Good day all. I woke up to the news that the Fulton County DA had indicted President Trump for making a phone call. The DA has also gone after pretty much anyone associated with President Trump. The charges she’s throwing around are, to be blunt, garbage, but we don’t expect anything else from a Democrat prosecutor these days.
The list of charges was accidentally released yesterday before the Grand Jury had actually voted on them. The DA, Fani Willis, who I understand, ran on a platform of getting President Trump no matter what, has kept her word. She has unleashed charges against President Trump and a number of others that literally make no sense whatsoever.
Willis is the latest Democrat D.A. / Prosecutor to cook up bogus charges to keep the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, from running. What this bimbo has also done is show that this is now a war to the knife and the hilt between the Democrats, President Trump and the millions of people who support him.
Right now, it’s peaceful, but we now can see that the Democrats are desperate. They are terrified that President Trump will win the nomination and then the election. If/when he does win, the game will be over for the Democrats in Washington and probably nationally. President Trump miscalculated the sheer evil of the Deep State and what they would do to stop him, and the American People. He won’t make that mistake again.
There are a number of Democrats in Washington, starting with Joe Biden, who have flat out broken the law and torn up the Constitution. The Second Trump administration will go after all of the Bidens, and all those Democrats who have been protecting them. I don’t see Joe Biden dying in prison after being convicted. I do see Hunter Biden and others moving into long term tenancy in a federal House of many doors. (Biden will probably either be declared mentally incompetent or sentenced to house arrest, or even die of natural causes before the trials begin)
All of Biden’s underlings, starting with Merrick Garland, are looking at who knows how many criminal charges for their actions violating the constitutional rights of anyone who stood in the way of the Democrat Party’s control. The list goes on and on, and yes, there may be a few Republicans joining the Democrats making license plates. This is why they must “Get Trump!” or at least prevent him from running, wining and taking office. I’m now going to dive head first into tin foil hat territory.
I am worried that, in their desperation, the Democrats just might do something utterly stupid, and their actions cause the death of President Trump. If that should happen, then it’s all over for the Republic. People will decide that there is no longer any law or Constitution and that the Republic is dead. That will mean bad times have arrived and the Second American Civil War has started.
There are some, far to many in fact, on the left who actually welcome the thought of Americans trying to overthrow the Federal Government and Joe Biden’s regime. They think they could use this to their advantage and institute the Socialist Utopia, (With themselves in charge), after wiping out all of the “Ultra MAGA Deplorables.” It won’t work of course. They fail to realize that the people they hate are the ones with all the guns.
Hopefully, we won’t see that happen. A second civil war would far worse then the first one. I’ve been on forums where people who actually study these things, (They’re former military). The most conservative estimates are between 3-6 million dead. I’m afraid it could go as high as 20 million with entire cites basically depopulated. (Cut the power and water off and a city dies very quickly) As I’ve said, this must be avoided.
These indictments that Willis, Javert Smith, and Big Fat Bragg have been doing are all on very shaky legal ground. Willis’s may be the worst one in regards to “Making things up to get Trump!” Of course, the whole reason is to keep President Trump from running and winning a second term.
While they may have stolen the 2020 election, (And Willis may not have thought through the ramifications of her indictment. Trump’s team will now be able to bring all those voting irregularities into court, especially those in Fulton County), Biden and the maladministration have so screwed things up that even the Democrats are quietly trying to find a way to get rid of him and Harris.
We are in a very dangerous period in this Country. We have more and more people, moving in from the fringes towards the political center thinking that a “National Divorce” may be the only choice left. If you want to see what that might look at, you might want to read Kurt Schlichter’s Kelly Turnbull series. It doesn’t end well in that series either and he hasn’t completed it yet.
Hopefully, once we get to the phase of the trials where the legal motions are made, the judges will look at the garbage being handed them by the prosecutors, take a look at the Constitution, and dismiss all charges against all defendants, with prejudice. Then in 2025 when the reelected President Trump takes office, he clean out the rats nest that is the DoJ and the swamp that is Washington.
An aside. I’ve been working on this post since I saw the news of the latest travesty. I have been editing and rewriting my remarks trying not to go to far into the deep end. (I probably failed, but you should see what I discarded) A lot of what I discarded dealt with a Second Civil War and what might happened. This isn’t germane so out it went.
Other items, on review, might end up with a visit from the Garland Secret Police, so I deleted them as well. Under the 1st Amendment, since they weren’t threats, there is no problem, but then we have the Biden tyranny and the Garland Gestapo. Your rights under the Constitution simply do not exist as far as those thugs are concerned.
