Good day all. Since 1945, the President of the United States has the sole authority to order a nuclear weapon to be used. Nuclear weapons have been used in war twice, with the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were destroyed, and Japan surrendered ending World War 2.
Since then, there have been over a thousand nuclear weapons detonated by the United States in tests, and every single one was ordered by the then President of the United States. There is a very strict protocol in place for the initiation of nuclear warfare, and the last time we ever came close was the Cuban Missile Crisis. The system in place has worked since 1945.
Now the Democratic CommuNazis are looking to change how the order to use nuclear weapons can be issued. They want Dementia Joe, the Fake President, to give up the sole authority to order a nuclear weapons release. Here are some of the details from Fox News:
About three dozen House Democrats have signed a letter asking President Biden to renounce his sole authority to launch nuclear weapons, according to reports. A promise from the president to give up his nuclear capabilities as commander in chief could take the same power away from future presidents.
“Vesting one person with this authority entails real risks,” the letter from Rep. Jimmy Panetta, D-Calif., and obtained by Politico reads. “Past presidents have threatened to attack other countries with nuclear weapons or exhibited behavior that caused other officials to express concern about the president’s judgment.”
First, it is surprisingly difficult for a president to initiate a nuclear first strike, especially if there is no real threat currently facing the United States. Even in the old Soviet Union, which considered nuclear weapons to be no different from standard weapons, launching them took more then the leader issuing the order, at least since Stalin died.
There have been incidents where a president made it known that the use of nuclear weapons was on the table, however, this was usually to prevent a war. Every president is briefed on the SIOP, (Single Integrated Operations Plan), and there is an officer who carries a case with the codes and communications tools needed to launch a nuclear strike. As for the Representative who wrote the letter, Jimmy Panetta, this is his first term in office.
Panetta’s office did not immediately respond to an inquiry from Fox News. The congressman said in a Monday tweet that he is “calling on” Biden “to install checks [and] balances in our nuclear command-and-control structure.”
The letter continues: “While any president would presumably consult with advisors before ordering a nuclear attack, there is no requirement to do so. The military is obligated to carry out the order if they assess it is legal under the laws of war. Under the current posture of U.S. nuclear forces, that attack would happen in minutes.”
I have known people who actually had their “Finger on the button,” and while the actual process is classified, and even though they are no longer serving, they will not go into specifics. However, they are all carefully selected and trained with regards to handling a valid launch order.
The question everyone is now asking is, “Why now? Why demand that Dementia Joe surrender his authority?” I think we all know the answer. They know that Joseph Biden is not mentally fit to hold office. (We won’t go into whether he actually won the election or not) Letting him have sole authority to launch nuclear weapons scares the crap out of them. Even with the CommuNazis hatred of the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, they never really worried about him initiating a nuclear first strike.
Democrats previously expressed concern with former President Trump having access to such power. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in January, for example, said she spoke with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley about protecting nuclear codes from an “unhinged president.”
Pelosi said she spoke to Milley on Jan. 5 “to discuss available precautions for preventing an unstable president from initiating military hostilities or accessing the launch codes and ordering a nuclear strike.”
San Fran Nan Pelosi is, of course, a flat out traitor and a tyrant. Her hatred of President Trump, and her utter contempt for the Rule of Law, the Constitution and the Chain of command is well known. That she spoke with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs about President Trump’s nuclear command authority, and more importantly, the Milley didn’t tell her to take a hike speaks volumes regarding just how bad things are in the Beltway Swamp.
As for Dementia Joe, it has come out that as Vice President, he told the officer carrying the backup football, (In case something happened to Der Fubar, Obama), that he didn’t want him within a mile of his location. This was a massive violation of the duties of the Vice President.
In the case of an attack, if Der Fubar had been killed and not able to order a counterstrike, it would have fallen to the VP. With the officer carrying the backup nuclear codes at least 10 minutes away, the chances of the United States being destroyed with no retaliation would have, under other circumstances, almost guaranteed a Pearl Harbor sneak attack.
Now as to stripping Dementia Joe of the authority to launch a nuclear strike, there is a “small” problem. The president of the United States is also, constitutionally, the Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces, and can order the military to attack our enemies with whatever weapons he chooses. (We can go into the Congress’s role in declaring war, the War Powers act, etc another day) Taking the ability of the President to deploy whatever weapons are needed to defeat the enemy runs headlong into the Constitution.
Now, if Panetta and the other Democratic CommuNazis are so concerned about the Fake President’s mental state, there is this thing called the 25th Amendment, which was written with just this possibility in mind. They can also impeach and remove Dementia Joe citing his mental incompetence. It wouldn’t be that hard to prove in my, obviously unschooled, opinion. Joe Biden has never been the sharpest knife in the drawer. Actually, he’s, mentally, more of a spork made of silly putty. I expect he will be out of office by this time next year in any case.
