Good day all. This is a breaking story. News has come out that the Garland DoJ is going to indict the Greatest President of the 21st Donald Trump 18 US Code Chapter 37 Section 793 with regards to classified information.
To say this is a load of crap is an understatement. The Documents in question were in a secured location, and as President, Trump had absolute authority to declassify anything. Further, he was working with the National Archives regarding the documents. Here are some of the details from the Post Millennial:
Former President Donald Trump has reportedly been notified by federal prosecutors that he is a criminal target and is likely to face imminent indictment in the classified document probe.
People familiar with the case told Just The News that the revelation comes as the Justice Department has declined to delay charges to allow an investigation into allegations of witness tampering in connection with a senior prosecutor working on the case attempting to influence a key witness by discussing federal judgeship with the lawyer representing the witness provided by Trump’s legal team.
I hadn’t heard about witness tampering, but that doesn’t surprise me, considering how utterly Garland and the and the DoJ has become.
Smith’s prosecutorial team informed Trump’s team in recent days that the charges he faces include a violation of 18 US Code Chapter 37 Section 793 which prohibits the “gathering, transmitting or losing” of national defense information. Other charges reportedly being considered are alleged false statements and obstruction of justice.
Ok, here is my question. When are they indicting and arresting Joe Biden, who actually did violate 18 US Code Chapter 37 Section 793 and did so repeatedly?
Sources told the outlet that Trump’s lawyers have been preparing their defense for months based on months of legal research in anticipation of charges. The 2024 presidential candidate’s lawyers are prepared to argue that Trump had Constitutional powers to declassify documents during his presidency and take them with him when his term ended.
Which he does.
His lawyers will reportedly rely heavily on a US District Court case out of Washington over a decade ago regarding former President Bill Clinton, which concluded that a president had the power to determine what documents from his presidency can be kept in personal possession.
How about reviewing everything that Barack Obama took with him as well? Or G.W. Bush? If they want to open that can of worms, then go all in. Hey, how about arresting Jimmy Carter on his death bed? That’s about Garland’s DoJ’s speed.
This is, of course, a breaking story. However, if Garland and the DoJ try this, that’s it for the Republic. It tells me they have no intention of allowing another presidential election. Biden will be there, loading his pants and drooling like a moron until he finally croaks, or they drop that invisible stealth sandbag on his head “By Accident.” You might want to call your senators and representatives, (although if they’re democrats, it won’t do any good), and demand the impeachment and removal of Garland, Wray and Biden.

This proves what our Country has to come to. Democrats hate Trump because he can not be pushed in to a corner and blackmailed to do their dirty deeds for them.
