Good day all. Liz “Lizard” Cheney just can’t seem to stop digging the hole she is in ever deeper. Her blind hatred of everything Trump is going to cost her her seat in the House of Representatives. Now she has decided to prove to everyone that her sanity has long since departed her head. She announced that it would be hard for her to support Governor Ron DeSantis if he runs for president.
There is a lot of speculation about Governor DeSantis and whether or not he will run for President in 2024. A lot of this would depend on the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, and whether he chose to run again or step aside. Many, including myself, would love to see the Trump/DeSantis ticket in 2024. One who would not is Lizard Cheney. Here are the details from Fox News:
Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., wouldn’t commit to throwing her weight behind Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis if he were the GOP presidential candidate in 2024 because of his similarities to former President Donald Trump.
“I think that Ron DeSantis has lined himself up almost entirely with Donald Trump, and I think that’s very dangerous,” Cheney said during an interview at a house party last week, according to the New York Times.
The stupid just keeps flowing from Lizard Cheney’s mouth. Once again, she has just insulted 70-80 million Americans, and probably more these days with her blind hatred of anything that smacks of President Trump.
Cheney, who faces an uphill climb to keep her seat in Congress during next week’s Wyoming primary election, said she “would find it very difficult” to support DeSantis in a general election, but also brushed off talk that she would change parties.
“I’m a Republican,” she said during the interview, though she argued that the party “may not be” salvageable in the short term because it is “very sick” and “is continuing to drive itself in a ditch and I think it’s going to take several cycles if it can be healed.”
Cheney should be shown the door in a week when the Wyoming Primaries are held. She has managed to piss off most of the Republicans in Wyoming, (Along with the rest of the country), and has actually been begging for help from Democrat voters who could cross over to the Republican Primary. She also think that America wants to return to the Bush/Cheney Globalism that sent American jobs overseas and got us into constant wars.
Wyoming Republicans have made Cheney an outcast in her own party as she has continued her crusade against Trump, with recent polling showing the incumbent trailing challenger Harriet Hageman by more than 20 points.
Her very plausible defeat has led some to speculate the daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney is building up toward a bid for the White House, though she told attendees at the party that she is focused on her primary challenge and her work on the Jan. 6 committee.
Oh please, run for president. The entertainment value of your crushing defeat, surpassing that of Jeb! “Please Clap” Bush at the hands of the Ultra MAGA Deplorables would be better then Top Gun, Maverick.
The comments come as the former vice president was featured in an ad for his daughter that took aim at Trump, calling the former president a “coward” who was lying to his supporters about the results of the 2020 election.
“In our nation’s 246-year history, there has never been an individual who is a greater threat to our republic than Donald Trump,” the elder Cheney said in the ad. “He is a coward. A real man wouldn’t lie to his supporters. He lost his election and he lost big. I know it, he knows it and deep down I think most Republicans know it.”
So speaks one of the more corrupt people in Washington. Both Cheney’s are totally out of touch with the reality that is the modern Republican Party. President Trump, the Greatest President of the 21st Century, blew huge holes in the Establishment GOP’s Globalist agenda, and managed to repair decades of damage done by the likes of the Bush’s and the Cheney’s.
People in Wyoming are patriotic and want a better country for their children. The Cheney’s, like all of the GOP(e) members of the Beltway Uniparty, only care about themselves, their bank accounts, their personal privileges and power. In her madness to “Get Trump!” the fine people of Wyoming now see Liz Cheney for what she really is.
For her part, Cheney said she was still “working hard” to win the primary but acknowledged she was willing to lose her seat in Congress to continue battling the former president.
“I am working hard to earn every single vote,” Cheney said in an interview on “Fox News Sunday.” “Given the choice between maintaining my seat in the House of Representatives on the one hand or ensuring the survival of our constitutional republic and ensuring the American people know the truth about Donald Trump, I will choose the Constitution and the truth every day of the week and twice on Sunday.”
This lying bitch wouldn’t know the truth if it smashed her in the face. She is everything that is wrong with the old line Republican Party. They literally refuse to do what President Trump did. Put the United States of America first. Cheney claims to support the Constitution, but she is one of those who refuses to even consider that there were serious issues with the 2020 election.
I have little doubt that she will soon have plenty of free time to spew her venom. Her problem will be that no one in the GOP will be paying any attention to her. Perhaps, when either President Trump wins reelection or Governor DeSantis wins the presidency if President Trump chooses not to run, Lizard Cheney will do the right thing and drink herself into oblivion.
