Good day all. United States Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts was appointed by President George W. Bush in 2005. The idea was that he would be a conservative/constitutional justice and as the Chief justice would help steer the courts decisions away from the nonsense known a “The living Constitution.” That turned out to be a forlorn hope.
