Good day all. The former Democrat Party, now known as the CommuNazi Party, has taken their first steps in Making America North Korea Again. One CommuNazi representative is putting together a plan to repeal the tax cuts pushed through by President Trump.
The tax cuts were passed over the objections of the CommuNazi Elite. They used their usual mantra of “Republican tax cuts for the rich!!!” The only problem with that, is it was far from the truth. (But then when do CommuNazis ever tell the truth?) The tax cuts have been popular and wildly successful. Companies are starting to bring back all the money they’ve parked offshore to avoid the confiscatory taxes the CommuNazis put in place, and they are doing something that the CommuNazis refuse to acknowledge. They are creating jobs, raising pay and handing out bonuses to their employees.
Never let it be said that the CommuNazis can learn from their errors. It’s rather difficult to do so when their motto is “I reject your reality and substitute my own.” Now, one moonbat has started the process to sink the CommuNazi’s hopes of seizing congress. Here are the details from The Business Insider:
As the new tax cuts ushered in solely by Republicans begin to take effect, one Democratic congressman is unveiling a repeal plan, signaling that President Donald Trump’s primary opposition is serious about reversing his signature legislative achievement.
Rep. Jared Polis of Colorado plans to introduce the Students Over Special Interests Act on Wednesday. The legislation, according to a summary viewed by Business Insider ahead of its introduction, would repeal the new tax law and redirect the taxpayer dollars toward erasing the $1.4 trillion in student-loan debt and investing in Pell grants. It will be the first piece of legislation aimed at unraveling the new tax law.
“The Republican tax plan was all about special interests cashing in at the expense of everyone else. My plan shows what a difference we can make for middle-class Americans for even less cost,” Polis said in a statement obtained by Business Insider. “So many people go to school, get a job, and work hard but still struggle to get ahead because they are weighted down by student loans. It’s time to help them get out from the mountain of debt they are under.”
“The good news is if we repeal the Republicans’ sweetheart deals for corporations, we can cancel out all student-loan debt, make college more affordable for future students, and still have money left over to reduce our deficit,” said Polis, who serves as the ranking Democrat on the House Education and Workforce Committee’s subcommittee on Higher Education and Workforce Development.
I looked this moron up. Apparently he used to start internet businesses and then sell them to gullible corporations. Nothing wrong with that of course. However, he is also a classic elitist and utterly out of touch with reality. The tax cuts have put more money into people’s pockets and allowed businesses to expand and hire more people. This includes me.
As you will recall, I was out of work for 2 solid years thanks to the CommuNazis and their fuhrer, Barack Obama. The company I work for now is expanding and hiring more people. My own group is looking at at least 2 more hires this year. If the CommuNazis like Polis get their way, that expansion, at least in the Untied States, will come to a screeching halt. Of course, that’s exactly what CommuNazis like Polis want. Fortunately, it has zero chance in Congress.
The bill is highly unlikely to advance with Republicans in control of the House and the Senate. Further, even if Democrats retake majorities in the November midterms, Polis will not be in Congress in 2019, as he is running for governor of Colorado. And even then, Trump would not sign a law overturning his administration’s biggest legislative accomplishment.
That was the problem for the CommuNazis and Der Fubar, President Pen & Phone. Obama rarely bothered with the legislative process and just issued executive orders. President Trump has been happily reversing them, turning King Putt’s “Legacy” into a pile of ash.
On the other hand, President Trump, who supports the Constitution and rule of law, has been following the constitutionally mandated way of getting things done. He goes to congress and has them pass a bill that he signs into law.
But Polis’ bill does signal that Democrats are now crafting detailed policy plans to counter the tax law. Many more proposals can be expected, which Democrats will aim to unify around in the event they gain control of the House.
Will these idiots ever learn? Who am I kidding? Of course they won’t.
Repealing the corporate tax cuts would be a lofty challenge for Democrats, as they do not sunset like the cuts to the individual rates. And Republicans are aiming to force a vote this summer that would make the individual rates permanent, potentially forcing the hand of a lot of vulnerable candidates.
This is what President Trump needs to do and is doing. Reminding people that things are turning around and getting better. (They are for me) What the Republicans need to do, besides shafting the CommuNazis with a new tax cut bill, is dust off Ronald Reagan’s 1984 reelection question. “Are you better off now then you were two years ago?” for most people who are not CommuNazis, the answer is going to be yes.
