Good day all. President Trump continues with his full on assault against the Deep State and the Globalist Elites. His most recent Executive Order is yet another shot at the Progressive Global Elites. He is imposing sanctions against the International Criminal Court.
The ICC is a court that likes to assume jurisdiction over the entire world. They claim the authority to try anyone that violates “International law.” The ICC was set up under a treaty that basically subordinates the signing nations to the court. Not every country has signed on, one of these being the United States. Israel is another nation that has refused to sign on to the court’s jurisdiction.
This hasn’t slowed down the court and it’s judges from threatening Americans and in the case of Israel, “Indicting” the Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu. In the case of the United States, the threats by these prosecutors and judges to grab Americans finally caused Congress to act. The result was the American Service-Members’ Protection Act.
This act allows the president to use whatever tools he needs if the ICC were to grab an American serviceman or others. Since whatever tools could include sending in the U.S. military, the act is also known as the “Bomb the Hague act. Since the law went into effect, no American has been grabbed by the court and put on trial. The Eurotrash, at least some of them, understand that Americans have a nasty tendency to massively overreact when we are threatened or attacked.
As I mentioned, while Israel is not a signatory of the Rome Statute, they decided that Israel had no right to defend themselves after the October Terrorist Attack and the subsequent invasion of Gaza with the goal of destroying Hamas. Because of Israel’s pounding the snot out of Hamas and later Hezbollah, the anti-Israel, antisemites of the ICC indicted Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant.
The previous maladministration, which had pretty much backed Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran, had nothing to say regarding this idiocy by the ICC. However, now that Biden is now residing in a custom dementia ward and Harris is rapidly fading away, President Trump, who is a major supporter of Israel, has just lowered the boom on the morons of the International Court. President Donald Trump on Thursday signed an executive order imposing sanctions on the International Criminal Court over investigations of Israel, a close U.S. ally.
Neither the U.S. nor Israel is a member of or recognizes the court, which has issued an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for alleged war crimes over his military response in Gaza after the Hamas attack against Israel in October 2023. Tens of thousands of Palestinians, including children, have been killed during the Israeli military’s response.
While this is a story in Newsmax, it wasn’t written by a Newsmax staffer. It’s actually an Associated (with terrorists) Press. They have no problem taking everything that Hamas says at face value. The reality is that the IDF went out of it’s way to avoid civilian casualties. It was Hamas that was putting the civilians at risk.
The order Trump signed accuses the ICC of engaging in “illegitimate and baseless actions targeting America and our close ally Israel” and of abusing its power by issuing “baseless arrest warrants” against Netanyahu and his former defense minister, Yoav Gallant.
“The ICC has no jurisdiction over the United States or Israel,” the order states, adding that the court had set a “dangerous precedent” with its actions against both countries.
Actually, the ICC has put a literally bullseye on the Hague. If those Progressive fools were to grab an American soldier for doing his or her duty, they would be told to put him or her on a plane back to the states or else. If they refused, or else would pay the Hague a visit. They wouldn’t leave much standing when they left.
While Israel doesn’t have the logistics to launch an air strike or a navel landing in the Netherlands, they have a group of people who live to make life miserable, painful and short for enemies of Israel. In the worst case, Israel also has the Jericho missile which can hit Europe. More then likely, you will see the phones and cars of ICC prosecutors and judges exploding in their ears.
Trump’s action came as Netanyahu was visiting Washington. He and Trump held talks Tuesday at the White House, and Netanyahu spent some of Thursday meeting with lawmakers on Capitol Hill.
The order says the U.S. will impose “tangible and significant consequences” on those responsible for the ICC’s “transgressions.” Actions may include blocking property and assets and not allowing ICC officials, employees and relatives to enter the United States.
I consider that a good start. Perhaps the favor can be returned and criminal charges brought against the ICC prosecutors and judges. Of course the Leftards are not happy with the sanctions.
Human rights activists said sanctioning court officials would have a chilling effect and run counter to U.S. interests in other conflict zones where the court is investigating.
“Victims of human rights abuses around the world turn to the International Criminal Court when they have nowhere else to go, and President Trump’s executive order will make it harder for them to find justice,” said Charlie Hogle, staff attorney with American Civil Liberties Union’s National Security Project. “The order also raises serious First Amendment concerns because it puts people in the United States at risk of harsh penalties for helping the court identify and investigate atrocities committed anywhere, by anyone.”
The ACLU is a criminal organization that is actively aiding criminals. I don’t mean providing them with legal counsel, but actively involved in the criminal act itself. As to the claims that this violates the First Amendment? That is a load of hippo manure. This has nothing to do with Freedom of Speech or religion and everything to do with a pack of jumped up totalitarians trying to impose their views on the rest of the world.
Hogle said the order “is an attack on both accountability and free speech.”
“You can disagree with the court and the way it operates, but this is beyond the pale,” Sarah Yager, Washington director of Human Rights Watch, said in an interview prior to the announcement.
This tells you where these people stand and it isn’t with the United States. The United States, along with Israel, Russia, China and a few other countries are not a part of and are not under the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court. In point of fact, the ICC could be considered an actual enemy of the United States. That you are backing the ICC shows that you could be, in some situations, actively committing treason.
Like Israel, the U.S. is not among the court’s 124 members and has long harbored suspicions that a “Global Court” of unelected judges could arbitrarily prosecute U.S. officials. A 2002 law authorizes the Pentagon to liberate any American or U.S. ally held by the court. In 2020, Trump sanctioned chief prosecutor Karim Khan’s predecessor, Fatou Bensouda, over her decision to open an inquiry into war crimes committed by all sides, including the U.S., in Afghanistan.
The law in question, the American Service-Members’ Protection Act, aka the Bomb the Hague Act, was passed when certain Eurotrash prosecutors and judges decided to go after the crew of an M1 Abrams that fired on a hotel in Baghdad. This came to be known as the Palestine Hotel Incident. There was an investigation and the tank crew thought they were engaging enemy forces. The long and short of it was, the crew was cleared.
However all the Eurotrash journalists were unhappy with this and wanted people arrested and brought to the Hague. This led to the act being passed and put into effect
Later on, the ICC prosecutors decided they wanted to “Investigate” American troops and their actions in Afghanistan. This led to President Trump in his first term to lower the boom on the ICC the first time with the Trump administration putting sanction on the court. Of course, once that corrupt senile pedophile was installed into the White House, he was told to remove the sanctions, which he did.
However, those sanctions were lifted under President Joe Biden, and the U.S. began to tepidly cooperate with the tribunal — especially after Khan in 2023 charged Russian President Vladimir Putin with war crimes in Ukraine.
If anyone could be charged with war crimes, it Putin. However, Russia has the same policy with regards to the ICC the United States does. They are not a signatory of the Rome Statute and if the ICC were to arrest Putin, the Russians would send in forces to rescue him, and they won’t care one bit about collateral damage.
Driving that turnaround was Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., who organized meetings in Washington, New York and Europe between Khan and GOP lawmakers who have been among the court’s fiercest critics.
Now, Graham says he feels betrayed by Khan — and is vowing to crush the court as well as the economy of any country that tries to enforce the arrest warrant against Netanyahu.
Lindsey Graham is a classic beta male who thinks he’s an alpha male. He is an old school Neocon and has wanted to send US Troops to the Ukraine to fight the Russians. Fortunately, no one listens to him. Hopefully, the people of South Carolina will finally throw that useless fabric store assistant manager out when he is up for reelection.
Any sanctions could cripple the court by making it harder for its investigators to travel and by compromising U.S.-developed technology to safeguard evidence. The court last year suffered a major cyberattack that left employees unable to access files for weeks.
Some European countries are pushing back. The Netherlands, in a statement late last year, called on other ICC members “to cooperate to mitigate risks of these possible sanctions, so that the court can continue to carry out its work and fulfill its mandate.”
And this is yet another reason that the United States needs to pull out of NATO. The current Eurotrash governments are becoming the very thing that NATO was meant to defend against. A bunch of elitist totalitarians who will stop at nothing for power and wealth. We’re only a few weeks into the new administration and the world is finding out that President Trump is not going to play games this time.
