Good day all. In November, 2016, Felonia von Pantsuit one the Presidential Election. However, that ancient and no longer relevant part of the constitution, (As if they consider any part relevant), called the Electoral College, stole the election and gave it to Donald Trump.
So, to fix that problem, the Democrats have decided to flat out ignore it and just render the state elections moot. Here is what the CommuNazis are planning to do from Fox News:
Connecticut is joining a growing alliance of liberal states in a “pact” that would supposedly allow them to change the way presidents are picked — by allocating each state’s electoral votes to the winner of the national popular vote.
The uphill campaign, which if ever brought to fruition would almost certainly face a court challenge, has gained renewed attention amid Democratic grumbling about the Electoral College in the wake of President Trump’s 2016 win. While he defeated Hillary Clinton in the electoral vote, he lost the popular vote by 2.9 million ballots.
There is a better then even chance that those 2.9 million votes were fraudulent. In Kalifornistan, it’s suspected that a large number of illegal aliens, and a few legal aliens may have been registered to vote and did so. I know that it looks like the Senate race in New Hampshire was probably stolen by the CommuNazis. Kelly Ayotte lost by about 1000 votes, and interestingly, over 2000 votes were cast by same day registrants, people claiming they were moving into New Hampshire, but never did.
Enter the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, which blue states are joining to commit to allocating their electoral votes to the national popular-vote winner — regardless of their own state results.
So much for one man, (Or woman), one vote. According to this, if Donald Trump wins the popular vote in Connecticut, but loses the popular vote by a thin margin, all the states electoral votes will go to his CommuNazi opponent. Currently, the states electors generally are pledged to their state’s voters. Now, why even bother going to the polls?
The pact is meant to be a work-around to the constitutional requirements that created the Electoral College system, which awards each state’s electors to the winner of that state.
Pesky thing, that Constitution.
In theory, the game-changing compact would take effect once it signs on states representing at least 270 electoral votes, the threshold to win the presidency. With the expected addition of Connecticut’s seven electoral votes, the group now has 172.
In other words, this is just another plan by the CommuNazis to steal elections. Of course, they make it seem like it’s “For the people.”
“The National Popular Vote Compact will ensure an equal vote for every American citizen, regardless of which state they happen to live in,” Governor Daniel Malloy said in a statement.
Other jurisdictions that have joined the pact include California, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington and the District of Columbia — all places where Clinton defeated Trump in 2016. Connecticut would be the first state to sign on since 2014, when New York joined.
Notice that every one of these states is controlled by the CommuNazis. Also note that little things like the Bill of Rights, and individual liberty are actively suppressed in these states as well.
“The vote of every American citizen should count equally, yet under the current system, voters from sparsely populated states are awarded significantly more power than those from states like Connecticut,” Malloy said. “This is fundamentally unfair.”
Unfair to CommuNazis you mean. This actually takes away people’s votes. But then, the CommuNazis have never been ones to care about the rights of their slaves supporters.
But critics say the pact would actually hurt smaller states like Connecticut, given that candidates would be likely to only focus on large population centers and neglect rural areas. And from a constitutional perspective, the proposal could also run into obvious legal challenges.
“Not only did the framers of the Constitution expressly reject the idea of a direct, popular election for president, but also not one state either in the wake of ratification or at any time thereafter has ever sought to appoint its presidential electors on the basis of votes cast outside the state, as the National Popular Vote Compact requires,” law professor Norman R. Williams argued in the BYU Law Review.
There is a reason the Framers rejected direct democracy. It always devolves into mob rule. Just take a look at Kalifornistan. They are constantly voting on referendums that end up being a complete disaster, and in many cases, being thrown out by the courts. The United States is a Republic for a reason. It was to prevent exactly what the CommuNazis want. The complete suppression of anyone who doesn’t agree with them.
The system we have works very well. The Electoral College was designed to provide the small states a voice. It used to be that Senators were not directly elected, but chosen by the legislature. The idea was they would be representing their respective states. The House of Representatives was designed to represent the people of the states. The 17th Amendment ended that and we’ve seen just what a mess the Senate has become.
If the next election, were to be decided in this way, where the voters chose candidate A, but instead Candidate B wins the popular vote across the country, then it won’t matter what the voters wanted. If you look at the maps of the last election, Felonia only carried the high population areas on a few states. Overall, she lost most of the counties. Under the CommuNazis plan, those few areas would decide elections and to bad for the rest of the country.
This is a recipe for violence. Since the modern Democrat Party is generally socialist totalitarian in their views toward the people, if they get back in using this method, you can rest assured there will be no more elections. We had a taste for their predilections toward “Rule by decree” under the Great Mistake, Barack Obama. President “Pen and Phone” flat out ignored the Constitution and the separation of powers whenever it suited him.
Most people understand just how bad this is, and that the sole purpose is to thwart any chance that the opposition will be able to do anything. The Ruling elites think this is a great idea. I don’t and millions of others, once they see what this will do, won’t stand for it. At best, you will see the break up of the United States. At worst, the guns will come out and 30 million dead later, the CommuNazi Party will be ended.
This stupid and blatantly unconstitutional idea needs to be strangled in it’s crib. If it is allowed to stand, it will mean the end of the Republic and all it has stood for since the founding of this nation.
