Good day all. The Canadian Freedom Convoy made up of thousands of people and hundreds or more big rigs have been in Ottawa for the last week or so, protesting all the Panicdemic mandates. The ruling elite in Canada is horrified that the serfs, peons and subjects are daring to protest against their betters.
The Ruling Elite has been issuing threats against the truckers and their supporters, and also demanded that the Go Fund Me page be shut down and the funds handed over to the Canadian government. Go Fund Me did kill their account, but their other plans regarding the millions of dollars blew up spectacularly. Now the mayor of Ottawa has started arresting anyone who even dares offer support. Here are the details from Fox News:
Canadian police announced Monday that seven people have been arrested and more than 100 have been issued tickets in connection to “demonstration-related enforcement” in Ottawa.
This comes after Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson declared a state of emergency Sunday afternoon as approximately 500 trucks and vehicles with the “Freedom Convoy” continued to linger in the streets of the Canadian capital to protest vaccine mandates and other coronavirus-related restrictions.
From what I’ve seen, and Viva Frei has been live streaming the protest in Ottawa, the protesters have been acting like typical Canadians. They’ve been firm, but very polite. The politicians and the media have been flat out lying about the entire protest. They’ve also decided that going full totalitarian is the best way to do things.
Ottawa Police Service issued a warning earlier Monday that “anyone found bringing fuel to the demonstration trucks in the red zone could be subject to arrest and charges.”
Multiple vehicles and fuel have been seized. Five of the seven arrests were for unspecified mischief. A sixth person was charged for driving while prohibited and a seventh for mischief “relating to property damage of a downtown business,” police said in a press release.
More than 100 Highway Traffic Act and other “Provincial Offence Notices” were issued for offenses including excessive honking, driving the wrong way, defective muffler, no seat belt, alcohol readily available and having the improper class of driving license, police said.
Part of the protest has been laying on the air horns big time. The others sound like a couple of people being stupid. The one that could go badly is the threats to arrest anyone bringing fuel to the truckers. However, I can think of one way to really screw with the officials on that. Show up with gas cans either empty or full of water. If they arrest people for that, then their defense lawyer can simply say, “They didn’t have any fuel.” (I’ll leave that for Viva Frei to explore. He’s a Canadian lawyer)
Watson said in a statement Sunday that declaring a state of emergency “reflects the serious danger and threat to the safety and security of residents posed by the ongoing demonstrations.”
“This is a siege — it is something that is different in our democracy than I’ve ever experienced in my life,” Ottawa Police Chief Peter Sloly said on Saturday. “We do not have sufficient resources to adequately and effectively address this situation.”
The “freedom truck convoy” has attracted support from many U.S. Republicans including former President Donald Trump, who called Prime Minister Justin Trudeau a “far left lunatic” who has “destroyed Canada with insane Covid mandates.” Ontario Premier Doug Ford has called the ongoing protest “an occupation.”
It isn’t just the Republicans in the United States. The Freedom Convoy is now being emulated all over the world. There is a large American version currently getting organized and there are other trucker protests taking place in several countries in Europe and New Zealand.
It also not just truckers, it’s millions of people who have had enough of the actions of the Political Elites who think it is their right to Rule. We saw the first steps January 6th 2021, and how the Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis here have overreacted. Granted, that was regarding the stolen election of 2020, but the few hundred unarmed protesters who went into, or, as it appears, were let into the capitol scared the living crap out of the Uniparty Swamp Dwellers. The time has come to throw these tyrannical bums out, no matter what country they’re in. In the United States, we have an election coming up. I’ll leave it to the Canadians to remove their vermin through their system.
