Good day all. Recently, I posted something regarding the Govno of New Jersey, Phil Murphy, claiming that he was hiding an illegal alien in his home and daring ICE to come do something about it. Currently, there is no actual proof that Govno Murphy is actually harboring a criminal.
However, his claims that he is actively violating 8 U.S. Code § 1325 and his challenge to Tom Homan have achieved their desired result. Tom Homan is now looking at that idiot Murphy. Here are the details from WokeSpy:
Trump’s Border Czar Tom Homan has reacted swiftly to New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy (D) admitting that he and NJ’s first lady Tammy were harboring an illegal alien. In a rather “foolish” show of defiance, the governor of the Garden State also suggested that the undocumented individual was beyond the reach of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency. Gov. Murphy made the damning confession while talking to a Leftwing organization Blue Wave New Jersey.
Homan had warned Americans, including politicians like the Chicago Mayor, against harboring illegal aliens, which is a federal crime under Title 8 of the United States Code 1324 III. He also told the “not very smart” Boston Mayor Michelle Wu to “get the hell out of the way” after she vowed not to cooperate with Trump’s deportations.
Since President Trump won and it became clear that he was serious about rounding up all the illegal aliens in the country, the Democrats running the Sanctuary cities and states have been flat out stating that they won’t allow ICE to pick up “Their citizens.” Homan’s response to them to either help or stay out of the way with a threat to charge anyone interfering hasn’t been taken seriously by the Mayors and Governors. This may be why Murphy shot his mouth off.
However, Gov. Murphy has upped the stakes by being the most-ranking politician to confess to harboring an illegal alien despite Homan’s repeated warnings.
“I think the governor is pretty foolish,” Homan said.
“I got note of it. Won’t let it go. We’ll look into it,” he continued.
This is standard operating procedure used by competent law enforcement officials. When you hear something that might be illegal, take a look and see if there is actually any fire under all that smoke. Most people are assuming that is actually what’s happening. Govno Phil Murphy is basically blowing smoke. (In other words, lying)
“And if he’s knowingly harboring and concealing an illegal alien, that’s a violation of Title VIII of the United States Code 1324.”
“I would seek prosecution, or the secretary will seek prosecution,” Homan warned. “Maybe he’s bluffing. If not, we’ll deal with that.”
Oh I so hope that Murphy and his wife are harboring an illegal alien. Now that Pam Bondi has been confirmed and sworn in as the Attorney General of the United States, all the games the DoJ has been playing for the last four years is coming to an end. Murphy being prosecuted for an actual crime?
Gov. Murphy should learn from Denver Mayor Mike Johnston, who quickly retracted his statement that he was willing to go to jail for fighting Trump’s deportations.
“Me and the Denver mayor agree on one thing,” Homan said. “He’s willing to go to jail. I’m willing to put him in jail.”
It was fun watching that virtue signaling moonbat not just walk back his comments, but break and run as fast as he could once he realized that Homan was all set to fit him with handcuffs. Murphy, who is quite well off, (Think stinking rich elitist one percenter), might think his money will protect him. It won’t. Unlike the lawfare used on President Trump, if charges are brought, they will have solid, easy to understand evidence that anyone could look at and go, “Yep, he’s guilty. Lock him up.”
If Gov. Murphy is bluffing, he might earn street cred for being the tough guy who challenged Homan without risking his freedom, which is likely what he is doing.
Street cred? If he’s lying about having an illegal alien in his house, then he will be seen as a complete fraud. (Which he is) If he is telling the truth? He’s going to jail, his wife is going to jail and the illegal is going back where he or she came from.
However, the thought of incarcerating a senior Democrat over illegal immigration would be very satisfying to most Americans who love their country.
Meanwhile, Gov. Murphy’s confession came at a critical moment when Homan said he would step up deportations and target other categories of illegal aliens besides national security threats. Appearing on ABC News, he warned that anybody in the country illegally was not exempt from deportation.
“If you’re in the country illegally, you’re on the table.”
I really hope Murphy is actually harboring an illegal alien. ICE will show up and arrest that person. If Govno Murphy and/or his wife tries to block the way at that time, they will also be cuffed and taken into custody. Even if they don’t actively try to block the way, there is an excellent chance that they will be indicted and arrested. I wonder if Murphy will resign if that happens? I doubt it. He is way to arrogant. Break out the popcorn. The fun is just starting.
