Good day all. One of the first orders of business for the Fake President was to throw open the borders to every illegal alien on Earth. He also issued an order stopping deportations of these criminals. Well, the State of Texas went to court and received an order stopping Dementia Joe’s Executive Order.
Texas is on the front lines when it comes illegals crossing into the United States. Dementia Joe’s orders are intended to protect these future Democratic CommuNazi slaves voters. A federal judge has said “Wait a minute there dude!” Here are the details from Fox News:
A federal judge on Tuesday temporarily blocked President Biden’s attempt to put a moratorium on deportations for 100 days. After Texas sued over the policy, the judge blocked Biden, via a temporary restraining order, from moving forward for 14 days.
Well, 14 days is a good start considering the damage the Thief in Chief’s orders would do.
Texas’ lawsuit claims that the administration would be violating an agreement it has with the Department of Homeland Security – and would require at least 180 days’ notice, as well as consultation, prior to implementing changes in immigration policy. It is unclear whether those terms are enforceable, but similar agreements were struck with several other states under the former administration.
And once again, The Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, has been able to protect Americans from the rapacious actions of the CommuNazis.
The U.S. district judge implemented a nationwide injunction because a geographically-limited order would not adequately protect Texas’ interests due to “the free flow of movement” of illegal aliens from other states.
Oh that is really sticking it to the Progressives. They used to go judge shopping, usually for Obama Judges, in order to put road blocks in Trump’s way as he worked to Make America Great Again. As the old saying goes, What’s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.
Fox News exclusively reported over the weekend that an email sent last week to ICE officers called for stopping “all removals” and to “release them [undocumented immigrants] all, immediately.”
Dementia Joe and the CommuNazis fully intend to destroy the United States, with the goal of instituting single party rule. Throwing open the borders and making criminal aliens citizens is part of their plan.
“We’re confident that as the case proceeds, it will be clear that this measure was wholly appropriate in ordering a temporary pause to allow the agency to carefully review its policies, procedures, and enforcement priorities – while allowing for a greater focus on threats to public safety and national security,” a White House spokesman said. “President Biden remains committed to taking immediate action to reform our immigration system to ensure it’s upholding American values while keeping our communities safe.”
There are many reasons President Trump was elected in 2016, one of them is the open borders and the massive crime rate caused by illegal aliens. President Trump worked hard, in spite of the Democrats and country club Uniparty Republicans, (Also known as GOPe RINO’s), and that demand to stop illegal immigration has not gone away.
Now that the CommuNazis and RINO’s succeeded in the Great Election Theft of 2020, they are quickly moving to crush any and all hope Americans and legal resident aliens had in America being a strong and free country. This judge, Drew Tipton, was appointed by President Trump, and the Trump judges, unlike the Obama Judges, are generally strict constitutionalists.
In other words, they read the constitution as it is written, and the ready the laws, they don’t write laws from the bench. They may be the last line of defense against the tyranny of the Thief in Chief and the Democratic CommuNazis. If they fail, the 4th box will be opened. Now the CommuNazis can experience what the rest of us have been dealing with since January 2017.
