Eric Holder blathers on

Good day all. Former Attorney General and unindicted criminal Eric Holder has once again shown that his grasp of the Law and Constitution is not all that firm. The only Attorney General ever to be held in Contempt of Congress now thinks that Mueller will charge President Trump with Obstruction of Justice.

Holder, who should be in prison right now for the crimes he’s committed, once again fails to understand that any president can fire anyone in the administrative branch of government, (Appointed offices not covered by the Civil Service laws). When President Trump began cleaning house, the Democrats started their witch hunt claiming Russia stole the election from their sainted Felonia von Pantsuit.

When James Comey, who actively covered up Felonia’s crimes, was fired, the Democrats claimed the President was “Obstructing the Russia investigation.” This is obviously garbage, but then Eric Holder is not one to let little things like the truth get in his way. Here is what passes for deep thinking by Eric Holder from the Washington Examiner:

President Trump will face an obstruction of justice charge from special counsel Robert Mueller, former Attorney General Eric Holder predicted.

You technically have an obstruction of justice case that already exists,” Holder, who served under then-President Obama, said on HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher.” “I’ve known Bob Mueller for 20, 30 years; my guess is he’s just trying to make the case as good as he possibly can. So, I think that we have to be patient in that regard.”

We have been suffering through Mueller’s “Investigation” for the better part of a year. What we have learned is that Mueller and his team of thugs have found nothing regarding President Trump’s campaign and Russia. What we HAVE learned was how deeply the Democrats and the Felonia von Pantsuit campaign were tied into Russia. The infamous dossier, for instance, was bought and paid for by Felonia von Pantsuit, and that was used by the Obama administration to get a bogus FISA warrant to spy on President Trump’s transition team.

Trump’s critics have speculated about an obstruction charge ever since he fired FBI Director James Comey in the midst of an investigation into potential ties between the Trump campaign and Russia. The president said he was frustrated that Russia-related allegations had become “an excuse for having lost an election,” and he was also apparently annoyed that Comey refused to say publicly that Trump himself was not under investigation, although Comey had made such comments in private.

And since President Trump canned that worthless pile of horse dung, we have found out just how corrupt James Comey actually is. Almost as soon as he was fired, he began leaking confidential information to the media in violation of the law. We now know that he never intended to do an honest investigation of Felonia von Pantsuit’s activities as Secretary of State and her blatant mishandling of top secret information.

It’s not the first time that Holder has suggested that an obstruction case could be made, though has stopped short previously of predicting Mueller would bring the charge. But Trump’s defenders maintain that he has the authority to dismiss the FBI director at any time.

“You cannot charge a president with obstruction of justice for exercising his constitutional power to fire Comey and his constitutional authority to tell the Justice Department who to investigate, who not to investigate,” Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz said in December. “That’s what Thomas Jefferson did, that’s what Lincoln did, that’s what Roosevelt did. We have precedents that clearly establish that.”

When you have Alan Dershowitz telling you that you’re full of it, believe it. Dershowitz and I agree, politically on very little. Basically, we probably agree only on Israel. Both Mr. Dershowitz and I agree on Israel’s right to exist and defend itself, something that Holder doesn’t agree with. (Holder hasn’t’ yet said that Auschwitz should be renovated and reactivated yet) However, even though Mr. Dershowitz is generally way on the left side of the fence, when it comes to the law, he’s generally fairly good.

President Trump was well within his rights to fire Comey. The problem now is Jeff Sessions. He’s coming across as a total wimp and is beginning to look like a swamp dweller, not a swamp drainer.

Such views have stoked Trump’s anger at Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who recused himself from oversight of the Russia investigation due to his own role on the Trump campaign. That decision paved the way for Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to appoint Mueller as special counsel after the Comey firing.

And we’ve seen what a mess that has become. Sessions was to much of the Beltway Uniparty type to actually stand up to the Democrats when he was going through his confirmation hearings. Making the promises he did hurt President Trump and also the Rule of Law.

I don’t want to get into loyalty, but I will tell you that, I will say this: Holder protected President Obama. Totally protected him,” Trump said in the New York Times interview. “When you look at the things that they did, and Holder protected the president. And I have great respect for that, I’ll be honest.”

Holder, of course, denies that he did anything to protect King Putt.

Holder rejected the compliment. “The difference between me and Jeff Sessions is that I had a president I didn’t have to protect,” he told Maher.

Oh that’s a good one! I guess that Erc Holder forgot that he is the only Attorney General to ever be held in Contempt of Congress, all due to his obstruction of various investigations into the actions of the Justice Department. You know, little things like Fast&Furious, the flat our refusal to provide the oversight committees any information as required, and basically using the DoJ as Obama’s personal secret police force.

Holder is a racist. He is utterly corrupt and he has the blood of hundreds of people on his hands including at least one federal agent. His utter contempt for the Rule of Law and the Constitution goes back to his time in the Reno DoJ under President Bubba Horndog. (AKA William Jefferson Clinton) By rights, he should be under indictment right now. It’s only Sessions utter incompetence that is keeping him from answering for his actions.
