Good day all. The start of the collapse of the cases against the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump, and others in Fulton County, began when one of the defendants found out that there was something fishy between Fatass Fani and one of her prosecutors.

It came out that she and Nathan Wade were “Bumping uglies” and apparently spending taxpayer funds on personal items, such as vacations. This has ended up in court with a hearing underway on whether or not Fatass Fani, and probably her entire office, should be removed from the case.
The hearings have been very entertaining with “Viva Frei” a Canadian lawyer who has defected to Florida, doing yeoman’s work on covering the court actions. Now things are heating up. Aside from the potential embezzlement and other “carnal” things Willis may have been engaged in, it’s now beginning to look like both she and Wade may have lied under oath. Here are the details from the Daily Caller:
Special prosecutor Nathan Wade’s cell phone data suggests he and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis may have lied on the witness stand, opening them up to greater consequences than disqualification from the case against former President Donald Trump, legal experts told the Daily Caller News Foundation.
Phone records contained in a Friday court filing by Trump’s attorney appeared to contradict Wade’s testimony that he visited Willis’ condo less than 10 times, showing “a minimum of 35 occasions” where his phone was in her neighborhood for an extended time, and appears to undermine Willis’ claim that he never spent the night. If they are found to have lied under oath, Willis and Wade could face charges and potential disbarment, legal experts told the DCNF.
Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive, and Fatass Fani is a first rate liar. If she thought that her phone records were secure and no one can get them, then not only is she stupid, she is utterly incompetent. She’s supposed to be the Fulton County District Attorney and understand that pulling the phone records is one of the first things any competent, which obviously doesn’t mean her, does.
The data, which revealed “over 2000 voice calls and just under 12,000 text messages” between the pair in 2021, also further calls into question the timeline of their relationship, which they have insisted began in 2022, after Wade’s contract started.
They may also be able to pull the location data from the cellphone records. Those phones ping cell towers constantly unless you turn them off. (I’m not sure of airplane mode will totally kill the signal or not) From there they can triangulate and get a fairly accurate location of the phone at a specific time on a specific day.
“The judge may find that the State was not truthful in its testimony and that its conduct in defending against disqualification is an independent basis to remove them,” Fleischman said.
I have heard different things regarding what happens if Fatass Fani is removed from the case. One of these is that the entire Fulton County District Attorney’s office will be removed and the case transferred to the Georgia State Attorney General’s office to be handled. Others say that the office will continue the witch hunt with Willis being kept completely out of it. (I can’t see how they can do that) another possibility is the case is handed off to another county’s DA and Fulton has to pay them to handle it.
Prosecutors are “rarely sanctioned for misconduct in Georgia,’ Fleischman said.
That’s a major problem, not just in Georgia, but nationally and federally. For to long, prosecutors have literally gotten away with murder and railroaded innocent people into prison and death row. One of the most egregious cases was the Duke Lacrosse team scandal. Three mean were accused by a woman of gang raping her, although there no evidence to support her and a lot of exculpatory evidence, including some showing one of the men accused was miles away at the time of the alleged incident.
In the end, the three men were cleared by the State’s AG, who stated for the record that the three men were innocent of the charges. (The accuser is now in prison, convicted of murder) The DA who tried to jail the three men Mike Nifong, was eventually disbarred.
He noted there may be “substantial political pressure for real consequences” if they are found to have lied, pointing to the likely Georgia House investigation and indications that the Fulton County Commissioners may be looking into financial misconduct.
If, as it’s beginning to appear, Fatass Fani is removed from the case, then the entire thing should be dismissed with prejudice and all charges dropped against President Trump and the other defendants. Those who were blackmailed into pleading out should have their please rescinded and also have all charges dismissed.

As for Fatass Fani Willis and her boy toy, Nathan Wade? Fani Wills should be prosecuted to the max and Nathan Wade should, at the very least, be disbarred. Will that happen? I have no idea. What will happen is that all the other prosecutors will need to start looking over their shoulders. If there was collusion to “Get Trump!” I can see either Wade or Willis ready to turn state’s evidence to keep themselves out of jail.

The “judge” should have recused himself, in light of the fact fatass fani was his boss at one time.
Probably, and if he doesn’t remove her, then we will know the fix was in from the beginning.
