Good day all. I’m a bit late on this since Real Life got in the way. However, that may actually work in my favor. Tuesday, March 4th, President Donald Trump addressed a joint session of Congress. As expected, the Democrats lived down to their reputations as absolute pure trash.
To begin with, there was the walking pile of excrement, Al Green. He decided that he was going to interrupt President Trump by making a complete ass of himself. This wasn’t hard for him to do since he is a complete ass. Speaker of the house Johnson warned him several times to sit down and shut up, (In a proper, polite yet firm manner), then had the Sergeant at Arms throw Green out of the House.
As Green was led out, a few Republicans decided to have a little fun. It’s difficult to hear, but if you listen to the video, you will here the following little tune:
“Na na na na. Na na na na. Hey hey, Goodbye.”
That was probably not the classiest thing to do, but considering the actions by Green and other Democrats it was deserved. And funny to boot.
A motion to censure Green was entered and passed Thursday, March 6th with 10 Democrats crossing the aisle and voting in favor of the censure. Before the vote, the House was disrupted again by the Democrats. Here are a few details from Fox News:
Before the formal censure could be read out to Green, however, Democrats upended House floor proceedings by gathering with the Texas Democrat and singing “We Shall Overcome.” Johnson was forced to call the House into a recess after failing multiple times to quell the protest.
During the speech, President Trump introduced a number of people. Some of them were relatives of people who had been murdered by Illegal Aliens, and one was a young woman who was critically injured by a man pretending to be a woman in a sports event. (Volley Ball I believe) One was a 13 year old boy who has been fighting brain cancer for the last five years. As these victims were introduced, the Republicans stood and applauded. With one exception, none of the Democrats did. Here are a few details on this from RedState:
As Trump introduced guests like the mother and sister of Georgia nursing student Laken Riley, the mother of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray, both murdered at the hands of illegal immigrants, and the wife and daughters of Corey Comperatore, who was killed in the assassination attempt on Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania last July, Republicans gave all a standing ovation, Democrats remained seated.
Then Trump introduced DJ Daniel. DJ is 13 years old and a survivor of brain cancer. The president told DJ’s story of how, in 2018, he was diagnosed with brain cancer and given five months to live. DJ’s lifelong dream is to become a police officer, and has been made an honorary member of several police departments. Tuesday night, Trump made him an honorary Secret Service agent as well. Secret Service Director Sean Curran presented DJ with his own USSS badge. When DJ hugged Curran, there were not many dry eyes in the room or watching at home, and there was another standing ovation.
Only someone with a heart of lead wouldn’t be moved by this and offer their support of young DJ Daniel. Well, the Democrats demonstrated their support by sitting on their hands and being complete asses. However, there was an exception.
Democrats, in their blind hatred for anything remotely related to Donald Trump, sat and did nothing while a child who has survived cancer was honored.
But what many people might not have seen (I did not see it myself as I watched the speech) was that one Democrat, ONE, did stand up and applaud DJ Daniel, and probably the others as well. That Democrat is Rep. Laura Gillen, who represents New York’s fourth congressional district.
Representative Gillen also voted in favor of the Laken Riley Act. She may have also stood and applauded the other guests, however it doesn’t appear that it was caught on camera. I have no doubt that others on the House floor did notice, on both sides of the aisle. Representative Gillen is from a competitive district, but I would prefer to think that she is a decent human being, unlike the rest of the Democrat Party the other night.
When Democrat Dirtbag Al Green was censured 10 of the Democrats once again decided that disrupting the House was a great idea. However, the Republicans control the House and they appear to have had it with the Dirtbag party. Here are a few details on what may happen from Fox News:
Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Tenn., has filed a resolution to punish the Democrats who derailed House floor proceedings as Rep. Al Green, D-Texas, was censured on Thursday.
Ogles’ resolution is aimed at stripping committee assignments from the Democratic lawmakers who temporarily plunged the House into chaos on Thursday.
“We have a country to run. The failed policies of Joe Biden is why they lost the House, why they lost the Senate, why they lost the presidency. They can lick their wounds all day, but they still have to behave on the House floor,” Ogles told Fox News Digital in a brief interview.
“We can disagree on issues and politics, but we’re gonna respect one another, and I’m tired of this crap.”
I don’t know if this will happen but it should. Rep. Ogles has said that he intends to deem this resolution as “Privileged.” This means that the house leadership will have two days to take up the measure. Frankly, a number of these spoiled Communist brats should be expelled from congress, however that is a very difficult thing to do. The mechanism is listed in the Constitution under Section 5, Clause 2: Rules.
Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behavior, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a member.
Since there is no way the Democrats will punish their own, these slugs will remain and continue to cause trouble. However, stripping them of their committee assignments would be a good start. Recall that the Democrats did just that to Representative Marjorie Taylor Green in her first term because they didn’t like things she was saying. (As I recall, she wasn’t disrupting the House)
The Democrat Party spent the last four years trying to destroy the Constitutional government of the United States. They were fought tooth and nail in the Courts and finally at the ballot box. People realized that President Trump was right and that Biden was just a senile figurehead for a hidden cabal. They chose to bring back the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump and give him the tools he needs to Make America Great Again.
President Trump has been doing that since he took the Oath of office and the Democrats can’t handle the fact that they have been rejected. This is why they are acting out in Congress and on Socialist Media. They are also going to their Obama and Biden judges to try and thwart the Will of the People. That might slow down President Trump a bit. The problem with this plan is that a large majority of people, and this majority is growing, agree with what President Trump is doing.
Instead of learning from their mistakes, the Democrat Party is doubling down on stupid. The Party Elites are moving further and further to the left, all but publicly announcing that they are now Communists. The 2026 midterms could be, and should be another electoral bloodbath for the Democrat Party, rivaling or surpassing the one in 2010 after the Obamacare debacle.
The Democrats have gone beyond Trump Derangement Syndrome, TDS, to having a psychotic break. The Democrats are now both stupid and insane. What regular people need to worry about is the Democrats trying to do another “Summer of Fiery Love.” They are that insane. What they aren’t considering is that this time, the normal Americans aren’t going to take it. Perhaps they should be quietly told this.
