Incompetent Secretary of Transportation claims things could have been worse

Good day all. There is several things that have remained consistent in the maladministration of the most incompetent president in American history. Lying, fraud, incompetence and delusion and blaming others for their own failings.

The current Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttplug, went on the Sunday talking heads shows to claim the economy was crashing when Biden was installed into the White House. This, of course, is a flat out lie. The economy had been rocked by the Fauci bioweapon, however things were turning around quickly. Many economists were saying that the downturn was going to be “V” shaped and was on track to rapidly recover.

Then came the Tainted Election of 2020 and the worst president in American History, Joe Bumbles Dementia Biden. Not even 24 hours passed when he signed dozens of executive orders of questionable constitutionality that reversed all the successful economic actions instituted by the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump.

One of the issues is the ongoing supply chain problems. This is squarely in the bailiwick of the Department of Transportation, and when things were at their worst, (Not that they’re a lot better now), the Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttplug was no where to be found. Now that he’s decided to show up for once, he’s gone on the Sunday Discussion shows to say that everything is great now and would have been a lot worse if the courts had done their job and put the correct president back into office. Here are the details from Newsmax:

The United States was facing the “very real risk of recession if not depression” in the first year of President Joe Biden’s term, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg said Sunday. In an interview on ABC News’ “This Week,” Buttigieg said there are benefits still yet to be felt because of the American Rescue Plan.

“There was a very real risk of recession if not depression, and an American rescue plan has made enormous differences in communities across the country,” he said.

“The fact that unemployment is as low as it is right now would not have happened, I believe, if not for the actions the President took and the actions that Congress did move through and pass like the rescue plan and what we’re going to see the benefits of — this infrastructure law. Do anything on a bipartisan basis, this President did it, lot of people in Congress have a lot to be proud of.”

That spending bill was a waste of money and is doing nothing for the economy. In fact, this is one of the reasons that we’re now seeing out of control inflation. This is nothing to be proud of. It is a national disgrace and people should be charged with fraud and the deliberate sabotage of the American economy.

Buttigieg described two strategies to bolster the economy, and without naming Florida GOP Gov. Ron DeSantis, blasted a conservative path that includes “going to war with Mickey Mouse.”

“There are two very clear and very different approaches here, there’s our approach, which is to find solutions to invest in our supply chains like we’re doing with the infrastructure money … to do everything that we can to lower costs for American families like the cost of insulin and prescription drugs,” he said.

What a load of manure. Buttplug is obviously using the talking points put out by the maladministration, none of which are true or accurate. Regarding Disney, they started the fight with Governor DeSantis and the people of Florida. They just didn’t anticipate the damage that Florida was capable of inflicting on Disney’s bottom line. I have a sneaking suspicion there may be some changes coming to the management of Disney after the next shareholder meeting.

“And then there’s the other path that the congressional conservatives have put forward, it’s… raising taxes on lower- and middle-income families, and going to war with Mickey Mouse,” he said referring to a law that dissolved Walt Disney World’s private government.

I believe the tax proposal was from Rick Scott and was meant to make sure everyone paid something in taxes, even if it was just a couple of dollars a year. It was nothing more then a discussion point and hasn’t even been put forward as a bill. I’ve already covered Disney. Next this SCoaMF goes after the oil companies.

Buttigieg also blasted oil companies for hiking prices rather than bolstering oil production, and said Republicans have blocked action to change that.

“It’s very striking right now to see these oil companies who have become almost ridiculously profitable and you hear these oil executives on the record talking about how they’re not going to increase production,” Buttigieg said.

“They’re doing great right now, that’s why the President has called it a use it or lose it, sitting on these thousands of permits and you’re not doing anything with them then you’re going to be held accountable for them,” he added. “So far congressional Republicans have blocked action to do something like that. That’s another step that would make a difference.”

There is a reason that the oil companies aren’t looking to increase production in the United States. They’re being blocked by Buttplug and the maladministration of Bumbles Dementia. First Dementia Joe killed the Keystone XL Pipeline that was nearing completion, then he started shutting down off shore drilling. Now he’s canceling sales of oil leases. As to the “Profits?” When you have shortages, prices climb. We also have serious issues with getting the products where they need to go. Care to guess who’s responsible for that?

Buttplug, along with the rest of the incompetent idiots in the maladministration are beginning to see the writing on the wall. In all probability, the November Midterm election is going to make the 2010 debacle look like a minor shift. If things go as anticipated, the Republicans will take control of congress.

While the Uniparty Deep State types like McConnell in the Senate and McCarthy in the House might want to move things back to before President Trump, most of those who come in are going to be there BECAUSE of Donald Trump. They are going to rip Dementia Joe and everyone in his administration into teeny tiny shreds. If McConnell and McCarthy get in the way, they will find themselves stripped of their positions and sent to the back bench, so to speak.

In less then two years, Buttplug, Dementia Joe and all the other Progressive Liberal Democratic Communazis have wrecked not just years of work but decades. I do not expect Buttplug to still be the Secretary of Transportation much beyond January, 2023. Biden’s handlers will be looking to throw sacrificial lambs to the Ultra MAGA deplorables. We shall see what happens of course.
