Right on schedule, Obama judges violate the Constitution, order money spent

Good day all. Now sooner do I post a story about the Blue states demanding that SNAP be funded then an Obama judge, ignoring the plain text of the Constitution, specifically, Article 1 Section 8. This judicial tyrant has ordered that SNAP be funded.

States suing to force Welfare payments

Good day all. One of the things that the government has stopped spending money on are SNAP payments. SNAP, which stands for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program is money for food stamps. When the money ran out and UpChuck Schumer decided to shut down the government, the money for that program ran out.

Local judge decides that Federal Law doesn’t apply

Leftard Judge tells administration no layoffs, preparations for layoffs continue

Good day all. Recently, I posted a story about how the Government unions were judge shopping to stop the Trump administration from laying off federal employees. They found a Clinton judge that was more than happy to overstep her authority and issue the Temporary Restraining Order, (TRO) to do just that.
