Good day all. Well, the CommuNazis have decided there is only one answer to Americans who believe in the 2nd Amendment. Drop nuclear weapons on them.
Recently reelected Representative, Eric Salwell, is a classic Totalitarian CommuNazi from the People’s Democratic Republic of Kalifornistan. At the top of the list of things he wants, is the end of the 2nd Amendment and confiscation of all privately held firearms. Recently, this cretin wrote an editorial in USSA Today calling for the mandatory buy back of firearms he doesn’t like, (All of them), and prosecuting anyone who refused to comply. Here is some of what this Fascist totalitarian pig wrote:
Gary Jackson never stood a chance.
Gary was 28 and working as a security guard at a taco truck in Oakland, Calif., in 2009 when he saw Dreshawn Lee carrying a sawed-off shotgun and reported it to police. Three months later, Lee took his revenge by shooting and killing Jackson with an AK-47-style semiautomatic assault rifle.
Now correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t possessing a shotgun below a certain length currently a felony? If so, why wasn’t this piece of human debris not in prison? Oh, did you plea him out “Oh Great and Merciful Moonbat Prosecutor?”
Trauma surgeons and coroners will tell you the high-velocity bullet fired from a military-style, semiautomatic assault weapon moves almost three times as fast as a 9mm handgun bullet, delivering far more energy. The bullets create cavities through the victim, wrecking a wider swath of tissue, organs and blood vessels. And a low-recoil weapon with a higher-capacity magazine means more of these deadlier bullets can be fired accurately and quickly without reloading.
Now for a few facts, something this scumbag doesn’t bother with. The Kalashnikov style rifles fire a .30 caliber, (7.62×39) projectile. It is a full metal jacket cartridge conforming to the Geneva and Hague conventions of allowable small arm munitions. A 9mm projectile, depending on variables, travels at roughly half the velocity of the 7.62×39 projectile, and yet it can do far more damage.
Why? Because the ammunition a standard pistol can fire includes this thing called the “Hollowpoint.” The hollowpoint projectile has a cavity in the nose. The projectile is designed to dump all the kinetic energy into the target. The 7.62mm round will generally go through the target and not release all the potential kinetic energy. .45 caliber projectiles are even slower, but generally can do even worse damage.
This doesn’t include the potential damage that is done using the original sawed off shotgun. Depending on variables, a 12-Gauge shotgun can put a hole in someone the size of a fist, and that is a wound that is not survivable. This is why, in WW1, the Germans hated American soldiers who carried shotguns. A German soldier hit with a 30-06 projectile had a some chance of surviving. A German soldier hit with a blast from a shotgun had almost none.
So Gary didn’t stand much chance. First-graders and teachers in Newtown, Conn., didn’t either. Nor did dancers at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, nor concert-goers in Las Vegas, nor teenagers at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High in Parkland, Fla., nor the people at the Waffle House outside Nashville. Like so many American mass-shooting victims in recent decades, their doom was all but assured by the murderer’s tool.
And here we have the waving of the “Bloody Shirt.” As I recall, the last horrific shooting, the criminal used a .45 pistol. Prior to that, another criminal used a shotgun with a far higher dead to injured ratio for the reasons explained above.
Nonetheless, we can give ourselves and our children the chance these victims never had. We can finally act to remove weapons designed for war from our streets, once and for all.
Here it comes
Reinstating the federal assault weapons ban that was in effect from 1994 to 2004 would prohibit manufacture and sales, but it would not affect weapons already possessed. This would leave millions of assault weapons in our communities for decades to come.
Instead, we should ban possession of military-style semiautomatic assault weapons, we should buy back such weapons from all who choose to abide by the law, and we should criminally prosecute any who choose to defy it by keeping their weapons. The ban would not apply to law enforcement agencies or shooting clubs.
And there it is. Hand in your guns or we will throw you in jail. Never mind about that pesky thing called the Constitution of the United States. Forget about the 2nd Amendment. Hand in your guns or else. But what about those people who won’t roll over?
Swalwell, among his many other problems, is rather weak on math. There are, including military personnel, about 2 million people they can use to institute the end of the Republic. By this, I mean literally going door to door and searching homes.
This is assuming that there is no resistance to the flagrant violations of the rights of Americans. There will be. Those 2 million Federal agents and troops will be outnumbered 20-1 at best. They will take massive casualties. There is also the problem of a fair number flat out refusing to enforce a law like this. Not to worry, Swalwell has a simple answer to that. Use nuclear weapons on the American People.

In what might legitimately be the greatest self-own in the history of gun control arguments, the dumbest tweet of the day was sent by Democratic presidential hopeful that no one actually knows, Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif.
After conservatives criticized Swalwell for calling for the forcible confiscation of assault weapons, Swalwell responded by upping the ante. Conservative commentator Joe Biggs charged Swalwell with wanting a war. Swalwell enthusiastically agreed in the most insane way possible.

And it would be a short war my friend. The government has nukes. Too many of them. But they’re legit. I’m sure if we talked we could find common ground to protect our families and communities.
Yes, Swalwell seriously proposed nuking his own constituents to take away their right to defend themselves from the government. As a basic reminder, the explicit purpose of the Second Amendment is to allow the people to defend themselves from the government going rogue and becoming a tyranny. Self-defense and hunting are good but fundamentally auxiliary arguments against gun control.
Swalwell doubled down. When Biggs challenged the idea of the government nuking its own country to take back guns, Swalwell responded:

Don’t be so dramatic. No one is nuking anyone or threatening that. I’m telling you this is not the 18th Century. The argument that you would go to war with your government if an assault weapons ban was in place is ludicrous and inflames the gun debate. Which is what you want.
Since Salwell made this statement, the Internet has basically exploded. This tyrant wannabe thinks he should be president. In point of fact, he should be drummed out of the House of Representatives, and since he was reelected, his seat declared vacant and a new election held, one he won’t be a part of.
Numbnuts, who allegedly went to law school, has completely failed to understand the reasoning of the 2nd Amendment. It was to provide the American people with the tools they would need to remove a tyrannical government. Butthead Salwell is the exact reason the 2nd Amendment was written.
His statement that no one would “Go to war” with the federal government over the loss of their rights shows what an ignorant moron he is. He also fails to understand that it wouldn’t be “The People” verses the Entire Government, it would be the people verses tyrannical parts of the government. In other words, it won’t be armies in the field, it will be individuals and small groups going after people like Salwell.
Salwll, like all of the current crop of Totalitarian CommuNazi scum, (Formally known as Democrats), hold the constitution in utter and complete contempt. Their goal is simple. End America as a free nation, and the institute a totalitarian regime similar to that of the old Soviet Union.
It’s time for Congress to actually do something with people like Salwell, and that’s why I located a new petition to have him expelled from Congress. Granted, even if it gets millions of signatures, nothing will happen, but it will show Salwell that there are a number of people who won’t roll over for his thuggish behavior.
