Good day all. Recently, a group of Islamic Jihadi wannabes was raided and arrested. What the police found was horrifying. Recently, they found the body of a missing 3 year old that was killed by this group.
Anyplace else, these scum would be held without bail, except in New Mexico. Here, some moonbat judge basically took whatever pocket changes these scum had as bail and let them loose. Here are the details from Fox News:
The state judge who on Monday set a $20,000 bail for five defendants arrested at a remote New Mexico compound where authorities say children were being trained to conduct school shootings has a history of issuing low bail to violent offenders.

Judge Sarah Backus, an elected Democrat, ordered the two men and three women to wear ankle monitors, have weekly contact with their attorneys and not consume alcohol or own firearms while on bail. She said although she was concerned by “troubling facts,” prosecutors failed to articulate any specific threats to the community.
No specific threats? Would someone please take this incompetent idiot’s bong away from her? The stuff she’s smoking is to strong for her to handle.
The five suspects were arrested more than a week ago when police raided a squalid makeshift living structure near the Colorado state line in response to a report of children living in filth, severe hunger and dangers including a leaky propane tank. The 11 children found at the compound were placed in state custody.
And if that wasn’t enough, here’s what else the police discovered.
Prosecutors on Monday said Siraj Ibn Wahhaj provided some of the children with firearms training – including tactical skills such as “speed loading” guns and firing while in motion.
“What I’ve heard here today is troubling, definitely. Troubling facts about numerous children in far from ideal circumstances and individuals who are living in a very unconventional way,” Backus said.
What has come out since is these “Adults” were teaching the kids how to go into a school and shoot the place up. It was all for the Jihad of course. However, this moonbat Progressive has no problem letting dangerous suspects out to harm others. For instance:
Just last month, she set a $10,000 bond for Rafael Orozco, a 24-year-old Taos man accused of battering his girlfriend, his newborn child and a health care worker at Holy Cross Hospital in September 2016.
Police said Orozco prompted a lockdown at the hospital after punching his girlfriend as she breastfed their newborn in front of a male doctor, the Santa Fe New Mexican reported. Cops said Orozco then grabbed the mother by the throat and slapped the baby.
Yep, a real prize winner here, but wait, it gets better!
Orozco reportedly fled the hospital and was arrested in Rio Arriba County a few months later. While in prison, Orozco was accused of other crimes, including obtaining Suboxone, an opioid medication, and pulling a fire alarm. A year later, he and his brother, Cristian Orozco, were charged with assaulting and threatening a guard.
In September, Backus approved an order to incarcerate Orozco at the Lea County Correctional Facility until his trial.
Which, considering this sleazeball’s history, is only common sense. However, judge Dumbass forgot to show up when they were issuing the common sense.
His defense attorney recently filed a motion arguing for his release and last month, Backus ruled in his favor.
Prior to her appointment to the bench, Backus – a graduate of the University of California Hastings College of the Law – served as a deputy public defender and deputy Attorney General in San Francisco. She’s lived in Taos since 1994.
So how did this moonbat get on the bench? She was initially appointed by an idiot. In other words, a member of the GOP(e).
According to the New Mexico Courts website, Backus was first appointed to the bench in June 2011 by Republican Gov. Susana Martinez. She was elected to the post in 2012 and is expected to remain there until at least 2020.
Governor Martinez has come to understand that she made a really bad choice.
Martinez issued a statement after Monday’s hearing saying she “strongly disagreed” with the outcome and Backus’ decision.
“Unfortunately, it highlights how extreme the New Mexico Supreme Court has been in dictating pretrial release for all kinds of dangerous criminals,” she said.
This is called locking the door after the horse has left the barn, gone to another county and been busy fornicating with any available filly he came across.
Ryan Cangiolosi, chairman of the Republican Party of New Mexico, said Backus’ decision to release “suspected terrorists” into the community has put the people of the state at risk.
“By releasing these suspects without even requiring them to post bail, Judge Backus has put people in danger and created the risk that they could flee and harm other children and communities as well,” he said in a statement. “If New Mexico Democratic Party leaders are serious about keeping our state safe, they should join me in denouncing Judge Backus and the incredible failure of leadership and judgment demonstrated by her terrible decision.”
I don’t know if there is a mechanism in place in New Mexico to remove a sitting judge. Recently, Virginia kicked their entire supreme court to the curb. In the past before they became known as Kalifornistan, California had a problem court that was called “Rosie and the Reversers.”
The court was headed up by Rose Bird and was notorious for ignoring the law and the constitution. It became so bad that in 1986 Bird and several other justices were recalled by the voters and removed from their positions. If this option is open to the citizens of New Mexico, it may be time to exercise it.
President Trump is working diligently to put real Constitutional scholars on the benches at the federal level. These are men and women who understand that the Constitution is the supreme document in this country, and that their job is to judge the cases brought before them and determine if anything violates the law or the Constitution. They understand they are not there to “Legislate from the bench” but to interpret the law and Constitution to the best of their ability.
For to long, we have had judges who not only didn’t do this, but saw it as their right to make law, or in many cases, ignore the law and the Constitution. This tends to happen mostly with the Progressive judges, such as Judge Backus, but it isn’t exclusive to them. There are a fair number of alleged “Conservative” judges who do the same thing. (Chief Justice John Roberts and Obamacare to name one)
Eventually, some judge will make a ruling with no basis in the law or the Constitution and the results will be another 9/11. If and when that happens, there will be a demand to strip judges of their powers. Personally, I prefer removing through normal processes idiot judges like Backus, and perhaps ending lifetime appointments.
