If there is anything that can be said about the Speaker of the House, San Fran Nan Pelosi, it’s that she is politically tone deaf. Recently, she decided that she would visit Taiwan even after being told by everyone that it was a bad idea. Now she has once again opened her mouth, lower her Gin and Tonic, and inserted her foot right up to the knee.
Pelosi recently said that she had a “Special Connection” with the People’s Republic of China because, as a child, she thought she could dig a tunnel to China. She was soundly blasted for that stupid remark. Now she has once again opened her mouth and spewed out idiocy. She stated that China is one of the “Freest societies in The World.” Here are the details from the Daily Wire:
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) faced backlash online Tuesday after she said during an NBC News interview that communist China was “one of the freest societies in the world.”
Pelosi’s remarks come after she visited Taiwan last week, which triggered days of intense Chinese military drills that encircled the island.
“We still support the One China policy. We go there to acknowledge the status quo is what our policy is. There was nothing disruptive about that,” Pelosi said. “It was only about saying China is one of the freest societies in the world.”
Pelosi’s antics may have brought the world one step closer to war. China is currently run by a genuine tyrant and, frankly, the country isn’t doing that well economically. Because of this, the Party has been cracking down on it’s people. Of course, San Fran Nan’s remarks, as usual, are detonating in her face.
Donald Trump Jr. responded to the clip by writing on Twitter, “Pelosi thinks that the Communist Dictatorship in China is ‘one of the freest societies in the world,’ which may explain why the Democrats are now emulating the same authoritarian tactics here at home, that the Chinese Communist Party uses against their political opposition!”
“Unbelievable,” Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) responded. “Scary. Idiotic.”
And yet, it so reflects her personality. Entitled, greedy, drunk on power, (When not drunk on Vodka), and completely out of touch with reality.
Hudson Institute Senior Fellow Rebeccah Heinrichs responded, “Very embarrassing. She had to have meant Taiwan— all the difference in the world.”
Yes, if she did indeed mean Taiwan. With San Fran Nan, it all depends on who she considers to be better for her bank account.
“China is currently locking religious minorities in mass internment camps and committing genocide against them,” Rep. Vicky Hartzler (R-MO) responded. “But Speaker Pelosi believes they are one of the freest societies in the world? This is #CCP propaganda.”
Of course, once everything went ballistic, Pelosi’s “People” tried to walk things back.
Drew Hammill, Pelosi’s deputy chief of staff, responded to the clip by saying that she misspoke and she meant to say, “Taiwan.”
“The Speaker is referencing Taiwan,” he wrote on Twitter. “The Speaker’s record of speaking out against the Chinese Communist Party for 35 years in the Congress is unsurpassed.”
San Fran Nan Pelosi is an ignorant drunk who, like the current president*, is suffering a mental decline. She is also known for using any information gathered in pending legislation to improve her and her family’s finances. (This is called “Insider Trading information and anyone else would go to Jail for it)
She might have meant to say Taiwan, but I’m more inclined that this was yet another of her Freudian slips. She meant it when she said she thinks the PRC is a free society and that the United States should emulate it. She has always seen herself as the Queen of America. I’ll take her at her word.
