Starbucks follows GE’s lead, ends Covid mandates. Progressives demand boycott

Good day all. Recently, General Electric ended all mask and vaxx mandates after the Supreme Court told the Bumbles Dementia maladministration to go pound sand. Now Starbucks is following suit, and has also ended all mandates. This has driven the Karen’s and other progressives insane and now they are demanding that Starbucks be boycotted.

First a few little housekeeping details. I don’t go to Starbucks. I consider what they call “Coffee” to be nothing more than boiled horse piss. When I buy coffee, I’m a “Dunk’s” man. (Dunkin Donuts) The Angry Niece is a major purchaser of Starbucks products, (Hey! I’m adopted, so there is no genetics between us), however she is also not an insane progressive Karen. With all that out of the way, here are the details from Legal Insurrection:

Now another corporation has also dumped its vaccine mandate, like a carafe of bitter, rancid coffee.

Hmm, I suspect we have another non-patron of the swill that Starbucks calls “Coffee.”

The tastiest part of this news: The corporation is one of the deepest blue, progressive, virtue-signaling entities in the country.

The CEO of Starbucks is a true Moonbat of the first rank. He’s all on board with the standard suite of repression pushed by Progressives to initiate their “One True Utopia.” The one exception seems to be the Mandates pushed on them by President Bumbles Dementia.

Starbucks Corp (SBUX.O) suspended COVID-19 vaccine-or-test requirement for U.S. employees that had been mandated by the government, according to a memo sent to workers on Tuesday, following an adverse U.S. Supreme Court ruling. The coffee giant had said earlier this month it would require its around 220,000 U.S. employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or undergo weekly testing.

Then the Supreme Court ruled that Dementia Joe’s maladministration might like to invest some time in reading the Constitution and told them that “No, you can’t force people to be injected against their will.” Starbuck’s response?

We respect the court’s ruling and will comply,” Starbucks Chief Operating Officer John Culver wrote in a memo to workers.

Now that is an interesting statement. As I understand the ruling, the Maladministration can’t force these mandates on companies and people. I’m not sure they have ruled on private entities saying that being vaxxed is a condition of employment or not. (Of course, a few places have done this and they’ve lost a lot of critical people)

Karma has come for Starbucks, as it is now the target of the very social justice activism it has long supported. #BoycottStarbucks is being promoted by its progressive patrons.

Soon after the announcement was made, many took to social media to express their opinion to the company’s decision, and the hashtag #BoycottStarbucks quickly made the rounds. It was among the top trending topics on Wednesday afternoon.

Legal Insurrection posted a few sample tweets from the “Former” progressive Starbucks clientele. Sadly, neither they or Starbucks is garnering much sympathy.

Too bad Starbucks decided to force liberal ideology with every cup of coffee purchased. I generally avoid using the chain, choosing a local barista whenever or wherever possible. I will own having one pumpkin spice latte each year in October.

Pumpkin Spice anything should be banned, and that includes putting it into pumpkins.

If the corporation remained focused on good coffee and great service for all, conservatives would be organizing a counter #Buycott at this point.

Well, there are two problems with that. The first is that Starbucks coffee is anything but great. Well, that isn’t entirely accurate. It is a great big pool of boiled sewage. The other issue? They’re a pack of Progressive Moonbats who hate America. The conservative’s answer was to open the troll gates.

@ScottPresler

In honor of Starbucks rescinding the vaccine mandate for employees, I’m going to sit at a Starbucks w/ my “Joe Biden left Americans behind in Afghanistan” laptop.

@moonbeam_medium

For once #BoycottStarbucks is not by conservative Christians? How interesting…

Me with my cheap coffee watching the world burn:

Personally, they should save their money. I’m not a connoisseur of fine coffees, however I do work, in my Real World Job, with someone who is. He won’t even use Starbucks coffee to put out a fire with. I can’t stand flavored coffees and I drink coffee the way it was intended. Black, and much like my personality, bitter and unsweetened. Frankly, if they went out of business, I wouldn’t shed a single tear, not because they are Woke and should go broke, but because their coffee sucks. How bad does it suck? It’s so bad that sucking dead donkey dicks would be an improvement.
