Good day all. Over the last 30 years, we have seen the rise of the “Eco-Warrior.” These are generally left wing moonbat types that hate people and love trees.
Their goal can be summed up thus: “Kill off most of humanity, leaving only those of us who care about the planet.” towards that end, these fanatics have moved to strangle the American and European economies as well as strip people of their rights, all for their own good of course. These CommuNazis love to fly around the world in their private jets to fashionable spots, holding seminars and meetings on just how wonderful they are and how eco-friendly to the Earth they are.
However, there is a question. Are they actually all that eco-friendly or are they just a bunch of Leftist totalitarian hypocrites? The answer will surprise those who claim they are “Good for the Earth and Mother Gaia!” Here are the surprising details from the Washington Times:
Al Gore has been accused of hypocrisy for talking the talk on climate change despite burning through fossil fuels at a rapid clip, but it turns out he’s not alone. A study by Cornell and the University of Michigan researchers found that those “highly concerned” about climate change were less likely to engage in recycling and other eco-friendly behaviors than global-warming skeptics.
Wait, what?
Published in the April edition of the Journal of Environmental Psychology, the one-year study broke 600 participants into three groups based on their level of concern about climate change: “highly concerned,” “cautiously worried,” and “skeptical.”
The “highly concerned” cluster was “most supportive of government climate policies, but least likely to report individual-level actions, whereas the ‘Skeptical’ opposed policy solutions but were most likely to report engaging in individual-level pro-environmental behaviors,” the researchers concluded.
Now this is very interesting. The CommuNazi Eco-Terrorists who accuse the so called “Skeptics” of wanting to murder the Earth Goddess are actually far more likely to be the ones doing the most harm.
Conducting the study, entitled “Believing in climate change but not behaving sustainably,” were Cornell assistant professor Neil A. Lewis Jr. and University of Michigan researchers Michael P. Hall and Phoebe C. Ellsworth. The skeptics were the more likely than the “highly concerned” to recycle, use public transportation and reusable shopping bags, and buy eco-friendly products.
“Belief in climate change predicted support for government policies to combat climate change, but did not generally translate to individual-level, self-reported pro-environmental behavior,” said the paper.
So, those who claim to be “Eco-friendly” are, in their personal lives, just a bunch of filthy hippies? Actually, what they are is totalitarians who believe in Rule by the Elites, instead of the Rule of Law. They are forever demanding that “Someone do something!” but won’t actually get off their fat, Progressive asses and live the lives the demand “Those other, lower classes” should live.
Why? Even the researchers were stumped, although it’s possible that skeptics may place more emphasis on personal responsibility than government action.
I haven’t bothered to look up the researchers, but I’m guessing they may be on the left side of the dial. However, it looks like they may be honest leftists instead of the usual CommuNazi’s we normally see. They will publish the findings they have regardless of their personal political beliefs. In other words, they are trying to be honest and as even handed as they can be.
As Pacific Standard’s Tom Jacobs put it, “remember that conservatism prizes individual action over collective efforts.”
“So while they may assert disbelief in order to stave off coercive (in their view) actions by the government, many could take pride in doing what they can do on a personal basis,” he said in a Friday post.
You will see some moonbats who actually try to live the way they talk. Al Gore and Leonardo DiCaprio are not examples of this. Interestingly, neither is the ultimate in CommuNazi crypto-fascists, Tom Steyer. Those phonies burn create more pollutants and “Greenhouse gasses” in a week then the average family does in 10 years. They are classics in the “Do as I say, not as I do!” way of thinking.
Mr. Gore, a leading climate-change activist, has long come under fire for his carbon-emitting ways, such as burning 21 times more kilowatt hours annually at his Nashville mansion than the average U.S. household, according to a 2017 study by the National Center for Public Policy Research. His swimming pool alone uses enough electricity to power six average homes for a year, the study said.
Al Gore is an utter and complete fraud. He ginned up this whole Global Warming scam for the sole purpose of enriching himself and gaining political power. Mostly, it was to enrich himself. His predictions rival those of a carnival fortune teller, with the exception that the fortune teller sometimes gets it right.
Mr. Gore told CNN last year that he leads a “carbon-free lifestyle to the maximum extent possible,” pointing out that he doesn’t own a private jet and that he buys carbon offsets to balance his home and flights on Southwest Airlines.
The only reason Gore doesn’t own a private jet is cost. It’s cheaper for him to fly first class. Oh! You thought this fraud would fly in steerage coach with the serfs and peons? As for those “Carbon offsets” a bigger scam you will never find. What he is doing is selling them to himself. Another term for this might be “Money laundering.”
Back in the 1980’s, it was Global Cooling and the next Ice Age being just around the corner. By 2000 we were supposed to see New York City under a glacier a mile thick. When that didn’t happen, the CommuNazis came up with “Global Warming.” That collapsed when the “Save the Earth” Protesters kept having their giant protest marches snowed up by massive blizzards. It’s hard to claim that “We’re all going to burn and the Earth will become Venus!!” when you’re shoveling through a 6 foot snow drift.
Now they’ve come up with “Climate Change!” as their next way to institute the totalitarian government they all want. Of course, they have a problem with optics. It’s hard to believe these frauds are serious when you see them arriving in some high end resort in hundreds of Grumman Gulfstreams and Lear jets. Now we have a President who’s in the process of cleaning up the mess they’ve made and not doing it in a way that suppresses an Individuals freedoms and rights.
