Good day all. Last week, the confirmation hearings for Judge Brett Kavanaugh, who has been named by President Trump to replace Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, began, and the Democratic Clowns were in full flower.
The CommuNazis have been doing everything they could to stop Judge Kavanaugh’s appointment. The problem is, they managed to shoot themselves in the foot a few years ago when Dingy Harry Reid nuked the filibuster. Now, all it takes is a simple majority.
This hasn’t stopped the three ring clown show the CommuNazis are running. It started with Senator Cory Booker, (Empty Suit-NJ), from making a complete fool of himself by “Releasing Confidential papers” and daring the Republicans to do something about it. Well, they didn’t have to.
It turned out the documents that MushMouth had released were already on the docket TO BE released, and that Booker has asked for permission to do just that. In other words, Booker made a big show of being a “renegade” when in fact, the flaming coward was showboating and flat out lied about the circumstances of his releasing the documents.
Next we had the Dingaling Sisters showing up in costumes from The Handmaidens Tale. This troupe of twits, along with others of the Militant Feminazi wing of the CommuNazi party showed up and demonstrated why no one listens to them any longer, including a large number of women.
Speaking of women, we have Senator Kamala Harris, (Moonbat-CA), once again demonstrating that sleeping your way to the top doesn’t mean you’re actually competent enough for the job. She and her bosses from Planned Parenthood took some of Judge Kavanaugh’s remarks and edited them to change the meaning of what he had said. According to Fox News:
Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., and Planned Parenthood have come under fire after accusing Judge Brett Kavanaugh of describing contraceptives as “abortion-inducing drugs” — when he was only summarizing the position of a pro-life group.
The flashpoint came on Thursday when Kavanaugh was asked at his Supreme Court confirmation hearing about a case he ruled on that involved Priests for Life, who were challenging Obamacare’s contraceptive mandate that the group said violated their religious beliefs.
That was a group that was being forced to provide certain kind of health coverage over their religious objection to their employees. And under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, the question was first, was this a substantial burden on the religious exercise? And it seemed to me quite clearly it was,” Kavanaugh told lawmakers on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
“It was a technical matter of filling out a form in that case,” he said. “In that case, they said filling out the form would make them complicit in the provision of the abortion-inducing drugs that they were, as a religious matter, objected to.”
So, that was a fairly straightforward answer to a question, with why Judge Kavanaugh thought it was a violation of the 1st Amendment’s clause on Freedom of Religion. The Pro-Abortion fanatics, led by Harris, took these comments and then edited them to fit their worldview.
Pro-choice and anti-Kavanaugh groups seized on his reference to “abortion-inducing drugs.” Harris tweeted out the video, but cut out the preface that showed Kavanaugh making it clear he was summarizing the arguments of Priest for Life. The video therefore presented the reference as his own.
This edited video blew up spectacularly in the faces of Harris and the “Pro-Choice” movement. This and Booker’s “I am Spartacus!” idiocy basically showed that the CommuNazis have no real reason to keep Judge Kavanaugh off the Supreme Court. The fact that Judge Kavanaugh reads the Constitution and believes it says what it means is why the CommuNazis hate him. He is not a judge who will legislate from the Bench, and understands that the Constitution was written to LIMIT the powers of the federal Government, not enhance them. The CommuNazis have nothing, so they are resorting to lies, innuendo and falsehoods to stop Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation.
Judge Kavanaugh will be confirmed when the full Senate votes, sometime in the next week or so. He is a scholar of the Constitution, and his judicial record demonstrates this. The only hope the liars on the Left have is to flip a couple of RINO’s. The problem for that idea is that the vote will be take before the November elections.
As it stands now, most people seem to think that Judge Kavanaugh is fully qualified to be on the bench. It’s expected that several CommuNazis will vote to approve him in order to save their own skins. (With luck, it won’t help them one bit) I fully expect Judge Kavanaugh to be sworn in and taking his seat when the Supreme Court opens in October.
