Good day all. Recently, I posted on the Supreme Court getting fed up with the antics of the lower court judges. Thanks to the blatantly unconstitutional rulings by primarily Obama and Biden judges, the Supreme Court has been issuing one ruling after the other overturning their orders.
Unfortunately, the lower courts aren’t getting the message and are now flat out ignoring the instructions from the Supreme Court. Now some of these judges are telling SCOTUS that they should follow the lead of the district, circuit and appellate courts. Here are the details from Newsmax:
In a rare show of dissent within the judiciary, a dozen federal judges have voiced concern over how the Supreme Court has handled cases involving President Donald Trump.
Speaking anonymously to NBC News, judges said the high court has increasingly overturned lower court rulings in Trump-related disputes through emergency orders — often offering little to no explanation.
Funny, I recall seeing plenty of explanations when SCOTUS smacks down the lower courts. It usually refers to this document most of the Democrat judges have never read, the Constitution of the United States.
Several judges said Chief Justice John Roberts should more forcefully defend the integrity of lower courts, especially as threats and harassment against judges rise sharply. The U.S. Marshals Service reported more than 400 investigations into threats against judges this year, up nearly 100% from 2021.
I agree on the threats against judges. There should be no unlawful threats of violence. Now, of course, wishing for a return to the days of tar, feathers and rope is not a threat. Nor is demanding that these judges be removed from the bench. Now for those who can’t tell the difference between opinion, wishful thinking and an outright threat, here is an example of a threat.
“I am going to commit an act of violence against Judge Shmedlap!”
That is a threat and is unacceptable. Now saying that you are going to call your all but worthless representative and demanding that these judges be removed from the bench is not a threat. Now there are additional details on Fox News regarding these robed whining crybabies:
Ten of the 12 judges that NBC spoke with argued the Supreme Court should offer more explanation when overturning such decisions, saying emergency rulings in such cases imply poor work on the part of lower court judges.
“It is inexcusable,” one judge said of the Supreme Court. “They don’t have our backs.”
Well why would they? You keep sending them garbage and they have to keep slapping you down.
Trump himself and some of his top officials have spoken out against judges issuing unfavorable rulings.
Of course he has and with good reason. These rulings are so blatantly bad, and in many cases dangerous, he’s going to let fly verbally.
When Judge James Boasberg sought to block the administration’s deportation flights to El Salvador, Trump argued he should be “IMPEACHED” on social media.
And he should be. There is now information coming out that Boasberg has decided that President Trump will ignore his rulings. President Trump hasn’t of course. He’s taken them up to the Supreme Court who have repeatedly slapped Boasberg down.
When various judges issued rulings blocking Trump’s tariff agenda in March, White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller argued it was a “judicial coup.”
That may be a bit over the top, but not by much. All you have to do is look at which judges are constantly issuing these bad rulings and with very few exceptions, they are either Obama or Biden judges. There are a number of people, myself included, who think that a very quiet investigation should be conducted to see of these moonbats are talking and worse, coordinating with each other. If that is proven, then criminal conspiracy charges might be warranted.
The judge who described the Supreme Court’s actions as inexcusable predicted that “somebody is going to die” if criticism from top Trump officials continues, according to NBC.
I wouldn’t worry to much yet. Unlike the Biden Maladministration and the Garland DoJ, Pam Bondi will take whatever action is needed to deal with these threats. It also will take an awful lot more to drive people to the point of heading to the hardware store for rope, tar and feathers, and I don’t think we are anywhere near that point yet. (And hopefully never are)
Another judge said lower courts are being “thrown under the bus.”
“It’s almost like the Supreme Court is saying it is a ‘judicial coup,’” a third judge told the outlet.
A fourth judge, however, appointed by President Barack Obama, conceded that several judges had been out of line with their rulings against Trump.
“The whole ‘Trump derangement syndrome’ is a real issue. As a result, judges are mad at what Trump is doing or the manner he is going about things; they are sometimes forgetting to stay in their lane,” that judge said.
Now how did this one slip in under the radar? Not to worry though, the Obama judge fell back into line.
“Certainly, there is a strong sense in the judiciary among the judges ruling on these cases that the court is leaving them out to dry,” the judge continued. “They are partially right to feel the way they feel.”
For decades, the Democrats have used the Courts as a “Super Legislature” and used them to get what they otherwise couldn’t get through the normal legislative process. Even when a Republican President put someone on the bench, far to often they turned out to be spineless squishes.
Then came President Trump. He worked with groups who wanted to reform the judicial branch back to what they were meant to be. A court that upholds the Constitution. Thanks to this concept, the Supreme Court, for the most part, is doing just that. The problem is the inferior courts and the Obama, Biden and a few Clinton judges.
Most of these judges were appointed not for being constitutional scholars, but to protect the Democrats goals of basically tearing up the Constitution and reducing people’s God given or natural rights, (Whichever way you prefer), to nothing more than privileges granted them by the government.
Justices Kagen, Sotomayor and Brown Jackson are cases in point. Kagen is intelligent, but will almost always rule in favor of the Democrats position. Sotomayor is not that smart, and Brown Jackson? She is so stupid and incompetent that Justice Barrett has slammed her in a formal SCOTUS opinion.
People in this country are getting fed up with the courts and their refusal to uphold the Constitution. While you will have a few nutcases making death threats, the overwhelming majority want to go the legal and constitutional route. Impeach and Convict is one way, but this is almost impossible with the Democrats in the Senate. They will protect their pet judges. Another way is that Congress simply dissolves the lower courts.
If they were to do this, and they have done so in the past, two things will happen. First, the Supreme Court Justices will have to “Ride the circuits” and hear federal cases. Second, all of the lower court justices will be forcibly retired with no authority to hear cases. Finally, Congress can recreate the lower courts which will mean appointing and confirming new judges.
That would be a very drastic solution, but we may now have no choice in the matter. If these tyrannical judges, who refuse to uphold the constitution and flat out ignore precedent and instructions from the Supreme Court, and there is no other way to deal with them, then the nuclear option may be required.
