Good day all. The tyrannical actions of the Bumbles Dementia maladministration have angered millions of people and done serious damage to the economic recovery that was getting underway before the Tainted Election. Since his installation into office, the diktats have been growing more onerous. The most recent was the “Mandate” that everyone would be vaccinated or else.
The various vaccines were developed under President Trump’s “Warp Speed” program to get something out to the people. Many corners were cut, and there have been issues. One thing that the Greatest President of the 21st Century had not planned on doing was issuing mandates that people should have to be vaccinated or basically become third class citizens. (Beneath the millions of Criminal aliens storming across the border)
President Bumbles Dementia, on the other hand, or at the very least, whoever is pulling the strings of the Meat Puppet, at first said there would be no mandates. That quickly ended as the Deep State and Communazi Party’s ever increasing voracious appetite for power reared it’s ugly head.
Dementia Joe then issued mandates that all government employees, military personnel and any company employing 100 or more people would be forced to be vaccinated or else. The push back has been increasing in the private sector, and now Federal employees are are going to court. Here are the details from the Daily Wire:
A group of federal workers, including several members of the military, are suing the Biden administration over a pair of mandates directing all federal workers and military service members to get vaccinated against COVID-19.
“Americans have remained idle for far too long as our nation’s elected officials continue to satisfy their voracious appetites for power,” says the lawsuit, filed by a group of plaintiffs including four Air Force officers and a Secret Service agent, according to The Washington Post.
The wording is interesting, and mimics what I have been saying regarding the tyrannical actions of the Ruling Elite in Washington. (They must read my blog, that or great minds think alike)
Ten plaintiffs filed a suit in the U.S. District Court in Washington on September 23, seeking for the judge to place an injunction on President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandates that cover all federal workers and contractors, as well as all members of the U.S. military.
Well, I think it’s safe to say that this court will quickly broom the case. This is the court that Obama packed and is rancid with Obama judges.
The lawsuit argues that the mandates violate religious freedom protections in the First Amendment. Both orders grant exemptions for religious and medical reasons if one can qualify, according to the Post.
I know several people who are former military that can’t take the various vaccines. It will seriously incapacitate or even kill them. One has remarked that when he was in the service, the flu shots would put him in the hospital for several weeks, and he would be incapacitated far longer than if he had actually contracted the flu.
“Besides its constitutional and statutory claims, the lawsuit, prepared by attorneys in Virginia and San Diego, contains vituperative language for a legal filing, citing the administration’s ‘authoritarian grip’ on the nation and the country’s ‘forty-seven year subjugation’ to Biden’s ‘vapid political career,’” the Post reported.
Ouch! That was a nice shot at Dementia Joe’s long history of always looking to increase government and strip away the rights of the individual. As to being useful in court?
Biden issued an order in September that mandated all federal workers and contractors receive the COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine mandate was included in the rollout of a larger strategy Biden announced to combat the coronavirus, which included a mandate covering all companies in the U.S. with at least 100 employees ordering that those employers must either ensure their employees are vaccinated or tested weekly for COVID-19.
There is a very serious constitutional question on that mandate. There are also major issues with actually enforcing it. The Meat Puppet was instructed to hand the enforcement over to OSHA. The problem is, OSHA isn’t set up to handle it and doesn’t have the people to actually check any reports. Then there is the question of OSHA being legally allowed to handle medical issues. Their mandate is workplace safety, and, bluntly, the China Virus isn’t that dangerous.
As for the military personnel, that might be a bit problematical. Still, since this is a political mandate and not something that a soldier would need on the battlefield, it’s possible that the courts might be able to do something. Also, since the maladministration is looking into giving anyone who refuses a bad conduct discharge, which, for all intents and purposes makes them convicted felons with limited recourse, I could see the courts stepping in.
As to whether this will work or not, I can’t say, As I mentioned before, this is the court that Dingy Harry Reid and Barack Obama packed. Since this is the court that generally handles the opening shots regarding regulations, (as I understand it), backing it with judges who support the government and don’t care what the Constitution says made sense to them. Of course, eventually, it would hit the Supreme Court and they now have justices who read and understand the law and constitution. (Except for Justice Sotomayor it seems)
This also isn’t taking into account the millions of people who have flat out had it with all the Biden mandates and are now pushing back. They have been seeing just how incompetent and politically driven the CDC has become, (with 15 experts saying no to covid boosters only to be overridden by a single political appointee), and are learning that Anthony Fauci is not only a liar, but may have been responsible for this mess in the first place.
If you wanted to know why Dementia Joe’s polling numbers are cratering, this is just one of the many many reasons. People are finally understanding that he is a pathological liar, incompetent, has never been right once on any major issue, is blindingly stupid and is now showing serious cognitive issues. Now we sit back and see what happens.
