Good day all. There is nothing more entertaining than watching the progressives chickens driving up in their limousines to their gated homes and proceeding to roost. Massachusetts, yet another deep blue state that claims to offer sanctuary to criminals in the country illegally, has become overwhelmed and has declared an emergency,
Massachusetts Progressives are some of the biggest phonies and hypocrites around, rivaling those in Manhattan. John Forbes, “Captain Ketchup” Kerry is not an outlier among the elitists ruining running Massachusetts. In fact, the primary crop for the Boston Brahmins is virtue signaling. Of course, once in a while, someone calls them on their hypocrisy and the results are very entertaining.
Thanks to the criminal actions of the Biden Maladministration, the United States is suffering an invasion of millions of criminals. Most of them are showing up in the border states. The governors, those who aren’t Democrats anyway, are shipping the illegals to states that normally don’t have a problem with illegal immigration and like to turn their patrician noses up on states are on the front lines.
Now they are having to deal with the same things that states like Texas has been dealing with since day one of the most corrupt and incompetent administration in American History. Here are the details of what’s happening in Massachusetts from the Washington Examiner:
“Sanctuary” state Massachusetts is the latest to declare a state of emergency over its inability to handle thousands of immigrants who have arrived after being released from federal custody at the United States-Mexico border.
“This is a national issue that demands a national response,” Gov. Maura Healey (D-MA) said during a press conference on Tuesday morning. “Today, I am declaring a state of emergency in Massachusetts.”
Healey called on Washington to help Massachusetts because the state could not financially or logistically respond to the 20,000 people living in state-funded shelters, hotels, dormitories, and other emergency facilities statewide — an 80% increase from a year ago. The state’s 1983 “right to shelter” law maintains that any family, regardless of immigration status, is guaranteed immediate state-provided housing.
“It’s more families than our state has ever served, exponentially more than our state has ever served in our emergency assistance program,” Healey said at the event 2,000 miles away from the southern tip of Texas and the border crisis epicenter.
“We’re unable to move people from housing and shelter into permanent housing because of this, so instead, we’ve been expanding and continuing to look for housing and shelter opportunities, expanding shelter at a rapid pace, and it’s unsustainable.”
This is what happens when you make decisions based on “Feelz” instead of actual logic and facts. If you’re going to actively support criminal aliens in violation of federal law, then guess what? You get to pay for it yourselves. Don’t expect other states that want to secure the borders and ship these criminals back to the third world hellholes they cam from to support your virtue signaling.
Healey said the state had tried to address this worsening issue at the federal level and pushed the Biden administration for assistance to no avail. She also complained that the federal process to obtain work documents took too long and left immigrants unemployable.
They’re criminals, not lawful resident aliens who went through the immigration system to come to this country legally. They deserve nothing but a cheap trip back where they came from. They certainly have no right to a job that should be filled by an American or legal resident alien.
Lt. Gov. Kim Driscoll spoke and pleaded with the public to take in immigrant families.
“If you have an extra room or suite in your home, please consider hosting a family,” Driscoll said.
Oh that’s hilarious! The last time they tried that, Marthas Vineyard called out the National Guard and deported about 50 illegals to Cape Cod. I know, how about this? You first.
In 2017, the state’s top court ruled that state court officers do not have the authority to arrest or hold an illegal immigrant solely because he or she was named in a federal immigration request, effectively making the state a “sanctuary” zone.
The Massachusetts courts are generally considered to be a national joke and a national disgrace. They are nothing more then the standard Progressive Liberal Anti-constitution and Anti-American judicial hacks who need to be removed from the bench and prosecuted for aiding and abetting the invasion of the United States.
Since then, Massachusetts has rolled out initiatives to help immigrants who are awaiting asylum and deportation proceedings years down the road live normal lives while in the country. Just last month, the state began allowing any noncitizen residing in the state to obtain a noncommercial driver’s license.
That last is inaccurate. Lawful resident aliens have always been able to get drivers licenses. What the Massholes ruining running the commonwealth have done is give criminal aliens who have no right to be here licenses and other benefits at the expense of American Citizens.
Illegal immigrants are also eligible for state assistance programs that cover the cost of food, as well as receive select healthcare coverage through the state’s MassHealth Limited plan and financial assistance to pay rent through the Residential Assistance for Families in Transition, Emergency Rental and Mortgage Assistance Program, and Emergency Rental Assistance Program, according to the state’s website.
Gee, is it any wonder that Massachusetts is running out of money?
Since Biden took office, more than 2 million people who illegally came across the southern border have been released into the United States. The large majority travel to places across the country.
It’s more like 5-10 million. Most haven’t been caught, and the corrupt Biden Maladministration is not even making an attempt to find and deport illegal aliens. States like Texas and Florida, which are administered by generally conservative governments, are not making the criminals welcome. Places like Kalifornistan, Massachusetts and New York are run by leftists, progressive, democrats and morons, (But I repeat myself), who are big on virtue signaling.
People are taking them at their word and either heading for these cities and states or being shipped their by the “Red” states. Now places like the People’s Democratic Republic of Taxachusetts are finding out that there is a cost to running off at the mouth and announcing how wonderful you are.
If they want to fix this, then you need to make Massachusetts as unwelcoming as possible, and this includes handing illegal aliens over to ICE for deportation. Of course, Progressives can never admit they’re wrong, so they will demand that someone fix the problems they caused.
