Supreme Court announces the end of the Republic

Good day all. Well, it isn’t really a good day. Last night, the United States Supreme Court once again demonstrated why it needs to be gutted and rebuilt. The ruled that Texas, and by extension, about half the United States, does not have standing to challenge the fraudulent election of Dementia Joe Biden and Blow Job Queen Kamala Harris.

The decision was NOT unanimous. Justices Thomas and Alito both said that the case should be heard. What surprised me, and frankly a lot of others, was that the new justices sided with the coward Roberts and the four statist’s. If anyone would have looked at what the case filed by Texas could lead to if denied, it should have been them. Instead, they basically announced that fair and free elections in the United States are a thing of the past.

This ruling has both states and people enraged, and this is a very bad thing. Texas, a few days ago, had their annual “Secession” bill posted looking to pull out of the Union and reform the Republic of Texas. This happens quite often and is usually ignored. Now? Additionally, former Representative and now current head of the Texas GOP has said it may be time to start a new union of law abiding states. Here are the details from Fox News:

The leader of the Republican Party in Texas suggested Friday that “law-abiding states” might want to form their own “union,” after the U.S. Supreme Court rejected the Lone Star State’s lawsuit over the 2020 presidential election, according to reports.

Alan West is a retired United States Army Lieutenant Colonel. He took an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. With the actions of the Supreme Court, Mr. West, and a lot of other people who also served, are beginning to think that the Democrat party may be a domestic enemy, and that the Supreme Court is now aiding and abetting them in their theft of the Presidential Election. It sounds like he’s calling for states that reject the stolen election and the cowards of the Court and maybe it’s time to secede.

Texas asserted it had a right “to demand that all other States abide by the constitutionally set rules in appointing presidential electors to the electoral college.” It claimed that other states suffered whenever one state “violates federal law to affect the outcome of a presidential election.”

But the court dismissed the case based on that issue, according to The Associated Press. It said that Texas “has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections.”

Two justices disagreed with that finding. Perhaps, besides being scholars of the Constitution, they are also historians. They know that the last time the Supreme Court pulled a bone headed maneuver like this, it tore the nation apart and caused a civil war that killed 600,000 people.

After the ruling, Allen West, a former Florida congressman who has headed the Texas GOP since July, issued a response.

The Supreme Court, in tossing the Texas lawsuit that was joined by seventeen states and 106 US congressman, [has] decreed that a state can take unconstitutional actions and violate its own election law — resulting in damaging effects on other states that abide by the law, while the guilty state suffers no consequences,” West wrote, according to KTVT-TV of Dallas-Fort Worth.

This decision establishes a precedent that says states can violate the U.S. Constitution and not be held accountable,” West continued. “This decision will have far-reaching ramifications for the future of our constitutional republic.

Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the Constitution,” he added.

And this is where the usual bill to secede from the Union comes into play.

West’s proposal echoed a similar sentiment expressed earlier in the week by Texas state Rep. Kyle Biedermann, R-Fredericksburg, who called for a referendum that would allow voters to decide if Texas should break off from the U.S.

The federal government is out of control and does not represent the values of Texans. That is why I am committing to file legislation this session that will allow a referendum to give Texans a vote for the State of Texas to reassert its status as an independent nation,” Biedermann said in a statement.

And this is where things are starting to get very worrisome. Many people are now thinking that the time has come to file for divorce.

Radio host Rush Limbaugh this week also stated that perhaps a fissure in the U.S. was inevitable, given the chronic disagreements between conservatives and liberals.

I actually think — and I’ve referenced this, I’ve alluded to this a couple of times because I’ve seen others allude to this — I actually think that we’re trending toward secession,” Limbaugh said on his show Wednesday, according to MediaMatters.org.

It can’t go on this way,” he continued. “There cannot be a peaceful coexistence of two completely different theories of life, theories of government, theories of how we manage our affairs. We can’t be in this dire a conflict without something giving somewhere along the way.”

I, personally, am not so sure a split could happen or would work. To begin with, most people don’t want this to happen. Second, the Great Theft of 2020 was centered around a few counties. If you look at maps of the United States and how each county voted, The Democrats were hammered outside of the big cities.

A split would not be as “clean” as the last time this happened, back in 1861. This is not regional so much as ideological. For instance, Texas. Several of the major cities are democrat controlled, and if the moonbats running those cities could get away with it, they would look a lot like New York City, San Francisco or Chicago. If Texas were to secede, those cities would fight it. A few people I know who study these things say that this is more of an Urban/Rural split. That makes it hard to “Draw the lines.”

This may lead to the second, and worst option. Moving from a cold Civil War to a hot one. If/When the Harris/Biden administration is sworn in, they are going to go full totalitarian as quickly as possible. They’ve already announced that they intend confiscate guns, and while the couch it in pretty terms, they will use federal force in the end to get them. That would start flat out battles between federal agents and the Citizens, and frankly, the agents, while inflicting casualties, would be wiped out.

In the end, the odds are that if the left were crushed, it would also mean the end of the “Deep State” in Washington. This would include, sadly, the Supreme Court. They would be seen as the cause of the problems and they would be put on trial. There would be little doubt that those 7 would be convicted and even less doubt of their sentences.

Thanks to the Democrats insane desire for absolute power, and the organs of government that the people of the United States counted on to protect them from things like this, I don’t see much hope now. Of course, President Trump has not given up his fight, and I doubt he will surrender until 12PM January 20th, 2021. Unlike Dementia Joe Biden, Kamala Heels Up Harris and all the Progressives, Liberals and elitists, he does respect the Constitution and the Rule of law. Stay tuned.
