Fauxahontas Lies some more!

Good day all. The screeching harpy known as Senator Elizabeth Warren, (D-PDRT*), but more generally known as Fauxahontas, Lie-a-watha or Big Chief Sitting Bullshit has been on the warpath since her bestest buddy, Felonia von Pantsuit lost the election.

Fauxahontas had fully expected to be put in charge of one of the newly formed Secret Police agencies she knew Felonia would have created, allowing Fauxahontas to deal with all the politically incorrect thinking out here in Flyover country.

Obviously, things didn’t quite work out the way Faxahontas and Felonia von Pantsuit expected. The serfs actually had the nerve to ignore the commands of their betters and elect Donald J. Trump to the presidency. Fauxahontas’s dreams of mass executions of deplorables came to a crashing halt.

Since then, Fauxahontas, along with most of the others in the CommuNazi party have been screaming for the impeachment of President Trump, primarily for the crime of not being Felonia von Pantsuit. Since that requires the CommuNazis to have a majority in the house of Representatives and a 2/3rd majority in the Senate, the dreams of the CommuNazis to overturn the 2016 election probably isn’t going to happen.

Now Lie-a-watha has hit on a new idea. Have Trump’s cabinet remove him under the 25th Amendment. Of course, being a scummy totalitarian CommuNazi, Fauxahontas doesn’t have a firm grasp on how that works. (She doesn’t have a firm grasp on many things, such as reality) Here are the details of her stupid idea from The Washington Times:

Sen. Elizabeth Warren called on White House officials Thursday to remove President Trump from office as unfit to handle the job. The Massachusetts Democrat and progressive hero, often touted as a 2020 presidential hopeful, said Wednesday’s op-ed in The New York Times by an anonymous White House official justifies forcing out Mr. Trump under the constitutional provisions for an incapacitated president.

If senior administration officials think the President of the United States is not able to do his job, then they should invoke the 25th Amendment,” she told CNN in an interview.

Yeah, about that “Anonymous Op-Ed” in the New York Slimes. I read an interesting story this morning about it. There is a claim that the whole thing was a fraud written by a University of Southern California student. Here’s the story on that from The Conservative Daily Post:

Since the article first came out on September 5, the media has been abuzz about the New York Times opinion piece, allegedly written by an anonymous member of the Donald Trump administration, titled ‘I Am Part of the Resistance Inside the Trump Administration.’ It seems like this weekends’ favorite pastime in the media and in political conversations will be trying to discern who, within the Trump White House, if anyone, wrote the piece.

And as I’m writing about, Fauxahontas has been screeching to the high heaves that President Trump must be removed for the good of the Democrats. (I will be returning to that momentarily)

However, what if, as some on the right suggested, it wasn’t written by a member of the administration at all? What if this strange article, which claimed ‘resistance’ within the White House was constantly undermining the president, was written by, say, a college student? That’s the theory posed by @MightyCassandra on Twitter.

She used evidence to argue that when the NYT made the unusual decision to run an op-ed essay by an ‘anonymous’ person, they were actually running a piece written, and submitted, by a student that day at USC. Evidence shows a match between the two articles on TurnItIn, a plagiarism and citation checking site, showed the assignment was submitted and archived by a student minutes before the article was published in the Times.

Now this is interesting. If the time stamps actually pan out, then some college kid has pulled of one hell of a scam on the New York Slimes.

Allegedly, that person attends classes at the University of Southern California, as that was the school where someone had turned in a paper that matched at least the first portion of the Times article. Turnitin.com is a tool to detect plagiarism, and when utilized, it presents a grade, displayed as a percentage, to show how much of a paper has been taken from elsewhere.

Veeerrrry Interesting. Now I have no way to verify anything in that post on the Conservative Daily Post. I can almost guarantee you won’t see anything about it from the Mostly Stupid Media. Honestly, I’m not sure that Fox News will follow this up. However, that isn’t the point of this post. It’s all about Fauxahontas trying to overthrow the elected president of the United States. To continue:

Shortly after the interview, Ms. Warren sent out a fundraising letter, making the same case for removing Mr. Trump. The letter asks recipients to “chip in” for Ms. Warren’s 2018 Senate re-election campaign and to sign a petition titled “Tell the cabinet: If Trump is unfit, invoke the 25th.”

Gee, what a surprise. This walking canker sore trying to raise money by announcing she wants to piss all over the Constitution and overthrow the government.

Later in the evening, Ms. Warren tripled down on her claim, sending out several tweets repeating the points and much of the language of the fundraising letter and the CNN interview.

This isn’t about politics — this is about the safety of our children, the national security of our nation, and the future of our democracy. Tell the cabinet: if Trump is unfit, invoke the 25th,” she wrote in one of them.

The Constitution provides for a procedure whenever the vice president and senior officials think the president can’t do his job. It does not provide that senior officials go around the president — take documents off his desk, write anonymous op-eds,” she explained to CNN. “Every one of these officials have sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States. It’s time for them to do their job.”

What a pity that they, like you Fauxahontas, aren’t actually upholding the Constitution, they are ignoring it. Since we’re talking about the 25th Amendment, specifically he part regarding the removal of a president due to illness, perhaps we should review the relevant section.

Section 4: Declaration by Vice President and Cabinet

Section 4. Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.

Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.

So, as you can see, using Section 4 of the 25th Amendment isn’t as simple as Big Chief Sitting Bullshit would have people think. If the cabinet were to sign a letter that President Trump was mentally unfit, he could write a response, to be delivered 30 seconds later refuting it. After that, it moves along in a manner similar to an impeachment. Me thinks Senator Fauxahontas has been learning about the 25th Amendment from watching TV shows like Designated Survivor and “24” where the president was removed in what amounted to a coup.

She also dismissed concerns that using the 25th Amendment to remove a president from office would precipitate a constitutional crisis via a belief among Mr. Trump’s supporters that it would amount to a deep-state coup.

Let’s be clear: We already have a constitutional crisis if the cabinet believes the President of the United States can’t do his job and then refuses to follow the rules that have been laid down in the United States Constitution. They can’t have it both ways,” she wrote in the letter.

Which tells you just how demented Fauxahontas is. Unless there was a demonstrable case for removing President Trump for medical reasons, and by that, I mean he starts drooling on camera and barking at the moon, it will be a coup. Fauxahontas is delusional if she thinks there won’t be a response and a violent one.

Every time President Trump has said something that, at first glance, looks like paranoid ravings, within days, or at worst, a few months, he’s shown to be correct. The fake dossier, the FISA actions, the cover-up of Felonia von Pantsuit’s criminal activities, just to name a few, have all proven to be accurate. The only people suffering from delusions in Washington D.C. are people on the political left. Pity there isn’t a way to remove Elizabeth “Fauxahontas” Warren from the senate in a similar fashion. She’s obviously nuttier than a tree full of acorns.
