Good day all. New York is one of the states being run into the ground by the hard left progressive CommuNazi party. It is a high tax state that passes laws that ignore the Constitution, and considers the average citizen as nothing more then a supplier of revenue to the state’s Ruling Elites.
One of the things these Socialist Totalitarians want to do is institute a “Single Payer” system for medical care. Of course, we know it doesn’t work and is a great way to kill people. That doesn’t stop the moonbats of the CommuNazi party of course. Once again, the CommuNazis are trying to shove yet another failed policy down the throats of the people. Here are the details from the Washington Times:
The New York state Assembly has again endorsed a single-payer universal health care system. The Democrat-led chamber passed the measure last week for the fourth year in a row.
They really can’t take a hint, can they?
Passage of the legislation is largely symbolic, however. The Republican-led Senate is not expected to take up the measure before lawmakers adjourn for the year next year.
Of course not. To begin with, the Republicans know how to do math. Granted, these are New York Republicans, but even they can see that Single Payer is an idea that has come and been found wanting. Kalifornistan looked into this last year and quickly understood that there was no way they could actually pay for it. If Kalifornistan couldn’t do it, what makes New York think it can? Oh, I know. It hasn’t worked because New York Socialists have done it yet.
Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie says Democrats in his chamber believe all Americans deserve a health care system that guarantees coverage for all.
And how would you pay for it Comrade? Tax the rich? You might want to see how many of them are leaving the state and taking their money with them.
The proposal would allow all New Yorkers to enroll for health coverage that comes with no network restrictions, deductibles or co-pays. The system would use state and local funds that now go to Medicaid and other health care programs.
I love the part, “Allow all New Yorkers to enroll.” Try “You WILL enroll whether you like it or not!” Then there is the little problem of Medicaid. It’s already collapsing due to costs and lack of doctors willing to accept Medicaid patients. You see, doctors spend years learning to be doctors, and they have huge expenses of their own they have to cover. (Generally due to the actions of CommuNazis and Lawyers)
They expect to make a good living, at least low to mid 6 figures. Of course, in the minds of the CommuNazis, that makes them “The Rich” and they need to be punished. Therefore, the State will tell them just how much they can make. If they don’t like it, then the State will take their medical licenses from them.
The term for that is slavery. Of course, The CommuNazis, and their predecessors, the Democrats, have always liked slavery. Most of the slave owners prior to the Civil war were Democrats. It was the Republicans who told them that they had to give up their slaves, and the Democrats have been trying to get them back ever since. Single Payer is just another way to make slaves out of free people, which is why the CommuNazis want it so much.
