More reasons to throw former Govno Cuomo in jail

Good day all. It’s been a while since we heard about Govno Andrew Cuomo. Recently, he was making noises about getting back into politics. Of course, what many people want is him and a number of his staff rotting in prison for mass murder. Now we have some new information on just how criminally incompetent he was during the Great Panicdemic of 2020.

In anticipation of massive numbers of people who would need hospitalization, the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, had the Navy dispatch two hospital ships, one to the Left Coast and the other to New York City. Of course, we now know that this wasn’t necessary as the Fauci bioweapon was not really that effective as long as you used common sense.

This was lacking with Cuomo and his cronies, and thousands of people were killed needlessly when that idiot ordered nursing homes to take in recovering but still infections patients. The nursing homes balked at the order telling Cuomo and his goons that they were not set up to handle things like this. Cuomo’s response was to threaten the administrators. Meanwhile the hospital ship in New York City sat tied up to a pier, all but empty. An admiral even begged Flaming Cuomo to utilize his ship. Here are the details from the New York Post:

A US Navy admiral begged the Cuomo administration to send patients to the nearly-empty hospital ship docked on the Hudson River during the height of the pandemic — but his pleas were met with politics and paranoia, The Post has learned.

Why am I not surprised? Andrew Flaming Cuomo was a typical moonbat govno. When things started getting a bit rough in NYC, Flaming Cuomo was out there demanding everything under the sun, whether he needed it or not. When President Trump, trying to do the right thing, sent the USNS Comfort to New York, Govno Cuomo saw it as a plot to make him look bad and not in control.

With city medical facilities packed with critically ill COVID patients in the spring of 2020 — and just days after the infamous edict by Gov. Andrew Cuomo to send COVID patients to nursing homes, which critics say resulted in thousands of deaths — the Trump administration sent the USNS Comfort, a 1,000-bed ship, to relieve hospitals of patients with non-COVID illnesses.

Another federal facility was set up in the Jacob Javits Center in midtown. Both famously sat mostly empty during their time of operation — with city, state and federal officials blaming each other for the issue at the time.

Govno Cuomo was the “Man in Charge” in New York, and it was his orders that sentenced thousands of people to an untimely death. Everyone under the sun was telling that criminally incompetent mass murderer to make use of the resources that were provided. The paranoid pinhead refused.

But in a trove of recently unearthed government emails obtained by activist Peter Arbeeny and provided to The Post, a frustrated Vice Admiral Mike Dumont urged the Cuomo administration to act.

We could use some help from your office,” he wrote in an April 7, 2020 missive to Cuomo’s top aide, Melissa DeRosa. “The Governor asked us to permit use of USNS COMFORT to treat patients without regard to their COVID status and we have done so. Right now we only have 37 patients aboard the ship. Further, we are treating only 83 patients at the Javits Events Center.

The Javits Center had 2500 beds and medical people ready to help. In fact, these people were desperate to help and were being ignored.

We have been trying for days to get the Health Evacuation Coordination Center (HECC) to transfer more patients to us but with little success. We are told by NYC officials the HECC falls under the State’s Department of Health,” the email continued. “Our greatest concern is two-fold: helping take the strain off local hospitals, and not wasting high-end capabilities the US military has brought to NYC. We appreciate the help.”

Within minutes, DeRosa circulated the admiral’s message to the state’s top COVID officials, including Michael Kopy, director of New York’s emergency management office and city Health Commissioner Howard Zucker. Michael J. Dowling, the private CEO of Northwell Health, the state’s largest health care provider, was also tagged.

Rather then call the Admiral and start coordinating things, it looks like the bureaucrats and political hacks got paranoid and started blaming everyone else for any issues that came up.

Kopy, speaking for the state, became defensive — and blamed The Comfort for overly onerous regulations.

Do you know how to deal with potential bureaucratic nonsense from Federal sources? You call the governor, explain what’s happening and if he can’t get it sorted, he calls the President of the United States. As Commander in Chief, he can clear things up in minutes if he has to. But noo! That wasn’t what happened.

DeRosa, sniffing a plot, pivoted to politics, telling the trio to be on guard and accusing Dumont of trying set up Team Cuomo to blame for the empty facilities.

They are setting this up to say that we are the reason the ship and javitts [sic] are empty –I’m going to loop you guys on the email. we need to make clear in writing that what he has written here is not true,” she told Kopy, Zucker and Dowling.

This was the problem with many of the Blue States. (Also some Red states with Republican governors, but at a far lower level) These people are political first and are rarely thinking of the best interests of their constituents. To them, anyone outside of their little circle is an enemy that’s out to get them and take away their power.

Team Cuomo has long insisted the ship itself was mostly a fed photo-op and that narrow regulations governing who could be admitted were the real reason it sat mostly empty.

The fed’s own bureaucratic rules prevented the ship from being utilized — but by the time it arrived and finally allowed COVID patients on board, fears about the hospitals getting overburdened had largely passed as we increased capacity, balanced patient loads between facilities and New Yorkers banded together to crush the curve,” said Cuomo spokesman Rich Azzopardi.

As I recall, the Comfort and her sister ship were meant to take on the other medical issues. Accidents, other illnesses, the general day to day things that hospitals usually work with. The idea was to offload the “run of the mill” stuff to the ship. Cuomo and his goons only cared about looking good with a sycophantic press.

There were a series of memos going back and forth regarding what the ship and the Javits center were set up to handle. Instead of just making arrangements to hand off those they were equipped to deal with, “Team Flaming Cuomo” went stupid.

Assemblyman Ron Kim (D-Queens), who reviewed the exchange of emails, said it followed a pattern by top Cuomo aides of “controlling the politics of the moment rather than actually fixing the problem.”

Everything was a conspiracy to attack the administration and I don’t think that is what the admiral or the US government intended,” Kim said.

That was the problem with Andrew Cuomo. He wasn’t that smart, and had a long history of throwing his weight around. Like many people who ascend to a level that is above their competence, they start seeing threats to them that just aren’t there. It didn’t help things that Flaming Cuomo was also doing things that weren’t entirely legal, so he had other reasons to be paranoid.

It’s going to take years for all the information on what happened with the Great Panicdemic of 2020 and why things ended up as they did. One part of it was the desire by certain elements of the Federal Government and certain business leaders that no matter what, President Trump had to be removed.

Well, the Democrats are out of power in the House of Representatives and questions are being asked. Flaming Cuomo and his brother Fredo are also both out, Flaming as Governor of New York and Fredo Cuomo from CNN. Hopefully, the last we hear about either of them is their sentencing hearings.
