MyPillow CEO is the latest to be “Investigated” for daring to question Biden’s Election

Good day all. Since the 2020 election, there have been many people questioning it’s validity. (This includes myself) There have been many people and organizations that have come up with some interesting data that appears to indicate that there was massive election fraud. One of these people is the CEO of MyPillow, Mike Lindell.

I’ve read a few things from Mr. Lindell regarding what he believes he found indicating that Joe Biden was not elected president of the United States. I haven’t kept up with it, so I don’t know what the status is of his findings. However, recently Mr. Lindell was all but assaulted by a large group of Federal Stasi FBI agents while stopped at a drive through window at a restaurant.

The agents confiscated his cell phone, which Mr. Lindell uses to run his business. (Why he didn’t have backup systems is a good question) Mr. Lindell soon thereafter announced he would sue the DoJ for violating his rights. (He has done this) With this suit, we now have the reasons the FBI went after Mr. Lindell, and a bigger pile of horse manure would be hard to find. Here are the details from the Political Insider:

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, a strong ally of former President Trump, recently made headlines after he announced that the FBI had apparently tracked him down at a Hardee’s restaurant in Minnesota, and seized his cellphone with the aid of a search warrant. Now we know that the impetus for the investigation is allegedly a “breach” of one Colorado county’s voting system.

Lindell, who claims that there was widespread fraud during the 2020 election, is looking at, specifically, questions of identity theft and damage to a protected computer in connection with the “breach.”

Heading over to the Progressive Mouthpiece, The Hill, we have a few details on this nonsense:

The warrant for the search, which was filed by Lindell’s team on Wednesday as part of his lawsuit to the United States District Court in Minnesota, showed that the DOJ is investigating Lindell for identity theft, intentional damage to a protected computer and conspiracy to commit identity theft or intentionally damage a protected computer.

Without question, this is nothing less than a flat out assault on the 1st Amendment rights, along with pretty much most of the Bill of Rights of Mr. Lindell. It’s looking like the FBI once again lied on the affidavits needed to get a warrant. Now Mr. Lindell is fighting back. Here are a few details from Fox 9:

After his cellphone was seized by authorities at a Mankato Hardee’s last week, (September 19th) My Pillow founder Mike Lindell has filed a lawsuit alleging the FBI and Department of Justice violated his rights protected by the Constitution.

On Sept. 13, federal agents seized Lindell’s cellphone, through a warrant issued by Judge Tony Leung on Sept. 7, in an effort to “gain access to multiple categories of data collected” on it.

Later that evening, on a video version of his podcast Lindell displayed a letter signed by an assistant U.S. attorney in Colorado that said prosecutors were conducting an “official criminal investigation of a suspected felony.”

The alleged incident would have happened almost 2 years ago. I doubt very much that Mr. Lindell is using the same phone he had 2 years ago. From what I’ve read, Mr. Lindell uses his phone to run his business. It should also be noted that Mr. Lindell is not an IT guru or a programmer, and that doing the activity they claim he did would require significantly more computer power then you would find in an Iphone or android device.

Another issue was the way the FBI stormtroopers swooped in. No one knew where Mr. Lindell was, or that he and his friend had decided to stop at a fast food place to get something to eat. The only way the FBI would have found him would have been if they had been tracking him, probably by pinging his phone.

Lindell alleges that prior to the trip, he did not inform the defendants, “where he was going, that he was hunting, the route he would drive back from hunting, or the fact that he made an impromptu stop at the fast food restaurant.”

In order to know his location, Lindell alleges the agencies, “used cell site location information or a tracking device to locate and track Mr. Lindell without first securing a warrant for that purpose.”

That would be standard operating procedure for the Garland DoJ and the Wray FBI. They rarely bother with little things like legitimate warrants or the Constitution.

As Lindell was leaving the drive-thru, an unmarked vehicle operated by a federal agent in street clothes abruptly moved in front of his truck, blocking any forward movement, according to the complaint. A second unmarked vehicle then blocked him from the right, as well as, a third from the back – effectively blocking him in.

That is one of the dumbest things you can do. For all anyone would know, someone might have been trying to kidnap Mr. Lindell or otherwise do him harm. That’s when people might draw and fire on Federal Agents, not knowing they were Law Enforcement, (Allegedly) Officials.

Not knowing that the individuals in the three vehicles were federal agents, Lindell said he “was prepared to ram one of the vehicles to escape” but instead asked in a loud voice, “Who are you people? What do you want?”

This makes me wonder if the Fraking Bunch of Incompetents were wearing any identifying jackets ore displaying their credentials. I suspect they weren’t, which is another great way to get people shot under other circumstances.

He was then questioned, “In what appears to be an effort to elicit allegedly incriminating evidence,” according to the complaint.

And to these questions, the proper response would be, “I want a lawyer.”

According to Lindell’s complaint, throughout the process the federal agents, “deprived him of his freedom of movement since he was not free to leave the drive-thru lane. They also did not read his Miranda rights or advise him that he had a right to have a lawyer present while being questioned.”

The FBI and the Merrick Himmler Garland DoJ doesn’t bother with those piddling little details.

When informed that agents had a warrant to seize his cellphone, Lindell protested and requested to speak with his lawyer before eventually relenting.

So they denied him his right to speak with his attorney? Oh this is going to work out well for the FBI.

Data collected on Lindell’s cell phone includes attorney-client information and other information protected by the First Amendment’s freedom of association from disclosure to the government, the complaint alleges.

To which the FBI’s response has generally been, “So what?

The complaint further alleges that the “use of cell site location information without a warrant” amounts to an unreasonable search and seizure – a violation of the Fourth Amendment.

Lindell’s Fifth Amendment Due Process Clause was also violated when, “the government acted in bad faith in intentionally withholding information when it applied for the warrant,” according to the complaint.

I disagree. These thugs weren’t acting in bad faith. They were acting just like the Gestapo thugs they are. We have seen over the last 6 years, just how utterly corrupt the FBI is. It’s always been bad, however after they were raked over the coals by the Church Committee back in the 70’s, many people thought they had cleaned up their act.

As we have seen over the last few decades, and the last few years, nothing could be further from the truth. This was just another attempt by the Biden Maladministration and the Deep State to suppress any dissent to their agenda. This maladministration is moving full speed ahead to institute a police state.

The smash and grab raid on Mar-a-Lago, the framing of General Flynn and many other actions by these agencies should tell you all you need to know. The Republic is dead, the Constitution has been burned, and we no longer have any rights at all. Be afraid for what might come next.
