?
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
This amendment is one that the Political Elites hate with a passion. They have been using their packed courts to strip this away from people for decades. There are judges who have stated that when referring to “the people,” this one amendment is referring to the collective people, in other words, the State, and not to individuals. This flies in the face of other parts of the constitution where these very same judges have said that when referring to “The People,” the constitution is means the individual.

This is why the Democrats are fighting tooth and nail to keep Judge Amy Barrett off the Supreme Court. It would give a solid majority to the strict constructionists on the court, who understand that the Constitution says exactly what it means and means what it says. We’re already seeing the constructionist courts start the process of dismantling Kalifornistan’s unconstitutional actions towards the Right to Keep and bear arms. A recent ruling tossed the magazine limits they’ve forced on their residents. (Does nothing to stop criminals of course)
The next disaster in them making, one that is jacking up unemployment rates, is the “Gig Economy.” This is where people take contracts for a period of time rather then become full time employees. It’s been made illegal in Kalifornistan, and the senile pedophile and the retired prostitute want to throw millions of people out of work nationwide.
There is a lingering question over whether ridesharing and food delivery companies like Uber, Lyft, and Doordash should be forced to classify their contractors as employees – this making an assortment of benefits available to workers.
There is no question. I’ve done contracting and I made a pile of money doing it. Personally, I don’t care for that type of work life, but others thrive in it. The gig economy is also used by people to make some extra cash, usually working as Lyft or Uber drivers. This has been made illegal in Kalifornistan and rather then deal with converting thousands of people to employees, (Which massively increases the costs of doing business), they are simply shutting down and pulling out of the state.

The Golden State has proven to be one step ahead. Last year, Newsom inked a bill mandating that a number of businesses operating in the “gig economy” reassign independent contractors into formal employees,
Subsequently, something of a convoluted mess has ensued as suits are dragged through the system. Several of the Silicon Valley giants have additionally threatened to withdraw from operating in the state altogether.
Furthermore, the bill has ignited steep concern among California’s creatives – writers, artists, musicians, and other independent contractors that make up the lifeblood of Hollywood – prompting Newsom to sign even more legislation this month to clarify the earlier ruling that threatened the livelihoods of millions.
This disaster was shoved down the throats of the working people by the Kalifornistan Unions. Their idea was to force companies to convert contractors to full time employees and then unionize them, ensuring ever increasing riches for the union heads and their bought and paid for legislators and other politicians. As mentioned, it has thrown thousands out of work, reduced the incomes tens of thousand more and now businesses are pulling up stakes and leaving. Dementia Joe and Heels Up Harris want to ram this through nationwide.
Biden’s campaign website states that he would “aggressively pursue employers who violate labor laws, participate in wage theft, or cheat on their taxes by intentionally misclassifying employees as independent contractors.” Harris last year also joined the push to dramatically change California state law into reclassifying most contractors as employees.

Before the Great Panicdemic of 2020, the national unemployment rate had dropped to about 3%. Companies couldn’t find enough people to hire. Of course, with the lock down, the governors pretty much killed the American economy and threw millions of people out of work. Now that some have come to the conclusion that the lock down was a really stupid idea, they are reopening for business The unemployment rate has been coming down far faster then anyone expected, (Not as fast as I or President Trump would like of course), and is about 7.8% or thereabouts.
Under the senile pedophile, Dementia Joe, and the retired blow job queen, Heels Up Harris, if they were to implement this failed policy from Kalifornistan, you could expect the unemployment rate to hit 30% plus in months, and continue climbing. Tie it in with their other idiotic ideas, and you are talking about the complete collapse of the American economy.
President Trump ran on a platform to Make America Great Again, and he, despite the attempts of the Deep State and the Beltway Uniparty, has come a long way to accomplishing this goal. Biden and Harris, along with the rest of the Democrat Party, are running on a platform of economic destruction, stripping away the constitutional and God/Nature given rights of the people, and ending the Great Experiment.
November will show whether we succeed as a nation, or are reduced to a level that would cause Americans to envy the North Koreans and Venezuelans. The choice is yours America. Remember in November.
