Good day all. Recently, the Congress passed one of their Continuing Resolutions rather then do their job and pass an actual budget. However, this one was different. It wasn’t larded down with the usual garbage that Democrats love to add. One of the reasons it passed was that UpChuck Schumer read the tea lives and figured out the Democrats were in a No Win situation.
This set off the Leftards, moonbats and precious snowflakes on the left. They were all set to load up the continuing resolution with hundreds of billions in waste, fraud and grift, and if they didn’t get what they wanted, they were ready to shut the government down. The problem with this plan, as Schumer figured out, was that it would play right into the hands of President Trump.
When the bill passed the Senate, the Leftards went on the warpath against Schumer, including calls to have him primaried when he’s next up for reelection. This led to some polls being conducted in New York. The results? See for yourself. Here are the details from Town Hall:
In a stunning revelation, a new poll shows Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) leading Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) by double digits in a hypothetical head-to-head New York primary matchup. This surprising shift in the political landscape highlights the growing power of the far-left faction within the Democratic Party as Ocasio-Cortez continues to build her base among younger, more progressive voters. Schumer, long seen as the establishment figure in New York and national politics, now faces a growing challenge from within his own party, signaling that even the most entrenched political figures could be vulnerable.
According to a survey by the liberal firm Data for Progress, 55 percent of likely Democratic voters supported or leaned toward supporting AOC, while 36 percent supported or leaned toward backing Schumer. Nine percent were undecided. This comes after Schumer has seen a dip in popularity among Democrats since siding with Republicans to vote for a funding measure that averted a government shutdown earlier this year.
Ok, right off the bat I’m going to say Horse Hockey! I’m going to assume that this organization weighted their poll, (Another way to say it is rigged), towards the hard left. (That would be communists) Fair and balanced is not what I would describe them as. When I looked at the data, It had Bernie Sanders then Kamala Harris and Elizabeth “Fauxahonta” Warren as the top three most popular politicians in New York.
Additionally, 82 percent of those surveyed strongly supported Ocasio-Cortez’s potential leadership of the Democratic Party, particularly after discovering her endorsement of taxpayer-funded healthcare and the Green New Deal. Introduced by the New York representative in 2019, the Green New Deal outlined plans for “millions of high-wage jobs,” government-funded housing for all, and a commitment to “justice and equality.”
In other words, Communism. The Green New Deal, if implemented, would have torn up the Constitution, ended any individual rights, and cost in the neighborhood of 90 TRILLION dollars to actually implement. As for “Justice and Equality?” Only for those that support their plans. For any dissenters, off to the gulags with them! In any case, Schumer has no plans to go anywhere. He’s filed for reelection. As for AOC?
Meanwhile, AOC has teamed up with Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) on a nationwide “Fighting Oligarchy” tour to promote its progressive agenda. The tour has stopped in Colorado and Arizona so far.
Those two idiots don’t seem to realize that they ARE the “Oligarchy.” Everything they want is rule by the elites. All the “Lower classes?” Just shut up and do what your betters, in other words, masters, tell you to do, or else.
Democratic primary voters who responded to the poll suggested that “threats to democracy” are among the most critical issues. They also said that “programs like Social Security and Medicare” and “economy, jobs, and inflation” are equally important. Meanwhile, 84 percent of these voters said that Democrats are not doing enough to stand up to the Trump administration.
These idiots don’t seem to understand that the United States isn’t a democracy, it’s a Republic. Second, the only threat to our Republican form of Democracy is the Progressive Liberal Democrats. They are the ones who are acting out violently and a large percentage are just fine with murder and assassinations of President Trump and Elon Musk.
As to “Standing up to the Administration,” it isn’t like they aren’t trying. The problem for the Democrat Party is perception. The majority of Americans perceive the Democrat Party as anti-constitution, anti-American, pro-illegal alien and pro-criminal. They also see President Trump as the opposite. The louder the Progressive Liberal Democrats scream about what President Trump is doing, the more they reject the Democrats and move towards the Republican party.
The Democrat Base however, is actually moving harder and harder to the left. They are now actively pushing socialism and communism and like all such movement, if you aren’t with them, you are against them and must be destroyed. People like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are exactly the type of politician they think should be in charge. What they fail to comprehend is that most Americans consider AOC to be an utter moron.
Now this poll makes it sound like AOC and her Communists Democratic Socialists are going to take over New York and eventually the United States. Honestly, I don’t see her doing very well across the state. She is from a district made of of people who are even dumber than she is. (If that’s at all possible) The rest of the State is still angry over her antics that killed the Amazon deal that would have brought in thousands of very high paying jobs and tax revenue. Saying that, I hope the stupid idiot does try to primary Schumer. If she were to pull it off, you might just see the Republicans take the seat.
